Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Needed cheap, deteriorating,  builder grade internal toilet bowl  components replaced.  After researching numerous plumbing companies on line, I decided to have Trident come out and replace ALL internal components in a toilet.  They were extremely responsive, professional, communicative, and the customer service was excellent.  Best plumbing experience I have ever had.  Great company, will use again.

Called my warranty company cause my toilet was leaking out the bottom.  They sent this company out and I have to say, the guy did a very good job.  He fixed more than I thought he would and did the job right, and because it was through my warranty company I didn't have to pay any extra.  Would consider calling this company in the future (warranty or not).

We hired Nathan for a big remodel job on our outdated kitchen and living room. He was very friendly and professional, giving us a detailed and accurate quote. He removed a wall and installed a support beam which opened up our space making it much more modern and comfortable to live in. He was fast and efficient at installing our new cabinets, new dishwasher, new oven and adding a side door going out to our laundry/garage. He really does it all!
