AWFUL experience. DO NOT USE.
Also DBA Ramos Plumbing, installers for Lowe's, at 915-694-6239.

My mother needed to have a range hood replaced. She purchased one from Lowe's in November and arranged to have it installed. The first installation was botched so badly it damaged the hood, which had to be replaced, and my mother's cabinets. The installer, who if I am not mistaken is also the owner, Felipe Ramos, also left screws protruding through the wood of the cabinet frame, creating an injury risk for anyone reaching into the cabinet.

For the next two months, we were given the runaround. Installations were scheduled and no one showed up or bothered to call. Or someone showed up, but didn't have the right tools or parts, and rescheduled instead of going to get them. Or someone showed up but didn't have time to do the installation because he had to go get bloodwork. Or they couldn't do the installation because it was a two-man job and they only sent one. They didn't return calls or even attempt to communicate, much less apologize.

We gave them (and Lowe's) one last chance to make it right. We made it clear that this was their opportunity to redeem themselves, to make up for the 3+ months of broken promises and failed commitments. They didn't show up, AGAIN, and didn't call, AGAIN. I spoke to the owner/guy in charge, Felipe; he threw his employee under the bus (the details of which I won't share, because I don't want the employee to be retaliated against). He promised to call and sort the issue out, but all he did was make his employee call to tell us they were running late - which, given that it was an hour and a half past the time they were supposed to be there, we didn't need to be informed of. No apology, no attempt at an explanation or an offer to make things right. They repeatedly broke their commitments and failed UTTERLY to even attempt any sort of communication. I have strong reason to believe Felipe is also lying about his experience/skill, but I can't prove it - yet.

6/14 I purchased a kitchen faucet at Lowes. I enjoy shopping at Lowes's. The employees are friendly and helpful. The selection and prices are great too.
6/14 I paid for installation of the faucet at Customer Services. They gave me the business card for Installation Support Team 877-695-7664. I called and they said that Handy their third party installer would be calling to set up an appointment. Handy called and sent an email scheduled Planet Plumbing for 6/17 9:00am to install my new faucet I purchased at Lowes.
Planet Plumbing did not install my faucet correctly. I do not recommend this company. Zero Stars.

I highly recommend Planet Plumbing for any gas line related issues.  I live in the San Francisco California aea, and my elderly mother had a problem with her rental property in El Paso (Paisano area) and needed some major gas line repair.  I am so pleased that I was able to reach Joe Ramos as he was very responsive and caring about the urgency in getting these gas lines repaired.   I could not be more pleased with the service he and his team provided.  Thank you Joe, for your expertise, professionalism and the quick response time of getting my mother out of a very critical situation.  Yes, this is as good as it gets.

I hired this Planet Plumbing thru Home Advisor to install my new water softener and to change my reverse osmosis filter. They told me he was to arrive on May 11, 2022, at 2 PM. He never showed up.

I waited for 2 hours and then called him. He texted me back that he thought the job was for Friday. He stated he had a tech in my area, and he would be calling me soon. Of course, there was NO call.

Then he had the nerve to tell Home Advisor that I canceled at the last minute. HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO THE JOB!!

Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this business! Home Advisor should have read his poor reviews beforehand. They even charged my CC for the work never done. I have disputed this with my CC company.
