Recently, I was referred to Jay's Plumbing for a second opinion regarding an issue with my sewer pipes.  

I had made the mistake of calling another plumbing company to unclog my drain, and they told me that a sewer fitting underneath my foundation had separated and would cost in excess of $3000 to repair.

Curt, the owner of Jay's Plumbing was honest and forthcoming.  His technician, Jerry was very thorough and efficient.  Jerry conducted a video inspection of the sewer line and DID NOT find a separation or any other issues.  He took the time to explain everything that the camera revealed during the video inspection.

The personnel from Jay's Plumbing were ethical and charged a reasonable price for their service.  I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.

Great service and pricing. Danube's team not only planted the trees in our backyard but also fixed our irrigation system and lights. Our shower needed repairs and Danube was able to do it all on the same day. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to those who are looking to have any kind of housework done.  It's hard to find trustworthy contractors in this town but you don't have to worry about it with Danube.

This is the 2nd time I've used Pirate Plumbing. I was 100% satisfied the First visit to installing a garbage Disposal.  The service rep explained the procedure and what entailed. I called about 9:00A.M. and they put me on schedule for the afternoon between 1:00 P.M. and 5:00P.M. They sent me texts, when they would be arriving. David and Jordan arrived about 4:30 P.M. They assessed the situation, making sure the water was off and I provided the necessary parts. They replaced the Angle Wave, installed connector hose from valve to tank. I owe a big thank you to Kurt of Superior Plumbing & Drain.  I called Old Republic (my home warranty company) and told them I needed a different plumber as soon as possible, because the previous one had been stringing me along, and after being a no-show for a scheduled appointment, I'd had enough. That was on a Sunday, so I really was shocked when I got a call just an hour later. It was Kurt with Superior Plumbing.  I gave him all the information I had gleaned from the gas company and prior plumbing contractor. But it seems all I really needed to tell him was that I had been without hot water for 2 weeks. He promised to be at my house first thing the next day. Monday morning at 8:30 Kurt arrived on time, in uniform.  He's very professional and knowledgable. After a brief conversation he went straight to work and within a little more than 30 minutes he had my water heater working! He then took the time to give me some important information about it and another situation he noticed with my plumbing.  Next time I'll save myself the hassle and request Superior Plumbing from the start.

After the first night in our recently purchased home in Sun City Summerlin our main sewer line clogged from years of solidified grease and an incorrectly installed sewer line (originally built without proper slope to the street).  We came home from errands to a river of sewage in our house.  Jerry was out at the house within hours (on a Saturday).  He unclogged the line, rinsed out and cleaned the tub and toilet and diagnosed the problem in the line.  Additional mitigation efforts determined that the only way to fix the problem for good was to excavate and install a new line (properly this time). Jerry provided a bid the next day.  Jerry and his team had 60+ feet excavated (including under the house to an interior closet where they jack hammered through the floor to find the pipe) in a couple of days.  They installed the new sewer line (we also had him replace our main water line while he was already digging up the yard), tested everything, and had it inspected within another day or two.  Since we couldn't be living at the house Jerry was kind enough to send me photos and videos of the work in progress.  After they covered everything back up and spread the landscaping rocks you couldn't even tell they had been there.

It's hard to find contractors or service providers that are accessible, thorough, hard working, conscientious, and honest but we've found one who will be our plumber for life.  This rather complex job was performed faster and cheaper than either my wife or I could have expected.  We're thrilled with the results.  Jerry, we hope to never need your services again but if we (or anyone we know) needs a plumber you'll the only one we call!  Thanks for everything!

I've had help from WEB for a water softener and a large plumbing remodel.  Great work and service.  Highly recommended.  Billy even showed up on Thanksgiving morning to help out in my prior house for a broken pipe.

Can't help but really LIKE these guys.  Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak.  He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed.  Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage.  Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob!  (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

Firstly, about Hague; if QUALITY is worth the higher price to you, Hague is the water system you want!  I bought mine in 2000 and have been SO very happy with it... I can hardly visit my friends and family 'cause I can't STAND to shower in any water but my Hague!  Kyle, owner of Hague Quality Water of Las Vegas, was over recently to service it and just for my info, he researched my contract. I couldn't believe Hague (global) does have me on file, and I have 13 more years left on my warranty... :)  It comes with a 25 year warranty but you don't think of that 'till you've had it a while... :)  Kyle is a really quality person; knows his stuff, hard worker (even in the bloody HEAT in the summer), expertly gets the job done, fair prices, and he always answers his phone and takes time to talk to me if I call him, even tho I can hear how busy he is... really professional, but a really nice guy at the same time...  and VERY proud of the company and the job he does for his customers.  I'm a really fussy consumer... if you're gonna DO  something, DO IT WELL! is what I believe... so it means a lot for ME to say Hague Quality Water of Las Vegas is THE BEST you could ask for; both the product AND the service!  Louise B.

I can't comment on the plumbing techs, but the AC techs were wonderful. Fast work and they made me feel that I was a priority. This is the 2nd work order done with this company and both times they have given me an open availability of 8am to 5pm. At both times did no one show up. I should not have to follow up with a company to make sure a work order is done. The amount of time taken off to have no one show up. This is poor service. This is also my first time with this company. Bad 1st impression. I would not recommend if we can't set up a scheduled time. Poor customer service and takes to long to get work order done.

This man literally blocked my car with my son and I in it from getting on the freeway trying to kill us !I have pictures and proof and will report him to the police. All because I honked at him for nearly hitting my car and cutting me off.
