Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Installat… in Gilbert AZ

We are remodeling our bathrooms and needed a plumber to run the new shower systems. Our contractor had Wyman come install one. They gave a quote without asking us, the homeowner, what type of system we purchased. Needless to say, they missed installing the handheld shower valve. I am not completely sure how this could happen since the instructions are very clear and specific. They scheduled another day to come back and complete the job. They are charging us by the hour, fine. I was told it should take about a half hour. The plumber they sent did not know where to put it despite pictures that were sent, and notes written on the wall. Thankfully, it was only a half hour charge. I understand they need to make money, however, they should have contacted us prior to giving a quote for a job. My invoice says, install of a shower system provided by the customer. We will not be using them for the other shower system. We have another plumber coming out tomorrow to look at the job and give us a quote, which is what should have happened in the first place. This is not about the money, it's about the principle. As a business you made a mistake that you need to own. Not only am I frustrated, but this also put our remodel behind by two days.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

We had a leak in one of our bathroom sinks and selected Trident based off of recommendations from our community and we were definitely impressed!! The technician, George, was courteous and very professional. We will definitely be recommending Trident to anyone in the future!!!!

Had no choice because we went through home warranty but the guy cam out looked took pictures and left didn't hear back for a week had to call them to make an appointment. Then they wanted me to pay a 215.00 bill they said warranty would not pay even befor they come do the work. I asked for an item receipt and they told me they dont give one out. I refuse to pay until I got one.lady said it was for mod work.
They came out about a week and a half later to replace water heater and they did replace it and two hoses . He reused the copper drain pipe  and reconnect it. It is not flush with the water heater and looks like crap. I am still waiting for itemized list because all he did was very minimal and warranty company already paid for water heater and work that was done and a extra(300.00) worth for mods that was needed . I will say the young man was nice and professional that did the work.

It was the night before Xmas eve and I blew up my disposal. It was out of my own stupidity and those darn potato skins, 12 potatoes to be exact. Called my home warranty company at 10pm at night and they set me up with Brewer. I had a big family dinner planned for the next day and feared I wouldn't get a plumber out in time. In a panic I called the number they provided. I hoped to leave an urgent message and would pray someone would call me back on Xmas eve. To my surprise the owner (Michael) picked up the phone! I woke him up.. he laughed it off and promised to be over the next morning.

He showed up as promised on Xmas eve! He save my family's Xmas dinner! A huge thank you and I appreciate your dedication to your clients. I will forever be calling you for help. Ha!

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all! Super knowledgeable about electrical, plumbing, demolition, installation...you name it. I would highly recommend Charme and Sons.

On site within an hour of call to fix a damaged hose bib. Went the extra mile (fixed an unrelated issue just to help out!).  Would definitely use again!
