My water heater busted and Alex was out the same day to give me a quote. He was so helpful, responsive, and professional through the whole process. He was straight forward, he knows what he's doing, and he's not going to charge you an arm or a leg to do the job.

Ty came out and replaced/wired new coach lights outside of my home. He was courteous, reliable, and did a great job. I would easily recommend him to my family and friends.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. We love Charity and Rigo!!! We had them come out for several plumbing issues.  Sure we could have had a handy man cheaper, but the attention to detail, fair pricing, better than any of the major big outfits, and they are local to Laveen.  We replaced toilets, updated sinks, and found the nasty beginnings of the dreaded sewer line clog.  Very personable.  Idea generating.  Truly awesome.  Rigo even recommended having an estimate from one of the other outfits (no need, as earlier, before we knew of them, we had some estimates from some of the big places for water softer/water heater replacement/issuse- and yes, those guys come in at 50% more)

We had a leak in one of our bathroom sinks and selected Trident based off of recommendations from our community and we were definitely impressed!! The technician, George, was courteous and very professional. We will definitely be recommending Trident to anyone in the future!!!!

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

Michael is the best home maintenance person I have ever met and i have worked with many. Quite frankly he goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done on perfectly every time and his prices are very reasonable. Hire Mike for your home repair needs and you will not be disapointed.

I have used Above and Beyond Plumbing a few times for my house. Always professional and on time. I didn't get a 5 hour window but a more of a reasonable time frame on when they would show. Called them right away after my home warranty company plumber said they needed to jack hammer my floor for a toilet repair. Turned out the issue was just a bad toilet. When calling to explain the problem, he informed me of the cost up front on what he thought it could be before he came out and did a thorough job. I will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs. Thanks Above and Beyond!

These guys responded quickly to an emergent call to fix a badly cracked  garbage disposal that was spraying water all over the undersink cabinet whenever any water drained.  With a house full of newborns and their constant bottle-washing needs, this was a disaster for us.  Brewers diagnosed the problem, and had a new disposal installed in record time.  They even jumped over to fix a shower faucet problem.  Fast, friendly, very reasonable fees.  If you ever need a trustworthy plumber, call Brewers.  We were VERY satisfied!

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

we are extremely satisfied with the professional work that Adam and Chris did today. they installed a water filtration syste, installed a gas line for my patio gri and installed a water line to the side yard. The fini work was impeccable on each project. They we're very clean not leaving a mess. Very impressed! Will continue to do business with Fusion. Michael Amador
