Vance actually takes your calls and shows up on time.  Bottom line he does exactly what he says and doesn't try to jack up the price or up sell.  I highly recommend to anyone and will use his services again.

I'm new in town and needed a plumber to install a water system, Google brought up several. The closest was Vance. After checking with the contractors license board and finding no complaints or problems I sent an email. Vance, the owner, responded with a suggestion for having soft water and great drinking water. I purchased the suggested items and made an appointment for the installation. Vance showed up on time and ready to go. The softener was installed first, the next day the RO filter was installed under the sink, a more difficult job. Vance explained how the systems worked, the maintenance requirements and answered my many questions. I recommend Vance for his friendly manor, skill, knowledge and cleanliness.

Vance is the best! Very skilled, fair pricing, a great guy! He's done a great deal of work for us, backs it up and is personable at all times. Highly recommended! And always on time!
