Metro Plumbing & Drains

Stacey visited our home today. He told us what the problem was in terms that we could understand. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. We have some projects that we will definitely have them work on in the near future. We are very pleased with the entire experience!

Shane and Chad from the Metro Drain Division were at my home yesterday to complete a trenchless pipe repair (relining) project.  I hired them because I trusted them to provide a great solution instead of the solution that benefits only them.  These guys were pro's and they did not have to dig up my basement to completely reline my drain pipe.  This was a far less invasive process and they did the whole thing in less than a day.  I rarely say that I am 100% satisfied but it is true with Metro Plumbing.  I will never use another plumber in my home.

I wish we had called metro instead of Deans last year! Mitch came out- on time, having called ahead to let us know he was on the way, and did a great job! He was polite, knowledgeable, and tenacious. He showed me the cause of the issue and gave me prices before proceeding when the first fix wasn't the actual cause of the trouble. We are very pleased with his diligence- it was fixed finally and he had all the supplies in his truck so he didn't have to come back!
