These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

I was very pleased with Mr Rooter and their staff. Not only did a real person answer the phone but she was able to send someone out to my home that same day. Once the plumber arrived he was very friendly and understood my concerns. HE told me the price to fix the leak in my shower before he did anything. Love the fact that there were no hidden fees for trip charges. The work was completed in one day and when he left there was no mess for me to clean up. I will use MR. Rooter again.

Wow.  This is a mixed review - the service tech that came to provide service was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.  His workmanship was very good.  I just thought the pricing was too high...

UPDATE:  I have spoken with the ownership about my project and am now very satisfied with not only with the work that was done, but also after my conversation, how they arrived at their pricing.   There is no doubt that PF Plumbing is a high-quality, well managed contractor. Their workmanship is first-class and I recommend them highly.

Advanced Appliance was chosen by our home warranty company to provide repairs to one of our heat pumps that wasn't cooling our upstairs.  Their first visit out was the beginning of May and here we are going into August, and our heat pump is STILL not working.  They've replaced the condenser coil (then had to come back out and fix it because their technician cut corners).  They've cancelled 2 of our scheduled appointments back-to-back for a technician to read the dye they injected last time, and this is the 2nd time this summer they've had to inject our system with dye.  Every guy that comes out swears he's fixed it; then a couple days later our upstairs temp is back up in the high 80s/low 90s.  This company does not understand that we have jobs, too, so every time they miss their 5-hr. window, I miss an entire day of work.  They're not reliable, and I can't honestly say I think they know what they're doing.

Had an emergency with water heater busted.  Says they have 24 hour service.  Called them at 6:00 am and left message.  It is now 10:00 and they still haven't called back.

If your looking for a good plumber look no further. If you want a honest one keep looking

I wouldn't hire him again. He made a mess and didn't even unclog my line. Plus he missed the first appointment, that should have been a clue.

I requested plumbing services through my home warranty company and Home Services promptly sent someone over to diagnose the problem. I was told that the fix requires approval from the warranty company. That was four weeks ago.

Since the initial visit, I've called the office several times. Each time the receptionist told me that they are waiting on the home warranty company, and someone will call me back soon with an update. However, I have yet to receive a call back.

I contacted my home warranty company to see if they were the slow-moving party. They responded to me the next day and said that they can't get a hold of anyone at the business, and have received no response to email messages.

As the business owner appears sensitive to negative reviews, I am hoping that this issue catches his attention.
