I am extremely pleased with the response and work of One Time Plumbing to repair the broken faucet in my tub/shower. They answered my initial call and were prompt in scheduling an appointment. Cesar did great work. He was clean, organized, and efficient. He had to cut through the wall on the back of the shower to access the faucet and did a great job of patching the wall.

Excellent, responsive and worked with customer to quickly repair a burst water pipe just last Utility Meter. Isidoro sized up the problem, saw solution and replaced broken fitting without tearing up a lot of surrounding dirt and piping. Pleasure to work with! Maria customer service also excellent- from my initial phone call for help to coordinating Isi to be on site within 2 hrs. A very satisfied customer.

Both of our office restrooms were out of order..called them a little after 8:00 am and the arrived at around 8:30 and fixed the problem!! We can all drink our coffee now!!!!!

I've used On Time Plumbing twice now and they have been great each time.  I called today because of a leak in a water pipe leading to our water heater.  Cesar was able to come by within a couple of hours and promptly fixed the leak for a reasonable price.

After he left, I noticed some problems with the hot water flow and thought maybe there was still some issue with the water heater.  I called On Time back after hours, expecting that I would need to leave a voicemail.  Instead, someone picked up (sorry didn't get the name) and graciously walked me through the issue via facetime.  Turns out I just needed to let the hot water run for a while to get some air out of the system as the water heater had been drained to fix the leak.

I will definitely use On Time again for future plumbing needs.  Highly recommended!

I am not talking about their service. They did not show up for this appointment on Saturday. I called them but no body answered the phone. I left the voice message. Well, I was thinking it was weekend so they may get back to me on the next working day. On Monday, there is no call to explain what happened.

Unexpectedly our water heater went out... It leaked horribly. I called and left a message on Sunday when it happened and they were closed but I left a message. On Monday morning I received an early call from Maria in the office and she said she send someone over a s soon as possible. Izzy came over within the hour and quickly found the issue and gave me an estimate. He came back within a couple hours with Cesar and another gentleman, replaced the water heater and took care of a problem in our master bathroom sink as well.

I'm extremely please with the quick response time, quality of service, and the polite, professional and friendly demeanor of Izzy, Cesar and the other fellow.

On Time Plumbing is on the top of my list for ANY plumbing issues I have in future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any plumbing needs you have!!

Replaced my water heater in a very tight space. A super difficult removal, the old heater was plugged and would not drain. They managed to get a very heavy, full 40 gallon heater out. The install went perfectly. Cannot recommend On Time highly enough.

Had a clog in my kitchen sink.  Putting a snake down the drain I put a hole in the p-trap.  Took me a while to find someone to come out Saturday but On Time was able to schedule me for 12pm-2pm.  They actually arrived ahead of schedule and gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the p-trap and to snake out the kitchen line.  They were all done in less than 45 minutes.  Isidoro and colleague wore masks during the whole time and were very quick and cleaned up nicely afterwards.  Isidoro explained that the original p-trap was probably over 20 years old and brittle so when I tried to snake the drain it broke.  He also made recommendations to use vinegar and hot water to keep the pipes clear.  On Time was very on time, courteous, fast and reasonably priced.  I would DEFINITELY use them again for any plumbing needs.

These guys are the best!  In the past few months we have had to two, separate major leaks in our deep irrigation lines. Each time, they had to dig 3 to 4 feet down to find the broken pipe, replace it, and then confirm that the repair held before filling the hole back up with dirt. They are professional, prompt, and very hard working, and they get the job done. Next time you are in need of plumbing help, look no further than On Time Plumbing.

Overall a good experience. Had what I thought was water heater drainage issues and had my water heater replaced. It's understandable in a small condo that diagnostics are less efficient. They were able to quickly install a new water heater at a reasonable price. I noticed some more leakage and they were to come back out to do a thorough investigation to determine where the leakage was from and repiped part of the laundry room to allow for more efficient drainage and also provided some other maintenance tips. Appreciate the teams professionalism.

We have used On Time Plumbing a few times over the last few years and have always been happy with their service. Most recently, we had a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking that we needed fixed. Isidoro came out and gave a free inspection and let us know that it would be most cost-effective to replace the faucet. He also looked at some old water filter pipes in the garage that we wanted removed and noticed our garage sink faucet was on it's way out so we decided to replace that, too.

We scheduled the job and they were able to complete both sink faucet installations, a utility sink installation complete with caulking, and also removed the old water filter pipes and capped them off...all in one visit. They were very professional and respectful and always wore shoe covers as well as masks.

I'm happy to have a trustworthy, reliable plumber that we can call for future needs. And, I really like the fact that we can support a local family run business especially during these difficult times.

Bought an all-in-one ventless washer/dryer as a drop-in kitchen replacement for a dishwasher. I ordered it from Home Depot and paid for installation but their contractor, Temco Logistics, couldn't do it. I called On Time Plumbing and the next morning, Isidoro swung by, took a quick look, gave me an estimate, came back in the afternoon with the correct fittings/adapters/splitters to hook up under the kitchen sink and knocked it all out in around an hour. Wore a mask, booties for working in the house, totally professional, courteous, and fast work. I couldn't be more pleased! Will definitely call them again next time I need any plumbing help. Thanks!

Had a drainage issue in our bathroom. Water/waste was seeping through the shower and tub drains. Reached out to On Time via Yelp. I chose OT because they are local and had solid reviews.

Isidoro responded immediately via Yelp and I called the next day to make an appointment. The best thing about it was that I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day!

Isidoro came to the house 'On Time' as advertised!
I like On Time because they do not charge a consult fee for coming out like some other companies. He identified the issue and we scheduled the work to be done the following day. Isidoro and his team wore masks, practiced social distancing as best they could and wore booties when inside the house. Since we did not have a clean out drain, Isidoro had to clear the clog by snaking by removing the toilet.

Bottom line is he and his team got the job done and he was very thorough explaining the issue. His cost to do the job was less than than half the cost of another estimate I received. I asked Isidro to quote some other plumbing projects and his quote again was half the cost of what I received from another company. We will be using On Time Plumbing for our plumbing needs and I recommend On Time!

Have had several runs with different plumbing companies. None were any good. Till I called the on time plumbing. Mary was great with scheduling and follow up. Isadore and his crew have been in my house fixing up several plumbing jobs which I needed be done for awhile. They repaired items under the house that I did not even know needed repairs. . Great job, very professional. They showed up on time every time which is also great!

Extremely well run company and very impressed with their prices and service. I've used a ton of companies and I'm pleased that I found them. From first phone call explaining my problem and looking for a quote over the phone they came through within an hour of my first speaking with Maria. Not only was their price exceptional they showed up the SAME DAY and installed the new water heater. Life saver as it was in a rental that I own and the tenant's were without hot water. Does not get better than that. I will definitely use them again if I need a plumbing solution. Based on their website they do much more than just install water heaters.

Was having our Mother's Day celebration and our plumbing backed up. My Husband drove down the street as he had seen their van and asked if they could help out. Always satisfied with the service from this company. I have used them multiple times now.
They were always responsive, on-time (they are On Time Plumbing), gave accurate estimate, and completed the works well.
Some of the works they did: replacing few bathroom sinks, fixing the blockage under the kitchen sink, installing bathroom faucets. I am thinking of having them come back to replace the bathtub. Will update the review again after that.

Great service all around, highly recommend. Called in the morning and they were available same day to come in the afternoon, had a broken garbage disposal, they said repair or replacement and gave pricing for both. They showed up on-time no issues, realized better to do a replacement, did it quickly for the price quoted. Couldn't have asked for better service, will call again for my plumbing needs!

These guys are EXCELLENT.  Isidoro came on a weekend to fix a seriously dripping toilet that required he turn off the water to the house (at the street) and then replace two valves.  Not only did he do a nice job, he was super organized and did a very clean repair.  Nicely done.

BETTER THAN THAT... I mentioned to Isidoro that we'd broken a toilet lid. He said he'd keep an eye out for a replacement and let us know if he found one.  Several weeks later, he dropped off a replacement toilet lid for us that matched perfectly!  

Now THAT's customer service that's above and beyond the call of duty!  Wonderful service.

I had a great experience with Cesar and On-Time Plumbing.  When I needed assistance for a leaking outdoor spigot, I called On-Time Plumbing late one afternoon because of the great Yelp reviews (which I am now adding to).  The office of On-Time Plumbing answered the phone immediately, and they were able to schedule a repair for the very next day.   Cesar arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, gave me a fair price to replace the spigot, and immediately performed the repair.   Cesar is knowledgeable, professional, polite, regarding, efficient, and skilled.  The whole experience was smooth, easy, and successful, and I was very impressed overall by Cesar.   I highly recommend him.

Needed main drain fat-ball clog cleared. Happens every 3-4 years in my 40yo home with poor plumbing design. On time replied to my request thru very helpful Yelp platform. Their name says it all: they're super reliable. Every few years I need something done at our place and they make dealing with what could be a pain super easy. Recently we had a clogged drain in our laundry room and they came the next day and took care of it at a fair price. Hopefully I will remember to bookmark them next time as last time I called other places that made it difficult to even schedule anything.

I asked five companies for ballpark quotes on hooking up a new kitchen sink, new garbage disposal, new faucet, existing dishwasher, and running a water line to my refrigerator.

I added On Time to my short list because they understood my project description  (whereas other plumbers did not bother to read my project description or did not understand English).

I chose On Time because their quote was nearly half of what other plumbing companies and general contractors quoted.

Minor problems were uncovered as work began; however, none of these problems cost me extra labor or parts fees.

The end result looked good to my untrained eye.

Consequently, I'm thoroughly happy with the On Time Plumbing's fixed low price, workmanship, and reasonable handling of problems that came up.

I accidentally dropped stuff into the toilet and I called to have them come and see if it's retrievable. The initial service was fast and good. However after they left the toilet started leaking water from within. I called to have them come back and fix it and they claimed it's 'normal-wear-and-tear' and would want to charge $120 to fix it . Well, common sense tells me normal wear and tear doesn't start immediately after you worked on it right? I don't think they are responsible for what they did. Not recommended.

When you've sprung a leak under your kitchen sink, it's really hard to have a properly functioning household. It's tough when you can't cook and wash normally.

In this instance, On Time Plumbing came to the rescue. Calling several plumbers around town, most could only come the following day, one plumber could only come two days later, and no one could make it the same day except for Eddy and his crew. They made it out to my house in about an hour, in fact!

Eddy did fantastic work. He worked efficiently to diagnose the problem and replace the problem pipe. There was lots of gunk in the drain, so he cleaned it out as well. Eddy was great at explaining everything, making recommendations, and leaving the place clean. Thumbs up.

Gave them a call, made an appointment to replace our toilet and within 40 minutes they were at the house. 30 minutes later the job was done.

I contacted On Time Plumbing for emergency service for a water heater leak on a Saturday.  They responded promptly and luckily had someone who come within an hour of when I contacted them.  They replaced the water heater that afternoon on the spot which was a huge help and was very good customer service.  Now we have a working water heater again and avoided expensive repair issues.

I sent a yelp message looking for help addressing a leak created when I tried to install a Toto washlet seat by myself. OnTime gave a very prompt response and got someone out to me right away while most other plumbers wanted me to call to schedule for another day.

Eddie arrived at the estimated time and looked at my toilet and suggested a solution right away which was originally quoted at $225 to replace the flusher and finish the seat hookup (ended up being about 20 min work).

He offered me a discount to $175 to write this review which I still thought was expensive. However, the service was immediate, the solution spot on, and the guys were very polite and upfront. Thanks for the prompt service!

Great experience.

Had a leak under kitchen sink, called 11 am, they set an appointment 1pm, I was late a few minutes and they waited for me, so nice of them.

Very clean, polite and in 1/2 hr issue fixed.

I have to say way beyond my expectations for a plumbing company. Like to call them the uber of plumbing.

Compared to a lot of plumbings who is just one person doing everything they have staffs answering phone, dispatching and it was obvious they cared for not messing the place and delivering the job clean.

I don't trust plumbers for the most part and have a company I like, but when we had a plugged sewer line and needed someone right away, I called the company I usually work with.
They got back to me, said they were too busy to come to my job, and recommended On Time Plumbing.
On-time plumbing was on time, fast, didn't try to oversell me, shared all my options, got the plugged sewer fixed, and off they went.

On Time Plumbing is actually a very appropriate name for this company. We had an emergency situation, where all our plumbing was backing up an hour before we were supposed to leave on our vacation. They said they would arrive in 30-45 minutes, which they did, and they cleaned out the clog in 15 minutes.

Because this was an emergency, I thought for sure we would charged double the standard price, but their final charge was actually less than what I would have considered a standard charge! I gave them a nice tip, because they were absolute life-savers: They arrived quickly, resolved the issue quickly, and didn't charge a ridiculous price. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issue I might have in the future.

My point person for all things plumbing service at the 6 unit building i manage in Mountain View is Isidoro and I can't say enough nice things about the service from him over the years. The follow up from the tech in the field is spot on and the tenants feel well taken care. A win / win for everybody. Yes they arrived on time, but they had a cocky attitude and....

.....for a simple yard pipe leak they wanted $225....no thanks....I went to the Day Worker Center and found a worker who did it for $100 + parts = $125

Had a clogged toilet after a party and needed to have it unclogged. Luis was fast, efficient and courteous in replacing our frozen water valves under the bathroom sink.  We had a leaky delta faucet with frozen or rusted set screws that we and Luis could not take off without destroying the faucet handle.  

So, Luis recommend that we replace the faucet and in the interim he replaced the frozen water valves so that we could turn off the drippy faucet.  He was very quick and clean on performing the job.  I would use him again.

The company is easy to communicate with and responsive to phone and e-mails.  The lady handling the phones is excellent.  

Isidoro came in the morning to take measurements for my sink and review additional repairs needed. I  got an e-mailed estimate at the end of the day  and we scheduled a time later in week.

A team of 3 came to do the job. They arrived promptly, which was important as the work required water shutoff to the building with other units.They worked quickly and efficiently,  were very polite and wore masks. Sink and toilet were replaced.  The shower cartridge was replaced  and a new shower head installed. The job was completed faster than I expected. They did a thorough clean-up after the job was done.

I'm very satisfied with their quality work and pricing. I  will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a small drain-side leak under our bathroom sink.

On Time Plumbing responded quickly to our Yelp Request a Quote and is friendly and professional to work with. We managed to schedule an appointment for the next day, and Luis came by, quickly found the issue, and came up with a solution that is BETTER than the original part that had corroded over time. Replacing the original part would have been a week out, but Luis' proposed solution is an improvement because it will be corrosion resistant so we can avoid the problem in the future.

The work was done quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. I can't say enough good about these guys. They're our go-to plumber in the future!

Isidoro did an outstanding job with our washing machine drainage.  He re-piped the discharge pipe and then snaked the system when it turned out to be obstructed.  He was prompt, pleasant and extremely capable.  Highly recommended.  

UPDATE:  On Time Plumbing stood behind their work and promptly returned to re-snake over a month later.  Kevin did an outstanding job, crawling under the house for a protracted process to assess the cause for re-obstruction.  He is pleasant, professional and a delight to work with!

Fast response and good work!  Our hot water went cold Sunday night.  Upon checking, I found that the gas pilot light was out and my attempts to relight it were unsuccessful.  Monday morning we called On Time Plumbing and they were able to arrive within 1-1/2 hours.  They confirmed that the pilot was not working, replaced it and relighted it.  Hot water restored!  Our water heater is fairly old so replacement is probably not far in the future. But for now, all is well.

Contacted this company to get a quote on replacing my toilets. Got the most affordable quote out of 10 plumbers. They came 20 minutes early for the job the next day and replaced my 2 toilets within a couple hours. They also put in bidets that I ordered on the toilets and helped me attach the remote to the walls. They offered good advice on flooring issues and wall issues. If I have plumbing issues, I'll be contacting them again.

Water heater out.  Called OTP.  Came out within 2 hours.  Heater was at the end of its life.  Got it replaced.  Worked FAST, and neatly.  When he was done, the only way you could tell he'd been there was the new water heater.

Boom.  It don't get better than that.

We had a great experience with On Time Plumbing.  Isidoro and his crew replaced my old gas water heater with a new hybrid heat-pump water heater.  Isidoro did the free initial inspection within a day of when I contact them, and he gave me a verbal quote on the spot - which he held to.  They were able to schedule the job for the very next weekend.  The job went smoothly and the price was very reasonable.   One minor issue was that there was a hole drilled in the wall where I wasn't expecting it, luckily it was not a big issue, but I would suggest to be very clear with them initially about how you want things set up and you shouldn't have any issues.

On Time is easy to communicate with, all my questions and appointment setup details were handled by email.

I would recommend On Time Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

This review is long overdue and I should have posted it months ago!  We have used On Time Plumbing twice. First time was last May when we had a backup with the sewer line. Unfortunately this is an ongoing issue due to the roots getting into the pipes, so last night Isidoro and his crew came by to help again. We really appreciate his prompt attention on a Saturday night; it's nice to have a working bathroom again!
Isidoro was detailed and thorough on his explanations about what is causing our sewer line to backup, and he is giving us options on how to treat this issue.  Also, the cost of his service was fair! I would highly recommend On Time Plumbing.

I may have to update this review,  as my situation is a little odd and the work is not yet totally complete.   I called On Time this morning, spoke with Isidoro, with a plumbing emergency.  He was able to come out this afternoon at 2:30. Thank heavens!   I had a horrifyingly bad leak in the shower, so bad I had to shut the water off at the house.  I needed quick and good service.  

I had already purchased a new fixture for Isidoro to use to replace the old fixture by the time he arrived.  

When Isidoro took off the old fixture, he said he could repair this one and my price would go down from $600 to $300.  I agreed, with the understanding that the fix would look and work the same as the fixture had a week before the leak started.

3 hours later, while my plumbing repair worked and no more leak, the fixture looks a little bit McGyvered (not pretty), with a plastic piece showing that should be covered with a trim,  and also my body sprays suddenly don't work any longer.  A big bummer.  

However, the reason for the 5 stars is that Isidoro said that after 3 hours of work, he would not charge me at all because he can could tell I wasn't  happy with the look of it and the sprays not working.  He said that maybe he can find a part that covers the plastic so that it looks better.  This may take a few days.

Still, Isidoro gets 5 stars just for coming out quickly today (10 other plumbers I called could not do that), doing the work and offering to not charge me because I'm not completely happy.  This is pride in one's work and a genuine concern for the client.  He was genuinely trying to do me a favor by saving me money.  What he didn't know is that I like things to look pretty in the end and so I was a bit disappointed. He is honest and a good man - that goes a long way in my book.    

I told him to please find the part and we will come to some agreement on the payment but to rest assured that he would be paid something for his time, regardless if he can make it look good and the sprays not work.   Had I known that the repair wouldn't look good and not work entirely in the end, I would have opted for the new fixture, even with the added cost.  But to not have 5 gallons of water gushing out every 5 minutes is truly a godsend.  How stressful in this drought!   I am sincerely grateful for his effort.

I bought a washer and dryer off of fb market place. The dryer I bought was gas and that is something that I recommend anyone leave for a professional. This morning I called On Time plumbing and they said they would be here in 15 minutes. They were on time, assesed that their was a tricky situation with my water heater aswell. Eddy was quick, super efficient, and went above and beyond. He set everything up and tested it to make sure it worked. I highly recommend him. Will use him again.

Yesterday, they replaced a shower faucet cartridge. I have done that before, but I was busy to do it myself (It took me about 20 mins) this time. They charged $270 ($40 for part) and I think it's not reasonable.

First of all, their name is inaccurate. I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate, and there was no sign of them within the one-hour window. So I texted and called. They called back and it turned out they had the wrong number for my address. The truck was nearby, but couldn't they have let me know sooner that they couldn't find it?? (I don't know how long he was lost for).
Then, they looked at the job and had no suggestions for how to install the pump I wanted on the water heater, and didn't even know the name of the type of pump that I need. This is in contrast to another plumber who had come by a couple days earlier and was very clear about what needed to be done. I just wanted to get a 2nd opinion, but these guys failed to do it. I sent them away with disappointment.

A long overdue and grateful review for on time Plumbing who saved the day for our family many times over. They installed a new water heater for us when the old one finally gave out, installed a new shower head and shower assembly etc. The time they really blew me away was when we had a new dishwasher delivered and even though I had paid for installation the Home Depot installer informed me they couldn't do it due to some technicality. On Time Plumbing responded within an hour of my call, installed, corrected the technicality, tested it and were just amazing to work with. Prices are very reasonable and service is very professional! Couldn't ask for more.

I hired On Time Plumbing to replace my water heater and reroute the plumbing in my garage so I could move the washer dryer from one wall to another. I had five plumbers come out to bid, and they came in with the most reasonable price. They were very professional to work with, especially when they failed to notice (and I failed to mention) that my dryer was gas. As a result their estimate came in lower than what they would have given had they noticed it was gas when they initially came out. Instead of being stubborn and telling me I should have mentioned it they admitted they should have noticed it and split the difference with me, which I felt was fair. They finished the job in two days with a crew of 2-3. They worked efficiently and were responsive to a couple requests I had midway through without hassle. I trusted the work they did, and for the most part it was very clean and professional. My one gripe is that the laundry box they installed in the wall wasn't level and aesthetically cock-eyed. Fortunately it's the garage so it's not the worst thing but it left the final job looking a bit sloppy. Also, after moving the washer/dryer our washer has occasionally been giving an error code. I'll be reaching back out to them to see if that can be addressed. Assuming the respond well to the issue (which I expect they will) I'll update my review. Other than that they were a pleasure to work with and I'd hire them again.

We had two issues - a malfunctioning garbage disposal and a severely clogged drain.  I called at 8:45am hoping they would be able to squeeze me in later that day or the next day.  I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could stop by between 10am and 11am.  They arrived at 10:02am and everything was fixed by 10:15am!  Not the most complicated problems, but I appreciate the promptness and efficiency nonetheless.  Price was reasonable and they were incredibly friendly and professional as well... Eddy Cruz was terrific.   I had a really hard job for him.   I am not really handy but I can do some simple things.   Getting my old faucet out so I could install a new one wasn't simple.    I tried and tried.   Even bought not one but two basin wrenches that were supposed to be the best but neither one could budge it.   Eddy also tried for about a half hour and then concluded it had been glued in.   So, undaunted, he removed the old faucet from the top instead of the bottom.   I was also missing some screws for the new faucet.   Anyway, he got it done at the price quoted.  Excellent.   He is my guy from now on.

I have use them twice.  I am happy with both times.  Friendly communicates well.

First time I had a banging pipe.  I originally wanted to have an arrester installed.  They found some loose piping and secured them.

The second time I had a bad clog and they cleared it out.  

The prices were reasonable.  And they have the right equipment and carry the parts needed.

They didn't try to up-sell me or suggest unnecessary work.

Thank you Eddie! We had a mysterious leak in our ceiling between our first and second floor that had ruined the drywall. He was super polite, on time, wore booties in the house, taped off the area to keep the room clean, diagnosed the issue quickly and even offered to repair a light canister that had rusted as part of the problem. My kitchen faucet was leaking and would not stop. I called 6 different places...4 of them still have not called me back! I called On Time and was told someone would be out in 30-45 minutes. I admit I was skeptical, but I said, ok! Send him on over. And sure enough...20 minutes later there is Luis at my door ready to help! He was super friendly, professional, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem (my faucet needed replacing). He had a new one in his truck and 30 minutes later...problem was fixed! I was so impressed. I have had occasion to need a plumber(s) a few times recently (for different issues). Communicating with Marie in the office was easy either through phone or email. Luis and Eddie were the technicians sent out and both are personable, hardworking, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. I am a renter. My house had a backed up main.

We asked On Time Plumbing to come fix the main and they were able to come out right way.

Then my landlord changed his mind and wanted some other company to come out. So we had to cancel with On Time plumbing just as they arrived at the house.

My toilet was clogged and so I called them to come and clear it up. They were polite and came pretty quickly. He came in and after a few cranks of the snake, he stated that it was cleared up. While he took his snake out to his truck, he left some drops  of the toilet water both in the bathroom and on the floor to the door. There were also some scratches in the toilet bowl. While some of these are probably unavoidable, there was no addressing these issues even verbally when I brought them up. He just said it was water even while I was trying to mop them.
On top of all that, for less than 10 minute stay, he said that their minimum was $125 which I felt was a bit high. All in all, I came away less than satisfied with the overall experience. Especially for not even cleaning up after themselves for charging so much for a 10 minute job!

Very responsive and reasonable price. Contacted them on Sunday regarding a leaking water heater.  The owner responded on Sunday and made an appointment for Monday.  Technician said we need a new heater. I was reluctant to spend the money, but Luis patiently explained why it couldn't be fixed and that the old one was already rusty and leaking from within the tank itself. He said he understood it was a lot of money and encouraged me to get other bids. We had a clog in our main sewage line backing into our showers and tub. I called On Time Plumbing and they were very quick to get Luis out to my house to unclog the pipe.  From the time I called to the time Luis left was under 35 minutes!

Luis was friendly and very efficient.  He even cleaned up around the area of the clean-out that had over-flowed.

My Kitchen's waste disposal system was not working when I decided to call On time plumbing. They were fast in setting up the appointment and did their work well. Atlast, we found that it was a dime which was stuck in the waste disposal. He took hold of the situation nicely and plucked the dime out. Wonderful service! I phoned at 8am, they were on site by noon, and my water heater was replaced by 2:30pm.

I phoned On Time Plumbing the day after Thanksgiving because our water heater rusted through the bottom and needed to be replaced. They responded quickly, arriving on the same day within the given 2 hour window. He gave me an estimate (which we approved), then headed out to purchase a 50-gallon water heater. He was back within an hour and began working. He was efficient and conscientious. He and his assistant did a great job, finishing quickly.

I absolutely recommend On Time Plumbing and will use them again for repairs.

Luis and his helper came at 4 right on time. They were meticulous and took their time until they snaked out the clog. They were done in an hour and their rates were reasonable. Would definitely contact them again.

The seal on my toilet broke. Someone picked up when I called and was very responsive. They gave me a fair quote over the phone and had a appointment for within the hour.  Luis showed up within 20 min after the initial call, he was professional and quickly fixed the seal within 30 min. I really can't speak highly enough about Isidoro and his team. He was recommended to me by our real estate agent and I couldn't be more grateful. We have been remodeling for the past 4 months so have had many people come through the house (plumbing, electrical, glass, attic, etc..) and Isidoro and his team have been great.

He converted the entire house from galvanized to new copper for a great price and explained everything along the way including pros and cons of doing it one way vs another. Our contractor said he would use his plumber to do all the finish plumbing. A big mistake of mine. The contractor's plumber was terrible (ruined 2 faucets, left the master bath and kitchen without water because he couldn't figure out how to fix the faucets, hooked up to old galvanized pipes at one point). Anyway long story short, we called Isidoro back and he came and fixed everything. He actually even came out on a Saturday since we had no water to our showers or kitchen.

After trying to unclog our toilet with a plunger and baking soda/vinegar to no avail, we decided to call a plumber. We called several others but none of them picked up. With On Time Plumbing, we were able to get through with the first trial. We called at 10am-ish and Isidoro came at about 1pm and got the toilet unclogged in just about 15 minutes with all the gears he brought in. I could tell he was very professional and experienced cuz he was even able to tell how old my toilet was!! (I rent the apartment so I had no idea about that at all) Isidoro also gave a few pieces of advice on how to keep the aged toilet smooth and unclogged. The price was very reasonable and was true to what was quoted on the call. Isidoro totally saved us from what would have been a messy holiday!

Isidoro was very responsive to my initial inquiry and was able to setup an evaluation visit to my house within a week. Then Edi showed up and said they were able to help with my water heater project and that they would write up a proposal, but the proposal never came and they stopped communicating altogether. I tried contacting them a few times for the next couple of weeks via phone, email, and text with no luck. I initially decided to contact them because of their review ratings but now I don't think I can trust them with my project anymore.

I bought a new garbage disposal unit from Home Depot and needed someone to install it.  At 2PM I came in contact with Isisdoro from On Time Plumbing and he was able to schedule me in that evening at 6PM.  As the name implies, he came right on time. The job took 1 hour and he tested to make sure it worked properly.  He cleaned up all the water drips.  He even took the extra step of giving me credit for a extra part I had bought but didn't need.  Professional and courteous!

My 90 year old mother called me at 5:30pm saying there was water leaking in her garage and spilling over the tray.  She said it wasn't from the water heater, but couldn't explain where it was coming from. I was over an hour away in traffic, so I called a few plumbers, not even sure what was leaking.  On Time Plumbing was the only one that could go out ASAP. They were out there in 20minutes, replaced a leaking hose from the water softening unit, and charged me only $180. They also explained an issue with the water softener that I will call those folks about. I highly recommend On Time Plumbing and will certainly call them again when needed.

I'm very happy with their service, although the cost was definitely on the high end at $1450 (standard 40-gallon gas heater in an easily accessible location already up to code).

I had a broken pipe under the sink as a result of using the garbage disposal and clogging up the pipes. I called On Time Plumbing early this morning after finding them on Yelp. The dispatch was efficient. I was given both an estimate and timeframe within a few short minutes. Isidoro arrived on time and fixed everything, plus more! I had a secondary issue in the same area. He quickly assessed and fixed that too. All for a very good price. Isidoro made sure that I understood the problems and what he did to fix them. He had all needed parts and finished sooner than I expected. I was most impressed that he took the time to QC his work and actually showed me the results. We had a 130 foot, 70 year old main sewer line that had filled with roots and wasn't level anymore.  It had to be completely replaced which required half trenchless and half a brand new trench.  I got multiple estimates and the On Time Plumbing team was very competitive.   They did the work efficiently, on time  :-), and with excellent attention to detail and very high quality.   I would recommend them to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

Their guy charged $125 and did not fix the clogged toilet. Said he might need to take apart the toilet which will cost much more. The next plumber we called unclogged it in a few minutes. Beware!

Once again I had the good luck of having On Time Plumbing help me out with a plumbing issue I was having at a rental, and as before they earned the name On Time as you could set your clock by the time they showed up. It was a rather complex issue with the leaking pipes being in the wall. They were fast to give me an estimate that was very fair, and were able to start the job right away. Once they repaired the leaking pipes they discovered another problem in another area in the wall that was also just starting to leak, and I expected to pay more for this additional damage they had noticed, but they told me as a repeat customer they would repair that at the same time for no additional cost. I am just thinking why would anyone choose any other company????

Had a toilet in our Family Room that wouldn't drain. These guys are awesome.  I called them on a Saturday morning around 10:00 a.m. with a nonemergency issue -- a leak in the drain under the kitchen sink, but slow enough to be contained with buckets.  I'm out of town and I have tenants in the place, and they would be happy if the drain was fixed, but definitely not an emergency.  On Time Plumbing was able to get out to the property sometime between 11:00 and 12:00 of the same day.  Yes, within 2 hours of my call.  On a weekend.  They charged $175 for the job, which seemed fair enough to me.  Also offered a 90-day warranty on the repair.  I haven't seen the work yet in person, but my tenants tell me it looks like good quality.  Fine with me -- these will be the guys who I call in the future.

Sewer line backed up.  Called Isidoro (based on Yelp reviews) and he arrived 45 minutes later having diverted from another non-emergency job.  He discovered a couple of different plugs and cleared them out for a fair price.  Great service and fast when we needed it.  Wish all tradesmen were this good.

Got a clogged toilet when I came home around 7pm. Found these guys online and sent them a request for quote -- got reply back in 10 minutes. A few emails later the appointment was scheduled for next morning 8:30am. Very good!

Plumber called me around 8:15am and said he is on-route, came to the door exactly 8:30am. An hour later toilet is fixed and the price was very reasonable.

I have had great experiences with On-time Plumbing. Isidoro is knowledgeable and he/his crew does a great job. I had used him 4 times, (each time thinking I am going to write a review & now finally typing one up) from replacing a low flush toilet, shower faucet, replacement of a badly corroded pipe that led to blockage, and replacement of old water heater. I called on time plumbing after two others plumbing companies were not able to estimate over the phone;  with on time plumbing was easy to schedule an appointment, they show up on time and where very friendly and professional. My water heater needed to be replace and we schedule and appointment to install our new water heater for the next day. Isidoro show up on time with the new water heater in about 2 1/2 hours later we have a hot water.

They provided our family with an amazing service - they were fast, neat and very reasonable on pricing. I will definitely will call them again.

Frank was awesome!  He installed a regulator valve cause the water pressure in my home spiked snd replaced a faucet.  The next day there was water under the sink.  Frank came right away and after some trouble shooting, he figured out the soap dispenser was leaking,  He offered to replace and he went above and beyond.  Highly recommend!

WOw I can't believe the service.  When I called I described the situation that it was an emergency.  He came out within 30 minutes.  These guys worked through the night till the next morning in order to fix my Sump pump problem.  It was quite intricate as the drain lines were plugged and it wasn't easy to snake through the drain as it was quite clogged.  When I called I described the situation that it was an emergency.  He came out within 30 minutes.   He checked my sump pump and said that it was working good and that you just have to snake the lines.  He also quickly realized that the brand of sump pump was Zolar which he said is a very good pump and should last a long time.  He started at 4 pm and worked all the way through the evening til the next morning at 11 am.  I don't know any plumbing service that would do this for me.  I highly recommend them and will be using them from now on.

On Time Plumbing did a great job installing a new toilet in my home in August, 1915.  Met me at Home Depot, hauled the new toilet to my home, carried it up a flight of stairs, removed and disposed of the old toilet and installed the new one perfectly.  All for about $200!  The other day, the wash basin in my bathroom was draining slowly, and my toilet was backed up.  I phoned On Time at about 8:30 am, they wer there at about 11:00, and finished the job promptly.  I highly recommend On Time Plumbing!

I had a bad shower & tub backup. 3 plumbers tried to snake it and said it was not possible after trying for a long period. One is a 3* (home warranty assigned) & the other a 4* (called by me after reviewing their Yelp ratings) company. The plumbers were giving me quotes of between $3K - $7K to cut through our wall and ceiling downstairs to replace the pipes. A person I know recommended On-Time plumbing when they heard about my woes. I called them intending to get an estimate for them to cut the pipes out. They sent Luis within an hour. He looked at the problem and said he was going to snake it. I thought it was going to be a waste of time and wanted to just get the quote. Unlike the other two plumbers, he kept slowing the snake down, stopping it, and moving it forward and backward. He said the trick was getting it to go down the correct direction. 15-20 minutes later, he was successful. He said it was a difficult one, but he got it. Needless to say, I will be calling them first next time. They saved me thousands of dollars. When I called the office to compliment Luis, the owner said he's been working in the field for 19 years. Experience definitely pays off. Great job  guys!
