I highly recommend this company. The gas water heater that we had installed today was the third item from American home water that we have had installed. The first being the water softener system and the second being the r O  system. Angel was our installer. He was super efficient professional and friendly. He arrived much sooner than what we were originally told. The prices that American home water charges blow the other competitors out of the water. American home waters price was almost half what a plumbing company in Mesa quoted me. We also take advantage of their water filter replacement service. What American home water charges is equal to what it would cost to replace the filters if we bought them from a home-improvement store.

We have used them several times in the last few months and each time a different tech came out. There were all professional, prompt, efficient and nice. The receptionists are professional and nice too! The quote let us know how much the job was going to cost before they started.

Tony, the last tech that came out told me everything he was doing step-by-step.. He did a neat job and was methodical about his work and I can say that about the other techs as well. Unfortunately I don't remember their names.

MY ONLY CONCERN is Lawson Family Plumbing will grow too big and they'll lose that personal touch of customer service. If that happens, I will have to find another plumbing company.

I had started a repair on my own and ran in to some trouble. Called Sound Plumbing on Saturday to replace a plumbing valve. Brian arrived in less than 2 hours and got us fixed and up and going again. Very knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars. Thanks Brian.

I have used DFP several times, including today. I called them at 7:30 AM; the guy was at my house by 8 AM. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly took care of the immediate problem. At my request he checked the other toilets to verify that they were working okay, and he even fixed one that had always been problematic by installing a new ball-thingie (technical term): it's working great now. The price was fair, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them in again (especially Jamey). :)

Had an issue with my bathtub and DiShawn came and fixed it quickly!!  This is the second time we have used Lawson Family Plumbing and they are awesome!!  Very quick and professional I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

They never followed up with whether or not they could help me. Even if the answer was no, it would've been nice to hear that they were unavailable or unable to complete my service request.

Larry just left our house. He adjusted a loose connection on our kitchen drain. He gave us a lot of information on what to watch for and we put a plan in place for the future if we might need to reroute the way the whole drainage system works under the sink. Then he gave us some information on our water softener and made some recommendations for the future. He was completely honest and helpful. He was here about 30 minutes and left without giving us a bill for his services. I cannot say enough good things about the way we were treated. If you need a plumber, look no further!

James Hill (The Aussie Plumber) came out today and replaced two stop valves and installed a new dishwasher. He did a fantastic job!  Prompt, professional, and personable service from the first phone call throughout the entire service. I highly recommend this company. Give him a call, you will not be disappointed. Keep up the excellent work. We will definitely be calling The Aussie Plumber for any and all future needs.

Barrett Plumbing replaced a leaking kitchen drain pipe in May 2020. Barrett was paid-in-full for his services and agreed to return in 1 week for a water filter replacement. Barrett was a NO CALL and NO SHOW for this appointment. On July 9th 2020, the REPLACED pipe began to leak again. Barrett was contacted to service the leak per the company's 2 Year Guarantee.  In response, Barrett was dismissive, verbally abusive (used obscenities), and refused service. No GUARANTEE...No REFUND. Thumbtack was contacted for a resolution.

I highly recommend Desert Sonoran Plumbing. First, they were easy to communicate with online. Next, James arrived time and gave me honest assessments of my plumbing projects. He quickly tackled two of my three projects, which included fixing a hot water heater installation issue, and replacing the valves for my kitchen sick plus cleaning debris from the faucet. Charity's Plumbing Solutions is a local family run business.  I happened to see their billboard on Baseline Rd and called to schedule services.  Charity provided estimates for two solutions.  The pricing was good and I decided to book.  When Rigo the Plumber arrived to perform services he put on booties before entering my home.  Then he proceeded to tackle job #1 removal and install of a new garbage disposal.  He knocked this out quickly and efficiently.  Then he began job #2 removal of a 19 year old toilet.  This task posed many challenges because the toilet was installed incorrectly by the original home builder.  Rigo explained the issues to me and explained the solutions he had to resolve the issues.  He was able to reposition a pipe and make other adjustments so that the new toilet could be installed properly.  As a bonus, Rigo helped me to install a handheld shower device.  I am so grateful for the excellent service, expertise, passion for providing solutions at affordable prices, patience and kindness.  Charity's Plumbing Solutions is my new plumbing solution provider.

James was great from start to finish. Was super quick to respond to our inquiry. Came over within a day to provide us with a super competitive quote compared to the BIG plumbing companies in Phoenix. We just added a kitchenette to our Airbnb and needed to connect our existing laundry room drain a few feet away in a separate room to our new sink along with bringing hot and cold water from a nearby source.  We saved money and got great service and excellent work. Josh was great.  He was responsive and punctual.  He stuck to his quote and was fair and conscientious.  I would definitely hire him again. He also was less expensive than the other quotes I received.

Nick was on time and professional. He fixed a leaky kitchen and bathroom faucet. He seated a seal to stop a running toilet and placed a pressure relief valve outside outside of the house to regulate water pressure coming to prevent further faulty faucets. Melanie was very responsive and courteous. The price was reasonable and Nick was kind enough to show me what he was doing as he was working. Highly recommended. Just good and honest people.
