Founder and Master Plumber John Shelton started his plumbing business in 1983. Over his 30+ years in the business, he has established himself as one of the most reliable and trustworthy plumbers in the A-K Valley. John has built his plumbing business through hard work, excellent service and quality workmanship for his customers. His high standards have been the key to his success in the plumbing business.

Jake showed up right in the window they said he would. He was very friendly and completed the work quickly as well as correctly! I am very happy I chose them for this. He was also really chill about the cat, I tried to trap him in the office with me, but he escaped and apparently chilled down in the kitchen with him. Any Plumbing needs in the future I will for sure be back here!
Many times you find contractors to not answer their phones let alone go out of their way for weeks to fix a noisy toilet. Not only has John spend countless hours in my home for various reasons but he's always looking into finding a better way to fix a toilet or sink or tub. To say Shelton plumbing is a good contractor is an understatement. They have always been on time, work swiftly, and pay attention to the small details. Anytime you need a shower toilet or sink fixed, I would highly recommend you give them a call.
I can not recommend these guys enough and I've been telling everyone who will listen about them since they were here. We got ripped off and ghosted by another plumber, so I called Shelton Plumbing. They came out same day and had my problem fixed in less than an hour and literally saved me thousands of dollars. To top it all off, they were extremely conscious of COVID protocols and made sure I was comfortable with everything they were doing, even down to placing their clipboard on my table. I've been beaming all week and I'm just SO elated to have found a great, trustworthy company to call when we need them. Thanks again guys!!!

I have been using Shelton Plumbing for years. They go out of their way to help me when I need them. They return phone calls promptly and call when they are on their way. And to say they are friendly is an understatement. This is a great team and I highly recommend. I wish I could remember everyone's name but high five to Sara, Denny and Jake.
Mr Shelton and his daughter Sarah went out of their way to help me prepare for a home inspection! They could not have been more kind or flexible! Their contractors were the nicest, most polite people. I will always call them in the future!! Highly Highly recommend.

I was definitely disappointed with this company. My general contractor brought them to my house to replace two shut off values at my meter and install a pressure regulator. My contractor got a quote from them for $350. I thought the price was a little high but agreed to have them do the job.
My contractor called me after the work was finished to let me know the pressure regulator wasn't needed so it wasn't installed but the bill came in at $451.00
The bill went up 30% from the original quote and they didn't install the regulator.
I was charged $319 for labor and $132.00 for parts.
So it was $451 for two shutoff values!
Looking at my security cameras they were here 2 hours.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Extremely disappointed!
