I recently had the pleasure of hiring Earth Care for a bathroom project, specifically to install a new vanity, and I must say that I am absolutely thrilled with their services. From the very beginning until the completion of the project, Earth Care displayed the utmost professionalism and skill, leaving me with a beautifully installed vanity that surpassed my expectations. Throughout the project, the team maintained a clean and organized work environment, which I greatly appreciated. They handled the installation with care and precision, leaving no mess behind. Their professionalism and commitment to providing top-notch service were evident in every aspect of the project.

One of the aspects that stood out the most was Earth Care's exceptional customer service. They were attentive to my needs and concerns, patiently addressing all my questions and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

In terms of pricing, Earth Care's rates were reasonable and transparent. They provided a detailed quote upfront, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. I found their pricing to be fair, given the high level of expertise and quality of work they delivered.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Earth Care enough for any bathroom-related projects, especially vanity installations. Their professionalism, skill, and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of their services, and I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects.

Our toilet started flooding in the middle of the night,  I mean really like 3am middle of the night maybe i had too much taco bell but i digress. As i was franctically trying to find a plumber to come out i was very upset to find out that the first 3 i called i did not want to come out till 7 am. I get it i have 3 other bathrooms but waiting 4hrs is completely unreasonable, But then i found Earth Care and they were not only able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. Only 55 minutes and 46 seconds to be exact but it only took them about 11 minutes and 9 seconds to resolve my issue. Very Good Boys

A wonderful local company that calls back quickly and cares for their clients. I recommend you give them a try. A little pricey but you get what you pay for people, I would rather spend the money for the earth care difference then let some hack touch my pipes.

Earth care is not a trusted company. They  scam you out of your. We requested services on  March 5, 2023. Earth care said we needed to put a deposit down, in which we did. So they told us a tech would call. A tech did call but told us the price was not right and he needed to call over to Earth care to get it corrected. He never called  us back after telling us he would. So we called him. He said again they were trying to work out the price and again he said he was calling them back. He never got back in touch with us. We called Earth care back and they said another tech would call so one did. He said he would be at the house in a hour, never showed. The next day still no one. Earth care stopped answering the phone we called all morning and afternoon remind you they are open 24/7. We finally got somebody at 5pm. They did not want to refund our money, ,saying we denied services which was not true we spent all day waiting and calling them. They told us if we denied services no refund And the person we talked to laughed at us on the phone  The tech never showed up or contacted us. Sounds to me they denied the work.  They will scam you out of your money

Paid 25% up front, had 3 appointments, and nobody ever came! I was told to pay via Zelle to 720 589 2356 which is registered to a Vanessa.

The # I had been texting with was +1 (470) 250-5970. They refused to talk on the phone, told me I would have to wait 6 months for a partial refund, and even suggested I don't pay the worker that comes out for service! This is insane.

Terrible fake plumbers after I paid 900 for switching a faucet one month later I had a leak they requested record a video and send to a fake email for the warranty they pretend be a different franchise I had to put the complaint to customer bureau in Georgia and Pensilvania they offer services in different states I lost over 3,000 thousand repairing the damage the bad installation cause to my house ,stay away profesionales scammers

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! I booked a handyman for 3 hrs on 01/27/23. I got an email that day saying that I needed to verify info. I called a number of times and emailed never got ahold of anyone. The day the handyman was supposed to come I got a call saying that my booking had been canceled due to an error made online and my 149.00 would be refunded to my card. It is now 03/08 still no refund!!!!! I have called and left many messages and emailed Lisa Chan a number of times. NOW THEY HAVE A CASH APP OPTION DON'T DO IT!!!!

Their website makes it seem like they have their own employees but really they are a middle man that bids out your work to the lowest bidder and you *may* hear from someone. I needed a Pergola built and saw they could offer quicker service. When no one was able to come out, I wrote them asking for my $$ back. They immediately accused me of scamming them and claimed the work was done. They had proof to which they sent me a text from a technician about work that was completed with a full name that wasn't mine and a photo of not my yard and it was a gazebo. When I confronted her with those facts including ring footage of my now built pergola (by someone else), I was never answered. I am attempting to get my money back. On this site, I saw that the company affiliation had posts on reddit so I decided to search. They post for the company under the same handle. If you search thetruedogeprincess, you will see posts on subreddits such slavelabor, illegallifeprotips and unethicallifeprotips as well as her trying to pass herself as a contractor who did plumbing work herself that would not pass any building code. Some posts make mention that they also have a car sales business where they don't see any wrong in spray painting rust on a car so it sells for more because they don't advertise rust free. Shady, shady stuff. While I am sure some people had great subcontractors come do work for them, the business itself sees no problem with unethical business practices.

Very unprofessional company and they know very little about plumbing. I really just paid them a $100 to leave. I was told I would get a email receipt for the little work they done but never did. One of the worst company I ever seen
