I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

We had a Water Softner and R/O system installed today. Luis is awesome. He was on time, completed the job and thoroughly explained the system.

Edit: Fusion reached out to me immediately and have resolved this issue for me so I am changing my review. I understand what happened and I am happy with the way the fixed things.

My shower water would not get hot. They came out and spent almost 3 hours, most of that time he was on the phone with 'the boss'. Was told they replaced the valve/cartridge and I needed a new trim kit and I owed $279. I looked it up online before they left and they said it was the right one so I ordered it. When they came back they wanted another $200 to install a trim kit but turns out the trim kit was wrong. So they gave me the 'old' cartridge to take into Lowes and get the right one.

Long story short after going to Home Depot, Lowes and a local plumbing supply turns out they did not replace the valve at all - so not sure what I paid for other than wasting my own time. Also the valve they gave me to compare is brand new and not the same as my old/existing valve. No wonder the trim kit didn't work.

I called the office to voice my concerns and they took a message. That was well over a week ago and no call. I would recommend using a different plumber.

Had the great opportunity to use Steve two times with two different issues. Both times Steve showed up, took care of the problem, efficiently, quickly, and at a great price. I highly recommend this gentleman. Extremely fair with price and a great person to deal with.

The AC unit in my guest space had went out overnight and it was set to be 113 the following day. I researched the best handymen in my zip code, called a few, however they would not be able to come out for a few days. This was an immediate need and I found Gary. He answered his phone, had to wrap up a few jobs and said he could be over by 10-11 that morning (This was 730am that same day).

I went to Home Depot to purchase a new AC unit and selected one that did not fit the space. Gary measured, and then went with me back to Home Depot to ensure that I got the correct size.

Gary was patient, and did an excellent job. Even with my mishaps he was finished within 2.5 hours and had the space cooling down before he was completely finished. I would recommend Gary to anyone that needs any type of work on their home.

We had a leak in our slab, bad water heater, and failing PRV (pressure relief valve).  One of the big box plumbers (Parker and sons) quoted us around 5k to do the work.  I called Scott and he came over right away.  He gave me the same diagnosis and treatment plan for around 2k.  He handled the water heater warranty (which involved taking my water heater back to Home Depot) and exchanging for a new one ( Parker and sons wouldn't do that).  He rerouted my supply line with new copper piping.  He added the PRV and a few new valves.  He even provided us with a new shower head for our master bath.  They went above and beyond.  All the work was completed quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.  Before you get any work done with another plumber, I would suggest getting a quote from Scott!

We were recommend to this company from a co-worker of my husband's and I'm so thankful for the recommendation! We had a hot water slab leak and had a company before Evolution come out, who was late to their quoted time, stated we had to have a leak detection company come out prior to them starting any repairs and also charged a high amount for just re-piping the line that was leaking.

We called Evolution and Ryan and Clint were able to come out earlier then originally planned, do their own leak detection on the spot, complete the re-piping and also provide a new water heater all for under the cost of the other company just doing the line re-piping! They were fast and efficient (getting everything done within 5 hours) and their work was high quality! In addition, the water heater comes with a 6 year warranty! We would absolutely call them again if we had any sort of plumbing issue and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

I have used stellar plumbing for a few things in my home. Curtis is always on time and always professional. I feel like he's one of the few out there that values homeowners time. I appreciate that! I will keep using Stellar plumbing because of the great work and affordable prices.

The gentleman arrived promptly for the appointment, was very friendly, and didn't mind me watching the process as he fixed the broken pipe.  The job was done quickly, the price was very reasonable, and no issues since.

Are you looking for a plumber? Stop looking and pick up your phone because you found him. Mohammed and his team are absolutely wonderful and we will never use anyone else. We have had Mohammed and his guys out to our house a couple of times and we are always impressed with the quality of service. We have had a leak fixed, a new sink installed, toilets fixed and leaky faucets fixed. We even had to have him come out late one night and help us to get a cat out from behind our water heater! I used Merritt for a remodeling but the knowledge of the plumbers was not as good as I expected,they came back twice to correct items,the last time they said it was a defective valve but I did the repair by reversing the cartridge in the value to get hot water on left and cold on right.
I would not recommend them.

Couldn't be happier!  The plumber, Gabriel Yescas, knew exactly what we needed and was in an out in half an hour.  ProForce (actually, Gabriel) is at the top of my list from now on.

JIREH plumbing was great! I called BillyRay and explained the issues we were having with the shower valve and he was able to come out the same day to fix it. He was honest and very reasonably priced.

I needed a plumber as my kitchen drain was backed up and my garbage disposal broke.  The owner was very professional and personable and said that a plumber would be out late that day.  The plumber arrived and within 2 minutes fixed the problem.  He was very courteous and pleasant.  I would definitely recommend this company.

We paid $215 for a faucet that was available at WalMart for $86.  We paid $135 for labor and the installer knocked our sink off the drainage and we couldn't use our sink for two days.  We were charged $390 to fix a leaky faucet spray hose.

Mike said he marks his products up 35% over retail.  The average cost for our faucet was $128.  We were charged $215, which is even more than the list price from the manufacturers website.
