Benjamin at Easy Clean did a fantastic job and was extremely fair in his pricing. I could not have asked for better service. If you have any septic tank service needs do not hesitate to reach out to him and his team.  I will be keeping their card handy for all my future septic tank needs.

Appointment date came, I called the morning of to confirm they were still coming in the afternoon, and was informed the tech would arrive closer to 5pm (block of time given to me was 3-5pm) due to another job. I called at 5:15pm to check on status and was told the tech would call me to let me know around what time they'd arrive. How inconsiderate to call me at 7:30pm! Horrible customer service. If something so simple as calling a customer to let them know the status, I can only imagine how they handle larger issues. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I wasn't forced to.

They are overpriced. Charging more than $600 to install one faucet. That's ridiculous

I called many places before talking to Virginia. She was great, helped walk through the process and explained everything in detail. She was very patient and worked through some scheduling needs. The two individuals that came out were professional and took care of the job. The left the property as they found it. Overall the great serviceI have and would totally work with them in the future.
