Best Flame Sensor Repair in Glendale AZ
Pleased with the responsiveness of the company and the reasonable pricing. We ordered a toilet in the morning that they were able to install same afternoon. I appreciate the electronic invoices as well - saves on paper clutter.

Today was a contract AC check. Leslie Citrone and Ricardo were here for a detailed and thorough check for my AC unit. They both were very informative on their findings explaining terms that I did not understand. My house is being inspected tomorrow for the sale and this scheduled visit was so timely. Thank you, again, Leslie and Ricardo for helping me today!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but I was surprised by todays service. I was told over the phone there would be a $79 up front fee which would not be applied to service. That threw me off because most companies will apply it if you decide to use their service but I based my decision off the reviews and agreed anyways. After the tech looked at my unit he mentioned it is most likely a leak and it would be between 200-300 to identify the leak and mentioned that a rough estimate if I decided to fix the leak would be an additional 2,000-3,000! To top it off he said there was an additional $100 diagnostic fee which I was never told there would be a separate fee to diagnose aside from the $79. I guess the $79 just covers the gas to get to your home! Now I'm $179 short and not even certain if the issue was a leak or where the leak is at! Would never use this company again!

I'm very disappointed, this is the third time I have made an appointment to get my (rejuvenation). I had 3 a/c units installed about 3 years ago in the beginning for your yearly check up I made an appointment and they were there. Now the last three times they would call and say they are running behind will get back to me. Then it gets to late, then I have to reschedule. I have 3 units and it takes a while to get them done. I had an appointment for today that I made a month ago, so I didn't hear from anyone. So I called to see when they were coming out, they put my on hold for a while then said I'm on a list to reschedule. I made the appointment a month ago and they are going to call me on the day to reschedule. And I pay $300. + a year for a membership. For what?

Horrible Management! The prices are too high and they do half the work and then walk away. When an issue occurs they will take their sweet time coming out because they already have your money and don't care about the issue anymore. Stay away from this company and find someone with honesty and integrity.

All 5 stars! Reddi services has top-notch customer service along with quality of service. I have rentals and a home here in Scottsdale that they have serviced all of my properties. They are always courteous from the front desk phone to the service technicians who are always very communicative. I had a situation today with them today on replacing a faucet they took care of the situation as a quality business would. Kudos to Matt for going the extra mile to help me! I will continue using them and recommending them to all of my friends and neighbors.

I've known Jay for a very long time and I've always been able to rely on his services. He's honest, dependable, and does a great job. He's not only helped me in random situations but he's also helped many friends and family who I've referred him to. I've yet to have anyone say he or she were dis-satisfied with his services; everyone loves him and the great job he does!
Recently, I had the pleasure of using Jay's 24 hour service. I came home at 12:30 am on a Sunday to a leaking hot water heater! I called Jay and he immediately came over to evaluate and he suggested we shut the water off to the heater to be safe (pretty much so my garage, tools and car weren't going to get flooded). The very next day he was over to install a new (and beautiful) hot water heater. He even included little insulators for the pipes to the walls!
I've always been so pleased with his services so much so that I've scheduled him to come back in a few weeks to do a check-up on my AC unit to make sure it's good for the winter, replace my garbage disposal, replace the fixtures in the bathrooms, and re-pipe the fire pit! It's nice to have someone you can trust who is honest and reliable, even at all hours of the day (or. in some cases, night).

6 stars indeed!!! Fastest call time I ever experienced! Came fixed and left within 2 hours of my first phone call. My walkin refrigerator is getting to temperature as I type. Can't express how thankful I am! Absolutely fantastic!

I have used Forrest Anderson for 9 years in my business and my home. They are always on time and use quality components that you don't have to replace again a year later. I tell everybody to use them.

Arizona's Dukes of Air is a great company! We started using them for maintenance years ago. Last year we had to replace our old AC unit and did it through them! They let us use two portable AC units that kept us cool until they could get the new unit in. They are quick to respond. Priced well. Employees seem passionate about their job and their costumers. Always professional! Nothing but great experiences with every employee I've worked with.

I recently received a postcard mail promo and booked TH to perform a whole house plumbing inspection and water heater replacement. My wife was present for the inspection as I was out of town on the scheduled day.
During the service call, wife was informed that our water heater drain valve was corroded shut and therefore couldn't be drained. She was told that it was overdue for replacement due to its age, as it was made in 2003. So my wife authorized them to provide replacement quotes.
When I returned home, I reviewed the quotes and took a look at the water heater. The plumber misidentified the water heater model, somehow overlooking the sticker on the tank stating that it was built in 2013. 9 years is well within the realm of service life for water heaters, so that was one deduct for competence.
The two quotes I received were for $2200 and $3200, for mid and top tier electric conventional replacements. I work in commercial construction, so I did a little bit of research before calling to discuss the quote with their office. The average install price in AZ for a water heater is in the neighborhood of $1500, and $2000+ is possible for higher end units.
Their quotes were not as detailed as I expected, but there were a few red flags that I picked up on. They included gas piping work that doesn't apply to electric heaters, and one of the main differences in their quote tiers was for replacement of the copper shut off valves - that they would have to replace anyway. My current unit height isn't a standard height anymore, and the shut off valves are within the space that would be occupied by a replacement unit. The salesman tried stating that the premium cost buys me a company with a solid reputation (3 stars on 5 yelp ratings is solid??), and extended warranties on the heater, parts and labor. The labor warranty offer was indeed higher than average, but still is outside of the price range I'm comfortable with. I asked the salesman if they were willing to take a look at their numbers, refine them to align with what I know to be a reasonable price target, and provide an updated proposal to earn our business. He stated that he would, and get back to me in a few days. That was last Tuesday.
I called on Friday, and the receptionist told me the salesman was in a meeting and would call me back. I received no call back, so I called again this morning. I asked the receptionist to simply have the salesman call me and tell me if they were able to find something that would work, or not, so I could pivot to another option. I was told the same thing as Friday, that I would get a call before the end of the day. That hasn't happened, so I'm posting this to hopefully save someone else from wasting their time.
If you want to be gouged on one of the most basic home plumbing repairs that anyone with basic copper piping and household electrical knowledge could DIY in exchange for not having a labor warranty, or be given the runaround by a salesman rather than being shown the basic decency of returning a committed call, Tucker Hill is the plumber for you. If you want to find the best value for your hard earned money, I suggest looking elsewhere. I wish I had seen Jessica's review below before scheduling, it sounds like she had the same takeaway.
By the way - talked to the plumbing subcontractor on my project today. He confirmed that $1,500 - $2,000 is the ballpark I can expect to be in and that he just completed the same size job as mine for that last week.
