We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! You dont have to use a huge company to get great results.   I highly recommend this business and they have all my future business!  Thanks Sam and Team!

I needed a bathtub drain cleaned out. They were fast, polite, professional and early, boy that's a change!  Very reasonably priced. Absolutely will use again.

My thermostat broke Friday afternoon and within an hour of calling a technician was at my house. T.L. was very professional and respectful, explaining things to me and answering all my questions. I will definitely recommend these guys.

Plumbing work is too expensive no matter who you call. I had a bad water valve that wasn't part of the initial quote. The price went up because of that.

Troy, the owner, did the work himself. Can't ask for much better service than that.

Pirate Plumbing was able to schedule me same day and technician showed up at the beginning of the time frame scheduled.  

Water from our entire house was being drained into one area.  Within minutes Kevin figured out what the problem was then proceeded to a solution.  The entire job was quick and didn't last more than 20 minutes.  Also, Kevin answered all my questions and  addressed concerns.  Very satisfied with the service and will do business again if necessary.

I called out superior plumbing for an issue I have had in my pipes for a long time. There was loud banging and rumbling throughout my house and I was worried the problem was bigger than it was. Gary came out to my property on super short notice to check out the situation. He is super friendly and honest and pretty much the most amazing plumber I have ever met! Didn't try to add on hidden fees or add on more equipment than I needed and rip me off like the other plumber I had out! He truly just wanted to fix the problem for me and he did just that! Not a rumble or a noise in my house anymore! I will def recommend this company to everyone I know and they will be my go to from now on! Thank you Gary and everyone at superior plumbing!

I called Adaven to check my water heater (no hot water). we had the same issue a few months ago and used another company for the same issue. Previous company turned up the thermostat and charged us $300 and was only here for approximately 20 minutes or less, which seemed to fix the problem(temporarily).Adaven tech( Danny) was here for an hour as he waited for water to heat back up after addressing the problem which was not related to water heater. I have an old house and the electrical panel outside might be the problem.Danny was very professional and is an excellent representative of the company. I was only charged a service fee of $75. Excellent service! On time and works fast. Billy is a genuine guy and shows up smiling even at 6am! It's nice to know they can come out on such short notice.

Can't help but really LIKE these guys.  Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak.  He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed.  Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage.  Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob!  (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

Kyle and his son run a straight business..theyve been to my house 3 times over  a few years for softener and other plumbing matters. Honestly, as far as repairs/maintenance for hague products, etc, they are very highly recommended...

Really a bait and switch. Advertises a price that says no hidden fees. Shows up an hour late then starts tacking stuff on. Just another bait n switch company in Vegas

Hawthorne is a great company. I had them replace two air-conditioning units that my home warranty company could not fix. They put me on their hero's Program for free due to the fact that my husband is an Army veteran. That's just the bonus. They came out today to give me an estimate for upgrading my thermostats to Wi-Fi, which they included in my air conditioning units' replacement last year.  There were two techs that were amazing- Shane and Eric. The company in all aspects Is knowledgeable, professional, nice, respectful, helpful, and reasonable in prices. They helped me in my time of serious need, when my warranty company left me high and dry by not fixing 2 ac units as they were contractually obligated to do. I have a senior citizen living in my home, two dogs, and myself- We all had to suffer at the hands of our warranty company until Hawthorne came in to save the day. Kudos to them for being an amazing company.  I strongly recommend Hawthorne!!!!!

Awesome service ! Had a water heater installed by another lesser company who wouldn't come out and fix it inside the warranty period without charging me on top !! Staff who helped me with thewarranty were excellent (Wendy) and Rakeman sent a technician (Junior) out within a few hours who was fantastic. First rate job, very professional and will definately use them from now on !!
