I have know Alex for 10+ years and he is an amazing plumber and just an amazing person in our community! He has done many repairs for me and my home owners. From water heaters, bath tub leaks, toilets, install new plumbing pipes etc! He always explains short term options, cost effective options and what is best long term options.

Great communication and fairly priced.

I was looking for a plumber to fix a leaking shower head and clogged sink drain. I sent some quote requests through Yelp and got a few responses back. Some of them were outrageous, but I thought Wyman's seemed fair. They also gave me some price ranges based on the outcomes (luckily, it ended up being on the low end of both).

Communication was easy. They texted me to confirm the appointment and when they were on the way. Doug was very good at talking me through the issues and wore shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt into the house. Payment was easy too as I could pay with cash, credit, or check. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again for big or small jobs.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

We love Charity and Rigo!!! We had them come out for several plumbing issues.  Sure we could have had a handy man cheaper, but the attention to detail, fair pricing, better than any of the major big outfits, and they are local to Laveen.  We replaced toilets, updated sinks, and found the nasty beginnings of the dreaded sewer line clog.  Very personable.  Idea generating.  Truly awesome.  Rigo even recommended having an estimate from one of the other outfits (no need, as earlier, before we knew of them, we had some estimates from some of the big places for water softer/water heater replacement/issuse- and yes, those guys come in at 50% more)

I actually used their service back in May but just getting around to writing the review. I had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on, and also so the people can finish installing the Washer. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling ( I apologize I can't remember the name of the guy since it has been 3 months) and replaced it promptly. He went to Home Depot to get the replacement part, then installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Trident Plumbing is the BEST.  They installed my new faucets in my primary bathroom and replaced my 22 year old water heater.  Thank you Jimmy and Jared for AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY SERVICE.  You arrived on time, cleaned the area and disposed of everything.   If anyone is looking for plumbing services, this company is honest and demonstrates great customer service.

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

we have used Black Hills Plumbing for a number of years.,very good company! they do a great job of diagnosing issues and fixing them. all their employees have been top notch. that show up when scheduled and get the job done-correctly. that also explain everything very well.

Probably one of the competent AC companies I've ever worked with. They won't be the least expensive, but they'll do the job right, the first time.

I would highly recommend this company. They came out the same day I called them and showed up on time. It only took Chad a minute to figure out was was wrong with my water heater and he was able to fix it right away. OK; I thought I would write this review in all fairness to these folks.  I have a normal plumber that I typically use, but this time I needed some emergency work done a particular brand of water heater still under warranty.  So thru an internet search, I found about 4 places that were authorized service dealers for this brand.  I called and left messages at all four places about 8 am on Thanksgiving morning.  Only two guys returned my call promptly (or even at all) within 15 minutes.  Above and Beyond called back first and by talking with him, I knew that he knew what he was talking about and asked me to check for the model # and serial # of my heater, which I did.  He looked up my product on the manufacturers cross reference data base and said he had to repair part.  He said be would be there by 10:30 AM.  A few minutes after I hung up the phone the other guy called and he too knew what he was talking about.  But I had already made a repair appointment with Above and Beyond and told the second guy this -- he said no problem, just call him back if I needed more help.  By 9:15 AM the husband and wife team of Above and Beyond showed up (early!!!) and fixed my problem by replacing the whole gas valve assembly and ignition unit under warranty, in less than 1 hour.  All I paid for was the emergency service which was higher than normal being Thanksgiving, but still fair for the situation.  I am extremely happy with these people and will probably use them for other plumbing work in the future!!!

Of course we had a clog in our sewer line while family was staying with us over the Thanksgiving holiday. Toilets wouldn't flush and bathtubs and showers were backing up late on Friday night. Called our home warranty and they tried to set us up with some other company,  that company told us maybe Monday night!
Thanks for the emergency service assistance, NOT. The home warranty company then set us up with Brewer Family Plumbing, we could not have asked for more expeditious and professional service. They showed up first thing Saturday morning and took care of our sewer problem quickly and without disruputing our crazy household - out of town guests plus 3 dogs & 3 cats makes for a mad house!   We would not hesitate to recommend BFP over anyone else, and will use them for any and all plumbing problems.

Another outstanding experience with Rooter Ranger.  I called on a Sunday morning, expecting to wait for service until Monday at the earliest.  The receptionist was super friendly and had a technician in touch with me within one hour.  We were lucky to get Cody (who worked on an earlier project at our house) -- he was friendly, professional and totally clear about what work was required.  He also jumped in to help us resolve an issue we had with our sink.  The work got done quickly and much more easily than I expected.  Thanks RR for the great service!

Have had a persistent issue with nlittle or no flow in my third bathroom, but could live without the extra bath, until the water started running and the only way I could stop it was to shut off the house water.  Next morning, thru Yelp, requested help.  Fusion was the first to respond.  Because of their rating, I scheduled an appointment thru the system for later in the day.  They called a few hours later to see if they could come earlier.  For sure.  So, Chris, the plumber, started out conservatively, trying the least expensive methods first, which I appreciated.  Explained each step and appeared to be listening to my input and description of the problem.  Had to schedule a second appointment for the next day for a high pressure flush, but he made it possible to get my water back on.  Second day process was a success, after 3 hours and he did all the clean-up.  I can assure you it was an extreme mess.  So thank you for a good job and a reasonable price.
