Best Damage Restoration in Atlanta GA
He could have charged me 350.00 for the inspection, but he told me I didn't have a leak that it was just my sprinkler system. I appreciated that. He checks all around, then adjusted the controls. He was here before I arrived home. He was early. He took his time to diagnose.

The company had a quick response time. They were friendly and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Got everything fixed and running the same day. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing/septic service.

My experience with them has been nothing less than stellar and I'm extremely pleased and happy with their services. Scheduling an appointment with Chris was such an easy affair and right from the start it gave me the vibes and impression of a genuine, honest and trustworthy firm.Roy arrived on time and knew exactly what needed to be done.He was very friendly and knowledgable. He identified some other issues as well which would have been overlooked and left un-attended. The fixes were done in a timely manner and the prices were quite reasonable. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors or anybody who is in need of a plumbing job.

This company came to do a kitchen renovation with labor only. I asked for a bathroom quote as well for a future project. It was made clear on more than one occasion that I was doing one project at a time and the only thing I was doing was the kitchen. I repeated this numerous times. We met at Floor & Decor to pickup tile and they showed up a small SUV, okay first sign. NO pickup truck? Well Okay, that's possible. Then they ask about the bathroom tile, I again repeated we are not doing the bathroom just the kitchen. We get to HD to pick up mortar and grout, I ask, do you have a hammer drill since the kitchen is in a concreted basement, John and Richard confirm yes they do. We get back to home, Monday is done. Tuesday they come late around 3pm. I have cameras everywhere, I watch for hours as they stare at the concrete wall. Then John says to me he has to build a wall to put the cabinets on, a wall with studs, plywood, and sheet rock, mudded and painted. Let me remind you I have already purchased all cabinets according to the dimensions of the kitchen. On Wednesday, I watch as John manually hammers concrete nails that are 2 inches into the newly created wall. I also see he is failing at hammering them. New request for more supplies of wood decking nails that are 3 inches and other things. I show up on Thursday morning, the 113 ( 9'5) wall John started on Tuesday is still not even mudded, AND my bathroom tube/shower is outside cut up in pieces.... where in the world did we get this wrong. Further, more the cabinets I bought from Lowe's now are about 4 to long because he took 4 off the measurements, building a wall. BTW.... come to find out he did not have an operating hammer drill... THIS IS WHY he asked to spend an additional $200 out of my budget to build this 2 day wall. Further, he pour self leveling concrete over my existing old concrete, with no primer and no border to protect the adjacent rooms. So I now have wet concrete under my newly placed laminate flooring....
These people had no clue what they were doing, I wished I had noticed in their pictures, I don't them actually in the pictures with workers or doing actual work. I didn't see their before and after work again with them in the pictures.
It actually took them 1 whole day to remove a range hood.
As I stated there were cameras everywhere, I was not there due to work constraints so I wanted to make sure I was apprised of all their work. So I do have receipts....

Roto Rooter came to my house due to a toilet back up on 6/26/20 and they charged me $680 to clear my main sewer line and by pulling up the toilet (that is it they did nothing else). Then they charged me $520 to put camera down the sewer to see what the issue was. There were roots in my sewer line. The issue I had with this how much they charge was just to get a diagnosis of the issue. Now I have never had this type of problem before but I really feel that they over charge just find out what the problem is. I happen to think that $1200 was not reasonable to find out what the problem was and then suggest $10,000 repair solution and that I need a new toilet before installing the toilet back in place. I choose this company because they were on the Better Business Bureau website and I thought I could trust them. I suggest that you shop around before using this company.

Had a disposal replaced and toilet tank parts replaced. I purchased the disposal and toilet parts myself. So I only need service for labor installation. The service man did everything correctly. But I was charged 800$!!!!!! Just for the labor! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never use this place again and will be telling others to go elsewhere and check other places for costs.
