This guy is so fast, so awesome, so helpful.  He installed a 6 stage RO system, fixed a clog in my sink ( complimentary). He is very friendly. Price is reasonable too.

If you want amazing workmanship and amazing customer service these guys are the way to go! After moving in to a new house they went above and beyond to help add a water softener and a new water heater on the same day. The water heater was unexpected. I'm so glad we called than and they helped make our lives been with fresh and hot water. Thank you.

I would give Chris at Harington's Plumbing 10 stars if your review stars went up that high!  I called at 7pm last night with a leak in an exterior pipe, and he had me send pictures and helped me get the water shut off.  He gave me some options for a fix, and was at my home and done before Noon the following day.  He is very polite and pleasant to work with.  He invoiced me right away, and I paid it right away!  Very efficient.  I will definitely work with Chris at Harington's Plumbing again for any plumbing needs in the future.  You will not go wrong with him and his business!

First to review and for good reason!  I called 10 other plumbers and handyman services and no one could give a straight answer even though the job was a very straight forward job.  Everyone else was $250 to $300 plus for the base rate to install a single hole kitchen faucet, but they would have to come out and check the situation first...charging a service fee that would be deducted from the install if we chose them.  Chris at Highland emailed back a simple $65 to $100 price range for installation.  I understand it would have been more if other repairs were necessary, but they weren't.  We have a deep sink and a tight area behind the sink for the water lines.  Chris charged us $70 and came out same day!!!  He did a great job and was in and out in about an hour.  Get 'em while you can as I'm sure those prices will start to approach industry standard but, for now, what a great job and deal!!!

I would give Mike 10 stars if yelp would let me. I am grateful to have found him, by searching reviews. I have used him repeatedly, for a myriad of repairs and improvements - from lighting/electrical to plumbing and plumbing fixture installation to small oddities such as garage door seal replacement and other tweaks. He is reliable, on time, incredibly competent and professional and extremely reasonable. He also just happens to be a wonderful person and nice guy to spend time with and have in your home. If he doesn't do a particular job, he has no trouble saying so. He never tries to extend a repair, up-charge you on labor or materials and there is never a question about what falls into his realm of work. If he doesn't do something, he will tell you willingly, though he seems to be able to do almost anything. I have worked with a myriad of contractors, repair people and home service personnel in my life time. Mike is right up at the top of people I appreciate and look forward to seeing and using, again. I'd want to keep him to myself but he already has a loyal following. It's earned. The only thing you might need to know is that his work load is consistent, due to his great service and pricing. He's worth waiting for, if you have a project that calls for him. And he diligently aims to get to you as fast as possible. Mike is truly a great man to have around.

I do not recommend this company to anyone.
They showed up late , overcharged me , $200 for 35 min of detection only !
At the end they referred me to a different person and left !

I had the pleasure to meet with a team from Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling. We has an issue with the grinder in our kitchen sink and they not only took care of the problem, but they explained in detail what cause the issues in the first place and provided suggestions and recommendations to avoid similar issues in the future. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs a reasonable, reliable and professional service.

Great experience with everyone I've met here. Special shoutouts to Mike who has come out to our house a couple times for maintenance/diagnostics. Appreciated his fast response, timeliness, and direct answers to our questions. Also Devante who was very knowledgeable and honest. No upselling here; just an individualized common sense approach that you don't always get with other companies. OK; I thought I would write this review in all fairness to these folks.  I have a normal plumber that I typically use, but this time I needed some emergency work done a particular brand of water heater still under warranty.  So thru an internet search, I found about 4 places that were authorized service dealers for this brand.  I called and left messages at all four places about 8 am on Thanksgiving morning.  Only two guys returned my call promptly (or even at all) within 15 minutes.  Above and Beyond called back first and by talking with him, I knew that he knew what he was talking about and asked me to check for the model # and serial # of my heater, which I did.  He looked up my product on the manufacturers cross reference data base and said he had to repair part.  He said be would be there by 10:30 AM.  A few minutes after I hung up the phone the other guy called and he too knew what he was talking about.  But I had already made a repair appointment with Above and Beyond and told the second guy this -- he said no problem, just call him back if I needed more help.  By 9:15 AM the husband and wife team of Above and Beyond showed up (early!!!) and fixed my problem by replacing the whole gas valve assembly and ignition unit under warranty, in less than 1 hour.  All I paid for was the emergency service which was higher than normal being Thanksgiving, but still fair for the situation.  I am extremely happy with these people and will probably use them for other plumbing work in the future!!!

Josh was ultra-responsive and helpful. I reached over a weekend and he came out first thing on Monday morning. He thoroughly inspected the pool condition. He provided me with a couple of recommendations and explained the pro's and con's of each. He did an incredible job getting my pool back to perfect condition. His pricing was very reasonable. His communication was fantastic. He was on-time each time he said he was coming out to provide service to the pool.

Not only did he assist me with fixing the current pool condition, I ended up hiring The Pool Whisper for the weekly service as well. He's so knowledgeable and reliable that I know my pool is much better off. It leaves me more time to spend with the family. Thanks for the great service Josh.

I would highly recommend this company. They came out the same day I called them and showed up on time. It only took Chad a minute to figure out was was wrong with my water heater and he was able to fix it right away. I hired Mercenary Mechanical to install a few water faucets in my house. Dave, the owner came out and did a great job. His prices were reasonable and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. He is a veteran and a very nice guy.
