Best Electrical Panel Repair in Atlanta GA
I have used TE plumbing, electrical and heating and air. All I can say is I have had no bad experience. They have always been on time , very informative and reliable. DeAndre Small, drain tech, came to my house because my drain was backing in the kitchen. He was very professional and took care of the problem immediately. I put a lot of rice down the disposal. I will use TE in the future.

Emerson and Gabrielle are awesome. Hired them to construct a pergola for us, along with a few other repairs on the exterior of our house. Super reliable, responsive, hard working and did exceptional work. It's been really tough finding reliable and reasonable contractors these days. Emerson is a hard worker to boot. So glad we called them!

We wanted to give a great review to Vincent Banks, (telephone number 6785315819), a plumber that we got off of our Roswell GA Next Door referral list. He was very prompt, professional and got the job done right the first time. He was also very inexpensive for what he did. He was so friendly and it was easy to have him do work for you. We consider him a true gem and will certainly call him for any other plumbing needs in the future! I would highly recommend him!!!

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

Our toilet was seeping and running off and on
. We called them and received a quick service call. Repairs were done in less than an hour and cost was reasonable. We will use them again !

Robert takes the time to do the job right. He explains everything in terms I can understand. I'm always given several options and never feel like I am being up sold.
I am so impressed with the level of customer service from this company....from start to finish. Every single person I ever deal with through out their process seems to love their job. That makes me feel confident in their work.
They are either all related and have a tight knit family or they have some great team building leadership. What ever their secret is, they have a great work culture and it shows.

I used this company 20 years ago and they were great. They are not the same company. They tried to scam my elderly mother into spending $4000 for electrical work for a new a/c. She paid around 8000 for the unit and they said she needed a new circuit box and per permit smoke and co2 detectors. $1600 for in line detectors. Fire Marshall said that was untrue and that price was a scam. Luckily we were able to cancel the electrical work but the ac unit was already installed and running. So either they lied or installed a dangerous unit as well as take advantage of an elderly widow. Disgusting. And $8000 for an a/c on a tiny single story ranch?

I have lived in my home for 30-days and my AC has stopped working 3 times-all conveniently during the hottest days in the middle of Summer.
The system in the home is a year old. Every incompetent tech they send out says something new but their assumption and repair never fixes the problem.
The first repair took 4 days to complete. 4 days over the 4th of July holiday when temperatures were above 95 degrees. Not once did Cool Ray offer to bring in window AC units or take money off the bill.
My second repair took 2 days to complete. This time, it was during a monsoon rain week in mid-July where the humidity is just thick enough to make me physically ill. Cool Ray fixed the issue by replacing the condenser...on a new system?
1 week later, the AC is out again. It is day 3 and I still have no AC. It is 89 degrees in my home. I've had a total of 5 techs coming and going like a circle jerk festival in my attic. Each tech more clueless than the other. Surprise! No one has any idea why it isn't working. They claim they've done everything from replacing my thermostat to changing the filter but it still isn't working. They're coming back out today to try again...I can't wait.
Just when you think the cable company has bad window times for appointments, Cool Ray steps in to fill the void with 6 hour windows.
Cool Ray boasts that they're open until midnight yet appointments are only from 8am-5pm and there is no such thing as an emergency appointment.
Cool Ray's Lifetime warranty with parts is total bait and switch bullshit. Each new trip there is a hidden fee, part that isn't mysteriously covered, or service charge creeped in the bill somewhere.
Thank you, Cool Ray for being the absolute worst HVAC company. Your complete disregard for proper customer service paired with your incompetent licensed staff has impressed me to no end. I can't wait to fight today's service call bill with the newest accounting new hire that sounds just as confident about your hidden fees as the techs you hire.

Based on the very good reviews on Yelp, I called R S Andrews Services to schedule time to look at a leaking shower faucet on a Sunday afternoon. The following occurred during the phone conversation:
1. I was told that Sunday was considered after hours and that at $150.00 service fee would be added to the request for an examination and quote to the issue. I asked about scheduling during a time that was not after hours and was informed that Monday was not after hours.
2. I was also told that a $99.00 fee was standard for a plumber to come out and assess the issue, and that $30.00 of the $99.00 fee would be refunded from the cost of the repair. I said I did not like the $99.00 assessment fee and would like to talk about a negotiable price for the assessment.
3. I was then informed that if I was a member of their Smiley Club I would only be charged $59.00 rather than $99.00 for the assessment. I could still take advantage of the $30.00 off the final repair. I was further informed that Smiley Club members were residential households that did regular business with RS Andrews Services by having them come out once a year for maintenance.
4. One thing to know about me: I don't care for gimmicks like Savers Clubs whether they are for supermarkets, drug stores or another other product or service company. I, like many others, like things to be simple and straightforward, especially in business dealings.
5. The R S Andrews Services phone representative was not willing to offer me a lower cost or no cost incentive to schedule a time that was not after hours (i.e. Monday) even after I told her I could do better through one of her competitors.
At this point I called Royal Flush Plumbing, Inc and asked if I could schedule a time for them to come out to assess my leaking shower faucet during non after hours. The representative on the phone for Royal Flush Plumbing informed me that they do not have after hours and are available 24/7. She also informed me that they offer a free assessment of the issue as long as they don't have to get into the wall or something like that. Therefore, I scheduled a visit the same day (Sunday) and await the arrival of the Royal Flush Plumbing plumber. Check out my review of Royal Flush Plumbing, Inc.

Called this place in regards to changing a spicket or spout for my shower. Without seeing the problem he told me it could be 1400.00 for an issue behind the tile??? Sir the water does come out of the shower anymore. So, I went to Home Depot and bought another spout and screwed it back on myself. Cost me $8.00.
