When they installed the water heater three years ago they did a good job.  The Ignitor switch went out today called they came by very promptly, however; Danny the owner son install a new switch left it out side the control box and did not use a connector.  Then he removed the anode and told us they need to be change ever year??? We were never told that at install? Then he charged me $20 to come out and $200 for the Anode! If you look up the parts on line the spark ignitor is a $8 and the Anode is $49 I do understand labor fee he was only here maybe a half hour.  I only received one invoice for the $20 check not happy with 1/2 hr service and nothing is cover under warranty so why have one?

Yesterday Jan 10 2020 between 3:30 & 4;00 pm one of their employees pulled right out in front of me on Las Vegas Boulevard South & Ford Street.  I drive a small Fiat & it was a good sized work vehicle, I could have been killed!  Please teach your drivers how to drive safely!!

Our hot water heater went out after regular hours.  I called Butter and Rocky came out to assess what needed to be done.  Came back the next morning on time and replaced the water heater.  He was patient, organized and very helpful.  He went above and beyond!  
Will be calling Butter to take care of a couple of other plumbing changes/issues that are not an emergency but need to be done.
We used Butter on 2013 to put in a water softener. Great service then as well as now.

Bryce Kozminski from Superior Plumbing replaced a main shut off value in my garage for my home.  The job was done one time and the entire area left nice and clean.  He cleaned up the entire fitting and it looks like new.  Job well done.  Thanks.

Very respectful and reliable.  Would recommend to my family.  Had three different companies come out and no one could figure the problem out.  Drain masters came out and fixed my problem in 30 minutes for half the cost as the other companies.

I contacted Frontier for a leak in my garage. C.J., the owner, came out in less than 30 minutes to inspect the leak and ensure that it was contained and not causing additional damage to my house. C.J was friendly and completed the repair with his partner by the following day. The cost of the repair was reasonable and I was happy with the overall service experience. Fantastic company that did a whole house renovation within a reasonable budget. I had an idea and knew what i wanted but they brought it to life. Prices, turnaround and communication via text or phone were great. Zhuliyan focused more on solutions whenever a problem came up and there were many and there was nothing they couldn't handle. He has three contractor licenses and is fully insured and bonded with the city. Ive already referred him to my friends and they said hes great as well.

Only sore point was keeping his team on the timeline but with a few reminders we got back on track. Message me if you have any questions about pictures or need ideas. In the pictures tile design, layout, and paint were all my idea so i knew what the final look would be in my mind. It looks like a brand new house and kitchen on the inside. They even installed new countertops and cabinets for a really inexpensive price.

We had a great experience with Plumb Crazy. Our problem was the shower handle mechanism in the wall. No price gouging here.  The customer service from the initial phone call was stellar. Pauline was pleasant and courteous. She sent out  Joaquin for a free estimate. He was also professional and friendly and quick. He did a fabulous job. I have a new plumber that I can trust. Had a lake starting in the front yard on a Friday afternoon. We called a couple companies and had no one answer. Keegan  (the owner) answered on the second ring and was at my house in a few hours.

With permits getting pulled, the leaking pipe replaced, and the front yard put back together - it was only days combined.  

These guys are responsive, professional, and thorough.

Good to know there are honest and fair people in this world still.

I own a salon in summerlin and as you can imagine with all the hair we have had a few clogs from time to time.  Nationwide is the company I always call.   They are there with in minutes and fix the clogs.   They are so fast and efficient.  So friendly and honest.   I recommend this company to everyone.
