All I can say is WOW. This company blows me a way. Call them, and you'll discover the same thing. If I could create my dream company as a consumer, this would be it.

We used this company a year ago for our RO system, which we love. I knew when we needed 2 A/C units that they would be first on our list to call. We did our due diligence and interviewed 3 companies, none of which could match the price or service of this one. Hands down, no contest. Brad came out for our estimate and was fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind and in no way pushy. He emailed back and forth several times with my husband, who is VERY thorough and particular, and my husband had excellent things to say about him.

The crew just left after installing our 2 units. This was a first class production!!! There were between 5 and 7 men onsite at all times. Jason did a fantastic job keeping me informed. They wore booties and laid down mats (a big deal in our home with little kids running around). Every man on the job was kind, respectful and incredibly talented. They did a great job educating me about what they do, why they do it, and more. No stone was left unturned.

This company is obviously invested in their staff, and they take great pride in their products, service and workmanship. They make sure to be as informative and preemptive as possible. As a female, I felt respected, safe and I trust them exclusively. Knowing that they did a phenomenal job with installation and that they will be there for us, day or night, whenever we need them helps me sleep better at night.

And one last example of the excellence of this company: We are having the exterior of our house painted in the near future. Brad is going to have his crew come and protect and cover the units before the painting company arrives to ensure they are kept in prime condition!

If you have even the slightest doubt as to whether or not you should choose this company, call them now. You will be thrilled you did! (And no, I get nothing other than the satisfaction of praising a well-run company from this review.)

I called Lawson Plumbing on a Sunday after having one of my pipes explode in my bathroom flooding the bathroom & bedroom next to it. They were able to send a plumber that day. I called The Aussie Plumber on a Monday to get a toilet replaced and a new seal on another.  The person I spoke with in the office, Katie was very friendly and professional.  She took my details and was able to arrange for a plumber to come to my home that same afternoon to do the work.  Cameron McCormick was the technician who did the work, and he was efficient and also friendly.  He was also respectful of our home and did a great job cleaning up after he completed the job.  The price was fair and I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work/repair done in their home or business.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Called them this morning when we had a pool of water in the bedroom following a shower. They were able to send someone out within hours and communicated their arrival time, even confirming that we'd be home. They arrived promptly, were cleanly dressed and groomed and were personable, respectful and courteous. Best of all, they fixed the problem quickly and did not charge an outrageous fee for the emergency repair. Because the leak went into our wall, they contacted a restoration company on our behalf (with our permission) and were able to bring them in within hours. They also gave us very good information about our home warranty, which we truly appreciated.
We now have The Trusted Plumber on speed dial and are posting their information to our neighborhood app for others, in case they need a good, honest plumber.

Always use them as my plumber and Jim is great! He's the nicest guy around and always knows the answers the first time. Can always schedule next day!

They are incredibly easy to schedule with any anyone I've spoken to or has come to the house has been professional and friendly. We needed a new RO system and their team quickly got out here and installed the new system without any issues. They are transparent with their pricing and deliver quality work.

The first job many years back that Chad (Poseidon Plumbing) did for us was a small job that my husband was thinking of doing himself. But Chad's price that included installation was much lower than we were expecting with the part. (I hope he made some money) So latter down the road when we had trouble with our old (from our last home) water filtration system and we called Chad again. We totally expected that we needed a new system but Chad found a small problem and fixed it. If he was dishonest he could have sold us a new system but he didn't because he's Chad! We recently called him for another recent repair and he worked fast, clean, efficient and very reasonable.

We couldn't ask for anything better!

Today was not the first time I've used them, but I'll never use another plumber while living here. They're just the best and I trust them completely.

James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. I highly recommend Blue Eye.

We woke up with NO HOT WATER! My husband hates that. When we called our landlord's company through the warranty company, they wouldn't have someone available until Monday. I said no way. I am not waiting 3 DAYS FOR HOT WATER. I called Chris' Plumbing and they had someone available for the afternoon. Sean was fantastic. He was professional and had the issue resolved in under 10 minutes. He also showed my husband how to reset this issue in case it happens again.
