highly recommend Spartan plumbing. we were having draining issues and Spartan to get someone here very quickly. The plumber that came, Gabriel, was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. I called this business to help unclog my bathroom sink and I had to leave a voicemail. Within 5 minutes they had returned my voicemail and was able to get someone out to me the same day! Gabriel was very polite and knowledge about how to fix my sink. Unfortunately, he was not able to complete the job that day, but came out first thing the next morning. He was able to unclog my drain within a few minutes. He was very professional, and I will be using this business again if I ever need it.

We had a problem with a leaking older shower faucet that had been previously repaired by another company. I requested repair quotes and received a prompt response. They dispatched a plumber shortly afterwards.

TJ arrived and was very professional and helpful. He discussed a few repair options to consider and we agreed to replace the faucet.

He obtained the necessary parts and completed the work the same day. The new hardware looks great and works flawlessly.

I was very satisfied with their work and pricing and will use them again!

I'm so pleased that I hired Spartan Plumbing to do the drain clean on our house in Lakewood, CO. The work was done by Gabe Carr, a very pleasant and professional technician. Gabe explained the process as he went along and really went the extra mile to re-set the toilet properly and re-caulk it.
The price was more than reasonable and I will definitely be calling on Spartan again for our plumbing needs.

I requested a scope, as the job needed one to confirm the sewer was clear. But would've been extra above for 15' of scoping needed. Field guys were great, clean, and competent.

Office prices vs. field quotes are my biggest complaint.

Company charged me $199 to pull a toilet when I thought it was $65. I would have pulled the toilet myself.

We accidentally flushed a small air freshener bottle down the toilet. After trying everything we could to get it out I started a project on Yelp. Spartan was very responsive and quick to get someone out the same morning. Gabe was very nice and helpful and tried to get me the best price. After looking at the toilet and deciding it needed to be replaced he worked very hard on getting a new one that was comparable to the one we broke. He replaced it same morning and we couldn't be happier.

TJ of Spartan did an incredible job in spite of having a very long day. We have a home where former owners DIY'd stuff they really shouldn't have, and Randy not only helped us get ahold of the city to shut off our water so we could replace an out of code water valve, found a problem with the gas line that had been feeding our old water heater, and immediately got us scheduled to have it fixed. Spartan Plumbing came out for emergency gas leak repair to get our heat turned back on during a cold snap in February. Jeff was awesome! Super communicative, very knowledgeable, and did a thorough job.

The work was well-priced and below other quotes I received for the same job.

Will call them back again for anything we have going on.

The only reason I knocked off a star is for their scheduling experience. The guy that answered the phone in the morning couldn't book an appointment. He told me someone would call me back in an hour and no one did. I had to call them back and play some phone tag.

Would recommend you keep your guard up with Spartan plumbing as they'll try to upsell an insane amount. They were fast to come out to give a free diagnosis on my hot water heater and toilet that needed a new float.

What really annoyed me was on my Rinnai hot water heater which was showing an error code and shutting off the hot water. The hot water heater is 6 years old and need to be serviced. Before doing anything the plumber explained how these systems can erode easily if not regularly serviced. He said he could clean in for like $400 but couldn't guarantee it wouldn't have issues inside and may break when opening it up. If it breaks, because supply chain issues, it would take 45 days to get the replacement parts and would cost around $4,400. Conveniently he could replace the hot water heater same day with a US one for only $600 more or $5k. I asked what the probability was of it being broken or getting broken when opening which he couldn't say. That meant if I let him open it , I was at his discretion as to whether I'm paying $400 to clean or $5K for a new system, all with me not even being there. I know when someone is trying to handle me. I told him to do nothing on the hot water heater and just replace the toilet float which was $200. That's expensive for an easy fix but within reason.

On the hot water heater, I had Hot Water Now! come out and clean it the next day which fixed the issue. They also had Rinnai replacement parts if needed rather than trying to sell me a whole new system. It cost $324 and is now working.

I've had spartan plumbing out for a couple calls regarding rooting/clearing lines. They did a good job. I found Spartan to be a little expensive but every time I mentioned a competitor coupon they honored it. This was nice because their service/expertise is truly good

Living in an older home, we have drain issues and old pipes so I need a good plumber to have in my back pocket. After today's visit, I don't need to shop around for plumbers because Spartan is hired. I read the reviews on yelp and thought this outfit would be perfect for my plumbing project. And they seemed to be responsive and even did Saturday work, but about half an hour into the appointment window they called and said there was some other emergency that they needed to attend to. They said they would get back with me later in the day, which never happened. After waiting around for five hours, I went with another firm that was actually reliable and showed up.

Oh my goodness - this is cheesy being excited for a plumber - but I finally found an AFFORDABLE plumber!! And not JUST affordable, he was COOL. AS. HECK. Jeremiah was the man, and thanks to him, he did a drain cleaning for our bathroom sink (WARNING PARENTS: don't let kids play w toys by the sink! Haha). Anyway! Out of the the 5 other quotes I requested off Yelp, these guys were in my price range, meaning - not stupidly expensive AND they didn't have to coooome in for an estimate (an estimate for a drain cleaning? Really?).

SO, if you're looking for a CLEAN, reliable, affordable, SUPER COOL DUDE, to get a toy out of your bathroom sink because the boys were playing too darn close to it??? Call these guys, they'll get those grocery gangs out. Hahaha.

(*side note* Grocery Gangs are these teeny gross, food-like toys they don't sell anymore, at least I don't think).

I'll start by saying that everyone at Spartan Plumbing was very kind, and they were very easy to work with! I had a new kitchen countertop installed and needed help installing a new sink at a very specific time and day. Setting up the appointment was easy and they were very prompt in responding and answering questions.

My only issue with their service was the quote didn't match the services performed, and it ended up being very overpriced.

When the technician arrived, we got our quote and it was quite a bit higher than I expected. However I was told due to the depth of the sink and the current placement of the drain pipes, they would need to go into the crawlspace, cut through the floor, and run a new drain line. While they were down there they would also replace some copper piping that had some corrosion. It all seemed reasonable at the time.

It turned out the work was much simpler once the sink was dropped in. It only required dropping in the sink, installing the garbage disposal, and hooking up the disposal to the drain pipe with 1 foot of new pipe. Despite this, the sink installation still cost *$800*, and the copper pipe corrosion fix never happened either.

I would suggest going with another company. Good work done eventually but SUCH a series of hassles to get it done and get a straight answer.

They rescheduled 5 times on us. I had to take off work multiple times and had barely any communication from them about the rescheduled times. Good thing I reached out or I wouldn't have even known that the times were being rescheduled.

More importantly, they are not an honest company. Sam, the owner, lies about being the owner. He is really difficult to deal with and is not transparent. Over the phone he told me they were doing a certain thing and replacing a certain part of our sewer in addition to the other part of the job. Then didn't follow through and that part never got replaced.

The crew that replaced most of our sewer did a great job. It was a highly effective crew and high quality work. Hard working folks who clearly know what they're doing. Too bad it's a really difficult company to work with, and you can't ever seem to get a straight answer from Sam. Backpedaling, half-truths, and hard to ever understand what he's saying.

This was our first time ever calling a plumber and we are very happy we went with Spartan. Randy responded quickly and started the huge project the following day. The whole project involved replacing all the plumbing under our basement, a new furnace (installed by a different company) and a new water heater. We also opted to add a water conditioning system since they were that far in it. We were given all the options prior to any work being done, there was never any hard sell on any work or products (the conditioning systems was something we always talked about getting).

We will surely be using, and recommending, Spartan in the future.

5280 PDS did a fantastic job at our residence this past weekend, yes, on a Saturday. Ian was great, he came out and identified the problem going above and beyond to make sure that we took the next proper steps to correct the issue. Within three days the crew was onsite on a cold Saturday morning right on time and began their work in an efficient and courteous manner. Vaughn was there to answer any questions and kept me abreast of their progress as the crew went about their work. once complete, Vaughn took the time to re-scope the new lines for any trouble spots and gave me a full description of things to do and look for going forward. They also reached out to their 3rd party mitigation crew to conduct a free onsite analysis, which called me 5 minutes after Vaughn left and arrived 15 minutes later.

Top notch organization with very attentive and detail oriented employees. Truly a 5 star experience with these guys.

We just had Randy and Luke come and do some major plumbing in our bathroom and the main shut off to the house. Whenever we have repair men come to our house I get very anxious and worried. Within a few minutes of meeting Randy, that anxiety and worry went away.
Our house is pretty old so what can go wrong does go wrong anytime repairs are made. Through it all Randy and Luke stayed positive and solved whatever problems came up. The price was incredibly reasonable. In fact I thought it would be much more.
I would highly recommend Spartan Plumbing to anyone, and will do so if anyone I know has plumbing issues. These guys are incredible.

Contacted Spartan Plumbing for preventive maintenance service to clean out my sewer line. Sammy Carr showed up and not only did a thorough snake line job, but also explained in detail the process and offered suggestions on future preventive maintenance service. The folks at Spartan plumbing are absolutely the greatest. I had a leaky outside water hydrant which need to be repaired or replaced. The lady in the office was super nice when I called. They sent two folks (Jacob and Gabe) out the same day to evaluate the situation and discuss options. We figured it was likely we'd break the pipe when removing the head of the hydrant since it's been there for 25 years. We were lucky as when they returned to fix/replace it they were able to remove the head, replace the stopper at the end of the shut off rod and put a new head on the pipe. I was so happy we did not have to dig up the entire hydrant and replace it. They were so nice, responsive and easy to work with. The price they changed was more than fair. This is not the usual plumbing job and I was a little afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone to do this. They said they hadn't done these before but were more than willing to figure it out which I really appreciated. The hydrant is working perfectly and hopefully it will be another 20 years before it needs to be repaired. I had occasion to chat with Sam who is one of the owners and he was absolutely great in addressing all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs and old houses have plumbing needs. They are the best.

We needed some roots cleaned out of our sewer line. They responded within 10 minutes of submitting a request and we're very nice and communicative. We were scheduled for a 10am-12pm window and Vaughn arrived at 10:05am!!! Vaughn was great throughout the whole process. Thoroughly explained the process and pricing and answered all my questions. He did a fantastic job, ran the blades through a few times to ensure the roots were gone, and then let me watch and ask question while he scoped the pipe. I would 100% use them again!

I had an emergency situation in my basement and 5280 said their plumber would be out between 4-6. Vaughn called me and showed up early, masked, and ready to work. He did a bunch of diagnostic work to find the source of the problem (a leak in the basement) and continued to search for answers well after the usual tests. Unfortunately, we could not find the source, but I appreciate him doing his best to help. Vaughn is very insightful, helpful, and respectful. I will ask for him in the future for my plumbing needs!

My kitchen sink had become completely detached from a granite counter, with garbage disposal attached, and I had no idea how to fix it, nor was I strong enough to re-attach it. I called Spartan after doing some research and reading reviews and I am so glad I did! Jeff was amazing! He was friendly, kind, and professional. He explained everything, every step of the way, and gave me a very reasonable price! My personal experience included absolutely no upselling, I received a straightforward price for the work after he made a plan. Jeff went above and beyond! He was quite a bit lower than another quote I had received and even came back the following morning to re-attach the garbage disposal, and did not charge me for the second visit. I am in social work and going back to school, I was frightened of the cost of having a plumber fix this sink! I am now completely relieved that I was able to have the sink professionally fixed AND I actually did not go broke in the process! Thank you Jeff and Spartan Plumbing! I have had a couple bad experiences with plumbers in the past so I called Spartan based on their excellent reviews. I'm so glad I did. Jeremiah showed up and was very friendly and straightforward. He was clearly knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong. The fix was simple and there was no hint of upselling or doing anything unnecessary to elevate the price. I could tell he was passionate about the work and just wanted to do right by his customer. After that problem was solved, I asked Jeremiah a couple of questions and he gave me some helpful information. This is long overdue but Vaughn came out to our house back in November to fix a leak we had in our basement room. He was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. He gave us many options on what the leak could possibly be before getting to work. It is really hard to find a plumber you can trust and that knows what they are doing. He had a great attitude the entire time he was here and let me tell you ...he was here for quite a bit of time. We had some issues with Aurora water and had to wait multiple times for them to come out to the house and turn the water on/off and Vaughn was patient with us the entire time. We will definitely be looking forward to using your services here again soon. Services were very well priced, customer service was superb, and the job itself was complete all within a couple of hours.

They showed up with a mask add provided me with three price levels and multiple options to fix my n kitchen drain. I chose hydrojetting to clean out my old cast iron pipes (the most expensive option) and was glad I did. The only issue is that their hydrojetting machine had gaskets freeze so they had to come back on a different day to complete the job.

The technician called and asked if they could come early to resolve our clogged drain. they were quick and efficient in fixing the clog and providing additional information and resources to prevent future problems. As a Handyman, I respect any company that provides open communications and sets good expectations during the interaction. My experience with Spartan Plumbing was stellar!!! After many years of being taken advantage of by contractors, this company is honest. I worked mostly with Vaughn. I had a clog on 5/26/2021 and it was cleared, then two days later the drain in the kitchen overflowed. It was more than just a clog. Vaughn came out, re-augured the pipes and ran the camera through the 72-year-old cast iron pipes. There was an obstruction somewhere. I decided to go ahead and replace all the 72-year-old plumbing with PVC. First, though, the overflow had to be dried out and sanitized. Vaughn called DeepWater Restoration who came out the same evening and set up industrial fans and filters to dry out the area. After the dry-out, Vaughn and team removed and replaced the old copper and cast iron plumbing. When the cast iron was removed, it was found that big roots had grown through the cast iron. Vaughn also advised me about contacting my homeowner's insurance company to see if some of the repairs were covered (they were).
If you need plumbing of any kind, I recommend Spartan!

Needed my front outdoor spigot replaced due to a crack from winter freeze. Asked for bids on yelp and received several. Spartan wasn't the cheapest, they were however incredibly responsive and had me scheduled for a no fee consult within 2 days. Vaughn, the representative and tech for Spartan was professional, thorough and did a great job. If I need repairs in the future, Spartan has my business.

Called late yesterday and they were able to get someone out the next afternoon to unplug our bathroom drain. Vaughn, the technician was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. 5280 Plumbing & Drain Services' level of customer service was well beyond what we have experienced with other plumbing companies. They do not charge to inspect the job, provide an upfront quote, and their work was excellent. I give them high marks for communication; you know before the job begins exactly what will be done, and the cost. We had a kitchen sink leak problem, and we had two plumbers from another company try to fix the problem on two occasions--and the leak returned. Rather than have the original plumbing company return, we contacted 5280. In the future, whenever we have a plumbing issue, 5280 will be our first call. Ian was the tech, and he was excellent. He even spent time between the site visits researching our plumbing problem.

Information came abundantly from the USMC Plumber. Clear, concise to the point communication with a side of history. I've interviewed 10 companies in the last week and this guy's customer service is through the roof. I have a better understanding of my problem and the services that are available even after watching several diy and pro-plumber youtube videos. Wish I just started with this company first.

Work is good. Easy to make an appointment, but they were almost 2 hrs late. 1300$ for some PVC piping seemed expensive AF but I needed the work done so they got me. But like I said work is good.

Prompt courteous service with the repair completed the same day. Kenny and Brandon presented different repair options and the pros/cons for each. Sammy was great! He called prior to showing up to my house to let me know when he would arrive. He showed up to my house wearing a mask and introduced himself. I showed him where the leaking pipe was and he took some time to look it all over. I asked him if it was possible to remove two old valves and replace it with a ball valve to make it easier to turn on and off the water if we needed it. He then showed me three different job/price options for this job. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE from him on which one was better. I could have picked the cheapest option which I know would have worked but the decided to go with the highest priced one to get the pipes and valves replaced. He immediately started working on getting everything fixed. It took him a while to get it all taken care of but I knew this was not going to be an easy job. There were a few issues but he handled it. After he replaced everything he wiped down the pipes to make sure all the replaced parts where dry and clean. He turned on the water and thoroughly checked to ensure there were no leaks and made sure I was happy with the job. He cleaned up and it looked like no one had even been in the area. Sammy was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Spartan Plumbing!! If I have any other plumbing issues in the future I will definitely be calling them again.
