Leon of Royalty Plumbing is the best! He is reliable, and honest. He has never tried to sell us something we don't need.

Leon did all the extensive remodel work in my house 5 years ago. I have continued to use him for smaller stuff since then.

Yesterday he rewired my controllers, changed out a 25 year old fitting, replaced a pressure tank and got my system ready for the winter.

He does great work and charges a fair price.

Leon is very professional, advises his customers and he's knowledgeable.  Fixed, at our home, what others had done wrong and assessed issues before they happened.  He's reliable and punctual. A man of few words but he's quite personable when he has time to talk.  

I would highly recommend Leon.

We were having issues with a commercial toilet in our Business.
I called Leon, as we all know this is one of the hardest services to find a good or at least a knowledgeable plumber/company, who as soon as they arrive the clock starts ticking, as far as charges, not to mention the usual trip charge, just to come out to evaluate.

What a pleasant surprise, that first when I called Royalty Plumbing.
1. I wasn't put on hold or transferred to another department, or even worse someones voice mail, Leon actually answered the phone!
2. When asked regarding a trip charge , I was told , that there would not be a trip charge, period.
3. Holy cow , Leon was on time, and even took the time to call & let me know his expected time of arrival.
4. And far from last, after inspecting the issue, it was a simple fix, and get this NO CHARGE !
I cannot recommend, Leon and Royalty plumbing enough, we have found our new plumber, as well as I have found a new residential plumber as well!

Great service and quality workmanship!

My water heater started leaking and Leon at the end of the day on a Friday still came out to provide me an assessment. Of course, I needed a new water heater but Leon not only checked for warranty but found a quality water heater replacement from the same manufacturer. He was prompt, completed the replacement in a timely manner, and charged a fair price.

Royalty Plumbing will be my first call for any plumbing issues in the future.

We called on Sunday about a major leak that had drained to our basement.  They came out quickly and were able to diagnose the issues.  Great service.

Leon fixed our toilet and shower for a reasonable price. He was very professional and explained the problems and fixes. Amazing customer service!

Royalty Plumbing was assigned to my plumbing claim from First American Home Warranty.. The guy that I dealt with over the phone (Leon) was unprofessional to say the least!! So much so I requested another contractor be assigned to our plumbing issue.. What a joke!

First American Home Warranty is BS also! Don't do it!

Leon did a good job with some plumbing repairs at my house. I recommend him & Royalty plumbing.

Leon came out to give me a free estimate the same day I called.   Great advice too and his estimate was great .  I think we're definitely using him for our new bathroom.

Leon is an honest small business man, a trait that is hard to come by these days especially from big-name companies.

Leon first came to the house for a free diagnosis of a leak saturating my dining room ceiling.  After 30 minutes, he thought it would be best to get a roofer out to take a look, to be as non-invasive to the ceiling as possible.  While waiting on an appt with a roofer, Leon told me what to look for in case it was a plumbing issue.  

Sure enough, the next day I discovered what Leon told me to look for and called him back.  He  came over that evening, cut the least amount of the ceiling out as possible and found the problem.  We then scheduled the plumbing surgery to occur 2 days later, on a Saturday (Doesn't charge x-tra for weekends either!).  All said and done, the final charge was $95!  Others wanted to charge much more to just come out and take a look where Leon made 3 trips, parts/labor for such a low amount.  

I will contact Leon at Royalty Plumbing whenever the need arises!

I haven't used him yet but he will be the FIRST person I call. We are in the process of buying an older home that revealed many plumbing issues during the home inspection. Not knowing anyone in this area, I went to Team Dave Logan to find reputable plumbers to help me out. Now, we are not the owners of this house yet. We are purchasing it from an elderly women who instead of fixing the issues, just wants us to get rough estimates on the repairs and she will take that off the purchase price. Seems fair enough. I called no less than 6 plumbing companies off the Team Dave Logan website, explained the story and asked if I could get a rough idea how much it would cost to replace a garbage disposal and repair 2 leaky faucets. First, not a single person would deal with me directly and told me Id have to have the owner call. I asked if the agent could call and they said no. Second, most of them wanted a deposit just to come out to give the homeowner an estimate. And if she decided to do the repairs, they would deduct the deposit from repairs. I told them Id pay for the repairs and asked if her deposit would come off our repairs and they said no. What the? In fact none of them would work with me. They all told me a technician would have to come estimate the job onsite as they don't charge by the hour, its per job. I even begged one person to offer me anything as I needed a rough idea so that I can proceed forward with closing escrow. NOTHING. So I find Leon on Yelp, read all his great reviews and guess what? I told him I needed a quote for the items mentioned and he gave me his price. Granted I know its a rough estimate but at least he took the time to help me out whereas all those other companies would not. Not that Team Dave Logan had anything to do with the Corporate greed of the plumbers on his site, they all missed the mark. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! To bad for them. Thank you Leon, I'll be calling as soon as our Escrow closes.

Leon was excellent. He showed up quickly, provided a fair estimate, and did the work perfectly. Very professional and nice. I would highly recommend.

Leon at Royalty plumbing saved me from a costly mistake of possibly hiring the other guy. Leon told me my water heater needed to be replaced and quoted me a price. I then had another company quote me a price of triple the amount Leon was quoting me. Well, I had to go with Leon because I just did not have the cash the other company was quoting me... Leon got it done on a Sunday, no less! No additional charges came up...no extra anything. I got a new water heater installed at the price he gave me. So far so good!

Leon was nice on the phone...and his estimate on the phone was reasonable. Unfortunately, he never showed at up at the appointment time. No call...no notice...nothing.

Maybe this guy is good, but he fails with regard to reliability.

Seems like honest plumber that diagnosed problem and  told me what needed to be done.   Work was going to require someone to do tile work so he understood if I wanted to get someone to do both plumbing and other work .  Would recommend Leon for someone needing plumbing work done.

Leon is a great plumber.  If you need servicing, do not call the big brands....they won't even come out without charging you a trip charge for it.  Call Leon, he is a local plumber and does quality work at an honest price.  He is very professional.  He replaced our shower mixer valve quickly and correctly for 250.00.  The company I originally called (see my reviews) wanted 4x that amount to do the same job.  I would not hesitate to call Royalty Plumbing again.  Leon has top quality service at an honest price.
