They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! I contacted Drain Bears about my 15 year old water heater thatbitthedust.  They were able to come out the same day and replace it with a quality waterheater. Rodell, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about me not having hot water.  I will definitely recommend and use them again.

I have had the biggest headache with one particular toilet at my house for over a year. I have had it service twice with another plumbing company whom seem to only give it a quick fix!
Of course on a hectic Monday morning this toilet decides to make my morning so much worse! It starts to over flood like a darn volcano with no mercy !! I immediately called Jay's Plumbing and service in panic! Melissa was amazing and so calming on the phone. She had her technician Jerry come that evening!
When Jerry came the toilet seemed to calm down a bit but still was not draining. He was so sweet & explained his game plan to me. He was able to fix this troubled toilet within 1 hour! They were able to even make paying for the service so convenient!!
I will only be calling this place for future plumbing rescues! Thanks again Jerry and Melissa !

Fantastic company that did a whole house renovation within a reasonable budget. I had an idea and knew what i wanted but they brought it to life. Prices, turnaround and communication via text or phone were great. Zhuliyan focused more on solutions whenever a problem came up and there were many and there was nothing they couldn't handle. He has three contractor licenses and is fully insured and bonded with the city. Ive already referred him to my friends and they said hes great as well.

Only sore point was keeping his team on the timeline but with a few reminders we got back on track. Message me if you have any questions about pictures or need ideas. In the pictures tile design, layout, and paint were all my idea so i knew what the final look would be in my mind. It looks like a brand new house and kitchen on the inside. They even installed new countertops and cabinets for a really inexpensive price.

It was a stressful afternoon after finding out about the water damage  that was caused from our water heater! BUT a situation gone bad... soon became good! :)

We had called today, 4/2 and Donny helped us out and honestly made me feel comfortable right away! You can just feel when someone feels like a genuine person and he is that person. He was very thorough and answered all our questions with great detail and also made sure we understood the whole process of what was going on and each step to fix the issue. I was very pleased and rest assured.

My father-in-law has some bit of idea/experience with plumbing issues and such so he was with me as we discussed the matter. He was considerate of my father-in-law who is totally blind in his late 70s'. He practically narrated everything he was doing and  forewarned him with any noise that was about to happen so he doesn't get alarmed. My father-in-law understood everything he was doing. He felt comfortable in his presence as I was so that was honestly very nice. Thank you, we appreciate him very much! :)

We needed to replace a toilet in our place of business. Superior Plumbing was professional and quick with their services. They sent text messages to let us know they would be arriving soon and gave estimates that were spot on. Bryce was our technician and he did a great job!

After the first night in our recently purchased home in Sun City Summerlin our main sewer line clogged from years of solidified grease and an incorrectly installed sewer line (originally built without proper slope to the street).  We came home from errands to a river of sewage in our house.  Jerry was out at the house within hours (on a Saturday).  He unclogged the line, rinsed out and cleaned the tub and toilet and diagnosed the problem in the line.  Additional mitigation efforts determined that the only way to fix the problem for good was to excavate and install a new line (properly this time). Jerry provided a bid the next day.  Jerry and his team had 60+ feet excavated (including under the house to an interior closet where they jack hammered through the floor to find the pipe) in a couple of days.  They installed the new sewer line (we also had him replace our main water line while he was already digging up the yard), tested everything, and had it inspected within another day or two.  Since we couldn't be living at the house Jerry was kind enough to send me photos and videos of the work in progress.  After they covered everything back up and spread the landscaping rocks you couldn't even tell they had been there.

It's hard to find contractors or service providers that are accessible, thorough, hard working, conscientious, and honest but we've found one who will be our plumber for life.  This rather complex job was performed faster and cheaper than either my wife or I could have expected.  We're thrilled with the results.  Jerry, we hope to never need your services again but if we (or anyone we know) needs a plumber you'll the only one we call!  Thanks for everything!

We had the black pipe break from the street to the house. We called another plumber out and they were very rude and seemed high on the price to replace the line. I called WEB Pluming for a second opinion not sure what to expect. They were there in 45 minutes, gave us a better price without knowing what the first company was going to charge. They stayed at the house until 8:30pm, even in the rain to make sure we had water that night.
We were one of the homes that had the bad kitech fittings that had to be replaced. WEB saw they did the pressure control valve wrong and spent extra time to repair it as well.
This job was not an easy 1hour fix. They did an amazing job fixing our broken waterlines and our yard almost looks like they were not even there. They even fixed a broken irrigation line that was damaged but not by them. I will never call another plumber again, these people are amazing.

Can't help but really LIKE these guys.  Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak.  He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed.  Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage.  Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob!  (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

I wish i can give you guys 10 stars. This past Saturday Nov. 23, we had a problem with our water heater. We called you guys on recommendation from a good friend of mine. The service tech (Felipe Infante) showed up right on time & told us what the problem was & fixed it right away. He was very professional & didnt try to scam us. My husband & I were super happy with his work and knowledge. We know alot of people who own homes in this town & we will definately recommend you guys to all our friends. I had an issue with continuous water flow in my home reported to me by the Las Vegas Valley Water District. I called Rakemen Plumbing and requested that a plumber check for leaks. Rocky, a Rakeman representitive came to house and quickly eliminated leaks within my home and with my pool as a source of the leak. He noted that a continuous flow of water existed when my irrigation system was turned on. My landscape maintenance man was here at the time and he discovered two external watering system valves were mafunctioning; they took care of the problem by cleaning the diaphrams. I told Rocky that I had a leak under the kitchen sink and requested that someone from Rakeman correct the problem. Within an hour a Rakeman plumber arrived and he removed and replaced the leaking components. He was polite, professional and completed the job quickly.  To my surprise, I received a 10% senior's discount.

I would not hesitate to call Rakeman for Plumbing problems in the future.
