The Davis plumbing company responded to our call with a real person. That in itself was great customer service these days. That was appreciated.
Jim Delissi was the plumber tech that came to our home. He arrived as scheduled. He arrived here and used all Covid protocol. He even removed his boots !  That let us know that he cared and we appreciated that. He evaluated our plumbing problems, gave us prices and procedures. The prices were average plumbing prices.  However, he professionalism, coutesy
and service provided was exemplary!  
He completed the shower repair quickly.
It's working perfectly.
In addition, Jim gave us some great homeowner plumbing maintenance tips.

Sent me 4 texts confirming the appointment, and which included my address, yet got the addressed confused and didn't show up. Not for me.

We had Jim DeLissi and he was great. He went way above and beyond. I have had work done before, but I have never had a person who was so accommodating. I will only be using and recommending Davis Plumbing for any other related work.

Called Tuesday am and Tommy was here that afternoon.  The utility sink was clogged (washer drains into it) with roots.  Tommy used the machine to get the roots out but it was still super slow.  He came back the next day with the bigger machine but the problem resolved itself in the meantime.  Tommy was knowledgeable and professional.  Price was affordable.  30 day guarantee on the work too!

Bottom line.....fast, courteous, clean, great price.

They were very nice and wore a mask and everything but they charged about $ 200 more than the job is usually charged. Very expensive. We were stuck because we had already waited two days to get the leak fixed and needed to get the water back on.

I can not say enough GOOD things about the INCREDIBLE guys at Davis Plumbing. Matt was honest with me from the beginning, he even called Ron the owner to double check things. I signed my estimate and Matt and Tom returned the next day to do the work. They walked us through everything, step by step, cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful in answering all our questions.  I would not hire anyone but Davis Plumbing again. Thank you for being honest!!

Contacted Davis for the first time yesterday.  Not an emergency but I did get a next day appointment.  TJ was great!  Professional and a very nice guy. Diagnosed the problem, explained what needed done and gave me a price up front.  He went above and beyond the basic repair to make sure everything was in good working order and would stay that way.   A very thorough and professional job.  I highly recommend Davis Plumbing.

Azeez showed up on time, wearing a mask, and was courteous and professional. He diagnosed and repaired our leak quickly and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would recommend using Davis plumbing to my neighbors.

After a big storm came through and our recently repaved road debris clogged and burned out our sump pump for a second time we decided to do it right and get a professional. With our basement flooding and waters getting higher by the minute we weren't having luck with other companies. Davis was one of the few that actually answered their phone on a weekend. They cost us a bit more than we were expecting but he promised us more too. He not only replaced the pump but also cleaned the pit and replaced some piping to make sure the job was good and lasted. Would recommend them. While I hope I don't need their services anytime soon.... if I do I'll have no problem calling them!

Very expensive for a repair that did not work, 225.00 for a washer. Go elsewhere or your gonna be sorry

Davis plumbing did a fabulous job updating our shower and bath fixtures in the master bathroom.  They were very knowledgeable about the plumbing valves we needed, transparent with pricing and efficient and clean.  We will be using them for other plumbing projects we have for sure!

Jim was very professional, courteous, honest and a real nice guy.  We had a leaking pipe and he checked every possible area that could be causing it.  He found it and fixed it.  I've used other plumbing companies and they always try to over sell but not Jim.  This is the only plumbing company I'll ever use now.

They were able to come out in a timely manner. The plumber knew exactly what the problem was and even checked other plumbing systems I had concerns with. They went above and beyond. He unclogged and unstopped a sink with no charge. When I tried to tip him, he declined. I would definitely recommend great service and reasonable prices.

Top notch professionals. Very responsive to my initial inquiry and emergency service was scheduled next day. I was texted with an ETA of when the crew would be at my house and was able to track where they were so I could leave work and meet them there. Saved me a vacation day. The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. The job was completed quickly and they cleaned everything up before they left. They are my new go-to Plumbing company. We've had to call Davis a couple of times.  The first was, what we perceived, an emergency.  They came out right away, showed us the issue and explained it wasn't as bad as we thought.  They arrived when they said they would...after normal business hours and repaired the problem promptly.

Most recently we called Davis as we were having issues with the workings of our toilets.  Again, they came out promptly, as scheduled and repaired the problem quickly.  

The technician on both occasions was Tommy.  He was polite, respectful and did his work quickly.

You can't ask for more than quick, courteous service!

On Sunday we discovered our downstairs toilet overflowing due to a blockage in our main sewer line. It was nerve wracking for me since this is our first home and haven't been officially been broken into homeownership with an issue in our new home. So I was in a tizzy and worried. My husband is in the military and was due to leave early Monday morning for duty so I was going to have to deal with it myself.
Ron was nice and understanding. Definitely worked with us and even though they didn't make it out that evening, he definitely made me feel like it was ok and they would help out the next day.
A half an hour prior to coming to the house, I received a text with an ETA and a picture of the tech who was coming. That to me is awesome - I know that to a lot of people is comforting too.
Tommy and another technician got here before the ETA. He was beyond friendly and listened. He gave me the game plan and price upfront.  They were literally done in 10 mins. Price was beyond reasonable and you can't beat that with timely, friendly service. Even though I hope not to need them again (lol) if I do - they will be the first call.

Our home warranty sent our issue to Davis Plumbing and we couldn't be happier. At first, they weren't sure they could get to us that day, but after recognizing the emergency, they agreed, but let us know it might take a while since they had other jobs. We then received text alerts that they were on their way. Tommy and Kyle were efficient, quick and very neat in resolving the problem. They then took the time to explain the issue, options for preventing it and even gave us some feedback on a few other issues. We will definitely use them again.
