Best Electrical Panel Installat… in Atlanta GA
I have used TE plumbing, electrical and heating and air. All I can say is I have had no bad experience. They have always been on time , very informative and reliable. DeAndre Small, drain tech, came to my house because my drain was backing in the kitchen. He was very professional and took care of the problem immediately. I put a lot of rice down the disposal. I will use TE in the future.

We have requested for quote from different handyman/remodeling folks and they gave us the most reasonable estimate. Emerson and Gaby responds to all texts/queries very quickly, even during Christmas/New Year holidays and started working on items based on whatever item was available on appointment day. Emerson is very detail oriented and thorough with his work. We started with few items and kept on customizing (adding/adjusting) our requests but he helped us out happily without any complaints. They are the best handyman folks we have ever worked with and definitely planning to call them for all our future works.
Work done- vanity/vanity top installation/replacement , electrical work like light changes and plumbing issue fixes.

We wanted to give a great review to Vincent Banks, (telephone number 6785315819), a plumber that we got off of our Roswell GA Next Door referral list. He was very prompt, professional and got the job done right the first time. He was also very inexpensive for what he did. He was so friendly and it was easy to have him do work for you. We consider him a true gem and will certainly call him for any other plumbing needs in the future! I would highly recommend him!!!

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

The good:
I was first pleased with Gingers professional demeanor and politeness. She even went over some key points about how to keep kitchen sinks pipes from clogging up in the future. I booked the appointment!
The bad:
They never showed up. This incident is far too common and very unsettling for busy consumer trying to get projects completed in a timely manner. Only to be consistently disappointed with techs that have no value for your time! Can I charge a no-show fee? Can I recoup my valuable time for free services? Of course not, but what I can do is warn the next consumer wanting to seek keep smiling plumbing for services because I am not smiling.

UPDATE & UPGRADE TO 5 STARS:
OK so now I've had the service & I must say I'm impressed. Brannon was awesome & efficient - very professional & courteous! He found the problem right away - my AC was 2 pounds (or was it 2 gallons?) low on coolant = no wonder I was suffering in this heatwave! He also checked the ductwork & shored up some of the sagging places. Apparently whoever installed it did substandard work (it does look terribly sloppy from what I can tell) & I might have to have it redone at some point in the future. Yikes, but good to know = I can plan ahead. He also gave me the standard spiel about signing up for a service plan, which sounds like a good deal, but I've had a lot of work done already, so I declined. I will, however, have Hammond come back out in the fall to check my furnace - the last service I had out here didn't do anything I asked, so I want Hammond to come out & figure out why it's burning so much gas. I'm on the South end of Hammond's service area, so I'm grateful to have a reliable company to call on. Finally (& you can see my initial notes below), the process of booking Hammond through Yelp was a little rough - apparently something got lost in translation over the weekend? For this reason, I recommend calling them directly. Otherwise, great service & I'm happy to highly recommend!

So here is my preliminary review to the final review...
I made initial contact Friday May 31, 2019 through Yelp, which alleged Hammond would respond within 20 minutes... & yes they did & said a technician would be out Monday. I agreed & set aside the whole day to sit on my couch & wait. No fuss no muss & so far I'm satisfied with the ease & efficiency of the system.
Come Monday June 3, 2019 & I get a call at 9:41 am saying the technician would call me within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment...
Fifty minutes later & there was no call at all & I was getting ready to call Hammond to see what's up when I get a call from a different lady saying she was calling to set up my appointment for Tuesday, since I had just called them on Monday for an appointment.
Um. What?!
No.
Anyway, looks like I just got a message come through the Yelp system, but I can't check it while writing this, so stay tuned for Part Two...
Hopefully the score will go up shortly!
Y'all know my Yelp Philosophy:
Every Business Should Be A 5-Star Business!
I am firmly on the side of the small business owner. I shop local as much as possible. I WANT you to do well.
Have a blessed day!

I feel really disappointed that I have to write this review, because I used this company to install two full HVAC systems in my primary residence for a total of $15K and couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of the service. With that said, I decided about a month ago to use them for a repair to one of my rental property systems and every aspect of that job was subpar. The technician came out and diagnosed the system and explained that I needed Freon after he filled the system with Freon I asked he if it needs Freon doesn't that mean that the system has leak he said yes, but the diagnostic fee doesn't include diagnosing where the leak is and give me the option to repair said leak. I asked why and the technician got very upset and dealt with me in very hostile an unprofessional manner after I brought this to his attention. I submitted the one star customer review to the company and have yet to hear any feedback from customer service and I submitted the review in late July. I have since found that the $450 FIX that the technician suggested didn't work, so I need to hire another company to fix the issue.
Update: after writing the above review a customer care representative reached out to me and gave me an opportunity to explain what specifically happened. The person who I spoke to was very empathetic and I really felt like this incident was a one off and not indicative of this company. The company rectified this situation to my satisfaction.

I have been customer for several years. I have never been so disappointed as I am today. I have been waiting on technician all day. My service window was 8-12 and I am now being told that it will be between 3:30 - 4:00. Service has always been great, until today.

It's interesting how RS Andrews has gone from 5 stars to 3 stars on Yelp over the past 3 years. It does however reflect my own experience.
When I first used RS Andrews they were very responsive, I could text their person who worked on my house and he would handle everything. Now he doesn't respond to texts, you have to call their helpdesk, where you get a long hold time. You have to book appointments weeks in advance even for routine maintenance. If you need service on a Saturday, they are closed.
Also their pricing isn't great either as some other reviewers have pointed out. It's like they raised prices and cut the level of service quality.
I also learned that they poorly installed my humidifier with a pipe that is too short. Didn't realize until I called another company out and they showed me that it was too short to connect to the canister.

Mario was able to come out the same day I called. He provided an estimate over the phone after I sent a few pictures. Once he was here, he was very pleasant and professional. He was able to reinstall and repair my shower drain within an hour and his price was more than reasonable. I definitely recommend Mario's Home Improvement!
