ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
I am a 3rd generation plumber. My father taught me the way he learned. Plumbing is not just a job, it's truly fun to me. While there is nothing glamorous about cleaning a drain or fixing a faucet, nothing can beat the sense of accomplishment I get from solving a problem no one else seems to get. When I'm not working I enjoy the outdoors and all it has to offer.

Outstanding!!! We had a badly clogged kitchen sink and I had to blindly choose a plumbing company to come out right away. I chose them because they were polite on the phone, have a web site and are family owned.
I was not disappointed! They came within the two hour time window and even called to let me know he was on his way. DJ was very polite and had great people and customer service skills! Was even patient with my over-reactive dog. He wore foot covers and was very clean conscientious as he worked.
He kept me informed as to what he was doing and what the next step would be if it didn't work. He got it fixed in 2 hours and our drain hasn't been this free flowing since we moved in.
After hearing nightmare stories about certain plumbing companies- I was relieved they were so wonderful!!! And reasonably priced! I would highly recommend!

Calling to schedule an appointment was really easy, and the receptionist both times I called, were so cheery and kind. I was told the plumber would arrive between 12-2, around 120p I got a call from Plumb Right saying the plumber was on his way--that was so nice, didn't have to have a guessing game. The plumber was even wearing a mask (COVId time), which I thought was very respectful. He gave his opinion as to why I had a water leak, was upfront about the price, and got started on his work right away. The work was done on Tuesday, and I received a card in the mail from Plumb Right with everyone's signature, thanking me for choosing their company. Now that is real customer service! If I ever have any plumbing issues, they'll be the ones I call!!
is it possible to leave a negative rating? I don't live in the area and needed a plumber to replace water heater. Called 1 week in advance to schedule with Holly at PlumbRight. Today, less than 2 hours before they were supposed to arrive, Holly calls to cancel my appointment.
ABSOLUTE UNRELIABILITY. An offer to reschedule is useless; I have zero confidence the firm has capacity to handle any hiccups.
I want to start off by saying Erik was awesome and so was holly in the office. They were very polite and responsive. However, Devon was rude and condescending, he swore we needed 2 pours of concrete (said foundation/footings HAD to be pored before rough in) for our rough-in on our single slab addition. That ended up being completely wrong. We were in a time crunch and Devon was nothing but a problem, nothing could be done on time in his eyes the project seemed like it was overly complicated to him. I ended up finding another company who came out in 3 days after my first visit and completed the job at a much better cost and with a attentive manner. Don't work with Devon if you choose this company.

These people are complete Jerks, Devin the Master Plumber is lazy and wants to argue about everything, my wife and I just recently did a complete basement remodel and during the remodel these guys flooded my basement, wouldn't communicate to us what was going on. After my builders were finished with there portions of the project they came and cut additional holes in my walls and didn't patch them up, They never cleaned up after themselves. When they flooded my basement they didn't even bother to send out someone to look at there mess I had to fix it. They are a joke. The customer service is terrible. The master plumber Devjn had the audacity to come in my house corner me in my bathroom and proceed to try to tell me what to do in my own home. Stay away. Don't waste your time because to them coming into your house to do work this is quoted verbatim from the master Plumber. I have it recorded but he said, Your house is just another job, I don't need to work here and We don't need this job. Had I not been stuck I'd of thrown him out of my home. We laid 70,000 for our basement remodel and it's not a job to us it's our home and we wanted things done right and done right the first time. And these guys didn't do that..

I hired Plumb Right to bring my dishwasher plumbing up-to-code and ended up repiping my house. I appreciated the free estimate, going over my options in detail, and the job done. Devon was easy to work with, friendly and confident. I did find a small leak after the installation, but I called and had an appointment scheduled the same day and it was free of charge. It is great to have better water pressure and a functioning dishwasher! I would definitely recommend Plumb Right.
They arrived when they said they would and completed the work effectively. I appreciated the time they took to explain how the appliances functioned and the alternatives available to repair or replace. They were neat in their appearance and work. Professional all around! Prices were mid range to upper mid but you get what you pay for.

I've had two very good experiences with Plumb Right. I really love these guys and I'm generally a little skeptical and cynical of contractors due to having been burned a few times before.
The customer service overall is excellent. It's easy to get in contact with them beyond calling (who likes calling anyone these days?!) via their website, email, Facebook or Angie's List. They're super responsive, getting back to you usually within an hour if not the same business day. They're friendly, polite and super helpful. Before getting any work done they get 3 stars. Soooo many contractors never get back to me, call and leave me long voicemails, tell me they're too busy... I know this is a basic expectation and should be easy to meet but time and time again, I'm surprised by how often others #epicfail at this but Plumb Right gets the #EPICWIN.
Next is their approach to estimating and planning... I wanted a shower installing in our carriage house above our garage and an addition to an industrial looking bannister rail leading up the stair that is made from gas piping (installed by the previous owner). The guys from Plumb Right came out within 24 hours to look at the space and to provide me with a free estimate, no call out charge - another #Win and justification for the 3 stars. What put them up at 4 stars is HOW they performed the estimate. I'm baffled when contractors pull numbers from thin air after taking a quick 30-second look at a job. Frankly, that approach pisses me. I want to understand HOW an estimate is calculated, I want logical, rationale and transparency not a 'gut feel' or 'ball park' because you can't be bothered or aren't able to provide me a better idea: I want to understand dimensions, materials, the steps that will be performed to execute the job, the rough level of effort, benchmark cost data if possible... These guys had their tape measures out, got on their knees, on their tip toes, they created a sketch to talk me through several different ways of performing the job, several risks that might incur additional cost during the job, several different trim levels and how those would alter the cost... perfect!!! Their quote fell in the middle of several others I received beforehand but of all of them. It wasn't the most expensive and it wasn't the most expensive, but I was most confident in the estimate Plumb Right provided me.
Finally the job - part one of two. They just finished the changes to the industrial looking gas pipe banister rail and it looks AWESOME. No joke, it looks exactly the way I hoped it would, better even!! The job took a little longer than anticipated and was a little more complicated than expected but thankfully that didn't incur a higher bill. The job was performed for the quote provided and the results are perfect.
Erik was the name of the gentleman who performed the work and I couldn't be happier with him. I'm looking forward to him returning next month to install the shower!! THANK YOU, ERIK! THANK YOU, PLUMB RIGHT!!

First, we are as proactive as possible about getting things done around our house. We have used Plumb Right a number of times. Last year we had a pipe that was leaking and Plumb right nipped the crisis in the bud. It did not take long for them to not only replace the pipe but also to recommend a company to replace the floor. Friends said that this would be a drawn-out process. But they were very efficient We have scheduled regular repairs with a short window of time and they have always responded with a one-to-one conversation. Devon and D.J have always followed the agenda and are always pleasant regardless of how big or small the job may be. It does not require a huge investment of time to get work done with them. But it does have a big impact on us as homeowners.

In a pinch, they have always come through for me. I consider them to be fair and honest. Their customer service is excellent and so easy to contact through emails or phone. Would highly recommend.
Plumb Right just left. Again they did the job right when the other guy didn't. They install correctly, they diagnose correctly. However, if you have dogs, make sure they shut the gate to the back yard with they leave!

The plumber was very friendly and they took care of the issue but that's pretty much the extent of the positive review. They ultimately just had to snake a shower drain and we were charged over $315 for that. When looking at average shower draining costs from 2015, the range for a tub drain according to Angie's List was $109 to $214. Even tacking on the $60 driving fee we still were significantly overcharged. Also did not receive an itemized receipt (or any receipt for that matter due to a technical glitch that the plumber said would be taken care of by the office and wasn't). Be prepared to be overcharged for simple tasks if you call this company.
We have been using Plumb Right for Years. You can always expect a friendly and experienced live person answering your call. Their response time has always been excellent. Dale, Devon, D.J. and Marcus work as a great team or individually depending on the job. There is no job too big or to small and they always treat every job as top priority. We respect their recommendations on replacement and repair plans.
Our last call for service was responded to the same day with completion of the job the next day. They installed a new water heater, water softener, water filter treatment system, repaired a problem toilet, and replace another. Devon also cleaned a couple drains without us having to ask. Something we do every year. We consider Plumb Right part of our family and recommend putting them first on your list of who to call when plumbing needs arise.
Very professional and reliable service. They were able to come out the same day I called, and were right on time. Their rates were reasonable and they don't try to charge you for things you don't need--the plumber gave helpful advice for things we can do ourselves if it happens again. I would recommend them.

My son has just moved to an older unit in St. Paul. He is a student at Hamline University so I am here from California helping him move in and get settled.
We arrived to find that the bathroom needed way more work than my son described in his short visit before moving in. When we turned on the shower the faucets almost came out of the wall due to a cheaply done make over and old old plumbing. There isn't enough water pressure to bathe an ant. The situation was so bad that we had to say in a hotel one night so we could both take a shower and clean up after two days of moving.
This morning Erik Brue came from Plumb Right to help assess the situation and make realistic recommendations for repairs an or replacements.
Erik went above and beyond. he gave me two separate estimates to present to the landlord. One to try and repair and one to realistically redo the plumbing and shower area. His estimates were extremely reasonable and he was able to even show me photos of other installs he has done which look fabulous. He also mentioned that this work could be completed by several installers on one day which is a huge plus since my son is a full-time student with limited free time.
I feel much calmer now and am equipped with the proper information to share with the landlord to get my son's bath room livable before I return to California to thaw out.
It is very intimidating being in anew area and having to rely on recommendations from unknown sources. Home Advisor recommended Erik and Plumb Right and really saved the day!!!!!

Plumber came out to fix the gas line, but dispatch didn't advise us of what we needed to do ahead of time when explained what type of dwelling our property was. So basically came out said they couldn't do it charged us $60 for nothing non refundable. They told us to have the association take care of the proper safety measures each individual place to be shut off and inspected first then they would come back and charge us for that too! Maybe you should advise your customers before coming out what steps need to be taken in detail to detail so everything is ready!
Over a period of three weeks, my downstairs shower was gradually losing water pressure and finally there was only a trickle of water coming out of the shower head when I turned on the faucet. I called Plumb Right at 10 AM on a Monday morning and a plumber arrived shortly after 4 PM the same day. D.J. inspected my shower, diagnosed the problem, and told me how much it would cost to fix it. He first tried to save me some money by replacing some springs but that didn't solve the problem. So he installed a new valve and now I have a fully functional shower again. D.J. was very friendly and did a great job. I would not hesitate to call these folks again. The total cost of the job was $291.00.
Really responsive and prompt. Showed me how to fix the problem myself in the future. Completely cleaned up after unclogging our bathroom sink. Would have never known they were here except our drain was no longer clogged!
Fixed the problem and then charged us an outrageous price. Quoted us a price for future work that was way out of line. Found someone else to do the work for $400.00 less.
Totally disappointed!
Plumb Right came to my home 2-3 years ago and knocked my socks off with prompt, and friendly service when they installed the disposal under my kitchen sink. It was only natural I would look at the advertising sticker they prominently placed on the disposal, get their phone number, and call Plumb Right when it came time to freshen-up the look of my kitchen with a new sink.
Here is where the fairy tale ends. When I called to ask for an estimate on how much it would cost to remove the old sink & install a new one (it took 10+ rings for someone to answer), I was handed off to Dale who said they would charge a $59 service call to come to my house to look at the sink before they would give me an estimate. Silently I shook my head to make sure the cobwebs were clear and I asked him to give me a ballpark on the removal and installation of a new drop in sink (mind you, this isn't an under-mount or anything complicated). Dale again replied that he couldn't give me that number. I asked, this time a little more direct, while acknowledging it's not a firm quote/ bid, whether or not the cost of the removal of an old sink and the installation of a new sink would be in the tens, hundreds, or several hundreds of dollars range? I told Dale I just wanted this general idea before I made the decision to have them come out and charge me $59 to tell me how much their bid would be. His reply, Well, I guess we cannot help you then.
Clearly they operate on a business model that I don't understand. $59 to come out and tell me if they are going to soak me for $300 (who knows if this is an accurate guess? Not me-- thanks Dale!) to remove and install a drop-in kitchen sink?!
I will continue my search for a plumber that has entered the 21st century, and I encourage you to do so as well. Consumers deserve better. Meanwhile, does anyone know the best way to remove advertising stickers from sink disposals?
We called the company with an emergency for a commercial building we manage out of state. They were very responsive and communicated each step of the process often. They went above and beyond and solved issues we weren't aware of. I wish all service providers could follow their example. They not only 'Plum Rite but do it right.
From the conversation I just had with Holly at the company, they do not provide free estimates. To get a bid for a whole home water filtration and under the sink RO system they bill $69. This is not the first company I have reached out to for an estimate but, it is the first one that bills. Yelp needs to remove the company from the 'Free estimate list.

Let me start by saying the entire Plumb Right team is amazing. I called to get an appointment, which couldn't happen for two days, but asked to be put on a wait list in case someone cancelled the next day. Someone cancelled and they remembered to call me back to see if I'd like them to come sooner. Awesome!! Then Devon came out. For the $59 service call, he not only looked at my actual problem, but also all the other little plumbing things that I had been putting off for a while. He ended up fixing EVERYTHING in my house: water softener piping, replaced an entire toilet, replaced 2 drains for tubs so they now hold water correctly, and replaced the vacuum breaker piping for our sprinkler system. When it was all said and done, I paid $1500, which included the purchase of their Lifetime Service Club Membership ($150). The savings alone paid for the membership fee which will give me 10% off future service, priority scheduling, and waived service call fee. They had most supplies on the truck. The one thing he didn't have another technician brought, so no one had to leave for the store. From start to finish, Plumb Right was amazing and I felt like I accomplished so much for our house by the time they were done. No more plumbing punch list!! Definitely saved me time and the pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. They are very trustworthy and dependable.

TLDR: Fair estimate (based on multiple estimates), efficient, got the job done, and answered long lost of questions with helpful info.
Water heater leaked and Devon came out for free estimate and was straight forward with what needed to be done while providing a fair quote. Provided answers to all additional questions while recommending a restoration service to handle the flooded carpet. Matthew did a great job of performing the work the next day. Very efficient service as needed with a busted water heater. Even corrected the water softener fittings that needed additional service.

We will always be calling Plumb Right if we have another problem. Devon worked on a kitchen faucet that was bound to break soon. He was right on time, did a great job and we couldn't be more happy with his work.

They did a great job! The plumber was very clean and friendly. They found our mystery leak and fixed our problems, which turned out to be a leaky toilet. They had good customer service and were able to complete the entire job in just a couple hours!
Anytime I have to call someone to come work on my house it seems like there are always hidden costs. With Plumb Right they were up front and told me exactly what the work would cost before starting. I have never met a more determined employee than Thomas. He told us that our clogged drain was the worst he had ever seen but he worked at it diligently and eventually cleared the drain. Also, they recommended a water softener which we had been shopping around for. Having them come in and install it took a big burden off our shoulders. We will eventually have to repipe all our water lines and Plumb Right will definitely get our business. I won't go anywhere else for plumbing anymore.
They charge more than most attorneys. 600.00 dollars for 30 minutes. Joke. Coupons ya right. They just raise there quote to cover the coupon.
