Jim Monz Plumbing

I called two other plumbers I saw on-line that are based a tad closer to where I live - one couldn't get to me for a week & the other never called-back, so I expanded my search area & found Mr Monz.  Initially I left a message, but surprisingly, he called me back within 5 minutes.  And, he was able to get to me that afternoon.  Problem drain fixed in short order.
The service call fee was about what I expected it to be as no parts were needed.  I'd most assuredly call him the next time I'd need such services.

After Jim offered his help in the aisle of the hardware store, we applied his suggestions with great success.  Then, we hit a job we couldn't tackle ourselves and called him.  Jim and his crew arrived quickly, performed the job well and charged a very fair price.  We'll keep his name and number handy for any future plumbing needs.

Great service and prompt response. My water heater started leaking on Saturday . I called Mr Monz and he walked me through over the phone to help stop the leak. He was here next day to replace it and got us squared away. Highly recommended.

Hot water tank was leaking pretty bad and I called Jim after finding him via good ole Google.  He was very nice, professional, and willing to help me out quickly.  He was at my house within 2 hours of calling him and had my tank swapped out like nothing.  I would definitely recommend him 100% and he will be my go to plumber from now on!!  If you're reading this Jim...THANK YOU!!

Cannot recommend this guy high enough.
Had an emergency, randomly found him in Google and called, he showed up 5 mins later and had my issue resolved in under and hour. No nonsense great guys. Can't thank them enough.

Walked in said I needed a new faucet and I did. He said , I'll be right back . He leaves and returns with a faucet. No box. So I say how much is it he says I have to figure it out.  Puts the faucet on.  So starts to go I say. What do I owe. And had my debit card there.  He said I don't take that. Or a check. I said I don't even know the cost yet. He said I do it all by computer. I said I'm not good at thst. Anyway he never sends a bill keeps saying to go on some site which I couldn't. Went thru that at least 4 times. So I said come back here tell me the price and I'll have money. For you.  6 months go by. He shows up today and says he wants 350 for a faucet. Said ot was top of the line.  I live in a mobile home.  Why would I need a top of the line.  I gave him 175. Was all I had. He says he'll be back next month for more.   He and the guy with him were both half lit when they came that day

Had a leak in a house waterline somewhere that was dripping out of my garage ceiling. Called my usual plumber and got voicemail. After two hours and no callback, I checked Yelp and saw excellent reviews for Jim. Called and he answered right away. Within an hour he was at my door with his son. They found the leak pretty quickly and had it fixed within an hour.

Mr. Monz was great . I put five stars ,He did a professional work for us, I really appreciate it. He helped me solve the gas pipeline update problems very seriously, I highly recommend Mr. Monz to everyone because he arranged schedule very quickly and I will make sure call him the next when I'd need service.

Called Monz and spoke to the owner about replacing a valve.  He advised he would call me back.  I never received a call.

He came right over. Was very helpful and knew what was wrong. He came back the next day and checked to make sure everything was good! It felt nice to support a small business and we will definitely call him again!

fair price guy who went the extra mile when parts didn't line up right. gave flat fee prior to work and didn't try and upsell. would use again.

Perfect experience! Quick response and got on his schedule within a few days.  our need was not an emergency.  He addressed all our issues and there were several.  have had not great experiences with plumbers in the past so I am very wary.  I am so happy to have found a skilled and reasonably priced plumber.
