Five stars for this company. I've been using them for a year now and each time it's really great. They are so responsive, professional, neat and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate the communication from the office staff! Highly recommend Milestone.

I had a clogged drain in a storefront I was trying to rent. I had a friend who works in the building trades try to unclog the drain. he broke his power snake. The new tenant had a friend come in and try to fix the drain, again no-go. I needed somebody to rooter my pipes. I found Tracey online.  I called Tracey on a Sunday. He would have been immediately available for an extra charge for weekend work. I opted to wait the one day. Tracey gave me an estimate of arrival time. He was there promptly. He was friendly, cleaned up the area and was done in about an hour. No fast talking, trying to sell other work. It was all, in and done. He's a really nice guy to boot. I didn't ask for his fee up front. I figured I had to get the work done and I was going to get burned anyway. When he told me his price, I was delighted.
There was only one hitch, he asked for cash. I had to run to the ATM machine for it.
If you have a clogged drain, use this guy, put money in his pocket, you'll both be happy. I would definitely use this guy again.

Drains R Us saved the day.  I was having sewer issues, they went out of their way to make room in their schedule and take care of me.  They really know their stuff.  I've worked with a lot of plumbers over the years, and these guys are the best.  They were on-time, professional, and left everything clean, even after pulling horrific sludge from my sewer pipes.  If you need a plumber that is going to get it right, call these guys.  I've saved their number in my phone and put their magnet on my fridge.

I had a difficult leak in my tub faucet. My cartridge was obsolete and could not be accessed easily. They continued to work the problem and eventually found a solution without having to tear out the wall. Very thankful for their not give up attitude!

Contacted this company on the recommendation of a local plumber.  They did clear the drain problem using a snake thru the trap/pipes however the trap appears not to have been appropriately reattached (or was damaged)  resulting in drywall damage under the drain to the ceiling below.  Company did not respond to several attempts to reach them for correction of this problem including use of their insurance to repair the drywall damage. Would not recommend this company.  If they correct, will change review.

Fox Plumbing is awesome. They are very easy to work with. I needed a water heater replaced. I called Fox Plumbing and spoke with Mandy. She was able to get me a deal on a tankless water heater. I made an appointment for install. The plumber arrived on time. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He did an excellent job with the install. The clean up after was stellar. We called Fox Plumbing another time because we had a problem with the pipes under the kitchen sink. Chris did all new piping and we haven't had a problem since.

We saved a lot of money over the years thanks to the tankless water heater and Fox Plumbing.

I called Cliff Bergin & was told Bob was the person who handled estimates. I was looking to complete a huge job - a new furnace, a/c, tons of new ductwork, etc.  I left 3 voicemails for Bob, who never returned my calls.  I tried a 4th time & told the person who answered that Bob doesn't return calls.  You cannot imagine my surprise when I heard Bob was an owner!  Finally, Bob returned my call & made an appointment. 30 minutes after our appointment time, I see a Cliff Bergen SUV driving slowly down my street.  Bob misplaced all my info - name, phone number, address, & reason for calling them. He was wandering down my street without knowing the exact address! Bob measured my house & jotted down my email so he could send me an estimate. Shockingly, I never received an estimate from Bob.  How does this company stay in business if this is how one of the owners behaves?

I cannot say too many good things about the guys at Schoenwalders! Today Brian serviced my hot water heater, but he has taken care of our plumbing many times, over the years. My house is 110 years old, with all the quirks and idiosyncrasies you might expect in a place that old. A few days before Christmas last year, he said our problems in the main bathroom were due to the Victorian box trap on the tub. He replaced it with a modern one and had everything done before our guests arrived. I was ecstatic! I have lived in this house for 25 years, and after my next door neighbor recommended them, I have never used another plumber. They are unfailingly on time, friendly, polite and clean workers.

UNSATISFACTORY - Called Lee Plumbing out to repair a continuously draining water softener. I was told that he would discuss with me BEFORE doing anything that would cost. He didn't. He cleaned the water softener and did not fix the problem. After he was paid, he kindly informed me that he did n ot know this unit. I called them the next day as the draining issue remained. I was told that they would call me back that Friday, and every other day of the following week. It's been 2 weeks and no news / phone calls from Lee Plumbing. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had an emergency situation on a Saturday and they were willing to come out. The second he walked into my house I regretted my decision. He was very rude and it was clear he had no desire to be there. Very crabby, very rude even through my tears of anxiety and frustration. As a single mom trying to keep a house in order I would never call them again. He made me feel inadequate and I was more overwhelmed once he left.  I felt extremely taken advantage of and their customer service was absolutely horrible!

We had Complete Handymen at our home to do grout work. The worker was dropped off at our house by the manager, Jeff, and had to sit and wait to be picked up. When Jeff came, he commented that some of the area had been missed and needed to be redone, which we appreciated. However, it is now 4 days later, we have contacted Jeff at least 3 times (with no return response), and he has made no indication of when he will come to fix and finish the job. We are extremely disappointed and would absolutely not recommend this service provider.

Will not honor home owners warranty, will not honor their own warranty that they publicly address with their pricing. Went to them to cover a gel coat failure on my tub. At 1st Paul acknowledged that the gel coat had failed based on the information and pictures and said I need to go through my builder to get this taken care of. But my MBA and builders warranty documents say to go to the plumber for plumbing issues and call them directly. . When I mentioned that they immediatetly backed down and said it isn't a warrantable item and they didn't say the gel coat failed and said that I will have to pay to have it repaired. Was extremely rude and said this is how its going to go down. Great sales pokerface but aweful customer care from Paul who I talked with directly.

The only reason I am writing this review is because I reached out to John without getting a response. In September I paid John $175.00 to weatherize my windows, he went around with a caulk gun and put caulk around my windows. Not knowing if that was what weatherization is I paid the man. Fast forward, all my windows still have the same draft coming in that it had the previous year. I texted the numbers I used prior to the so call work being completed, to let him know I still have a draft. No one has tried to respond to my concerns. I will tell everyone do not use Handyman John!!!

One of your vehicles completely ran a red whilst speeding through Waukesha. Very unprofessional for a business van to drive so recklessly.

An absolutely horrible experience. We had flooding in our basement from a clogged drain line. The two plumbers who came determined that the line had to be cleaned with a rooter, but due to the age of the house and no access to a cleanout, they needed to remove the toilet as the only way to access the line. They were able to successfully clean the line; however, as they were replacing the toilet, they dropped and destroyed the base of the toilet, making it unusable. Now, it's one thing if it's an honest mistake and they own up to it; however, instead of taking responsibility, they charged us a full repair rate, and said that if we got a new toilet, that they would install it for free (they expected US to provide the toilet at our expense - they did not offer to pay for the one they destroyed). They promptly left, and after calling them to discuss it further, they upped their offer to $20 (the toilet itself likely costs over $200). My father and I ended up having to get a toilet and install it over a weekend, and there's still follow-up work we have to do because the new toilet doesn't fit well in our smaller bathroom.

If that wasn't frustrating enough, it got bizarre later in the weekend. The plumbers had my fiance's number from the initial call, and late the following night, one of them left a voice mail that sounded like he was trying to call someone else from the bar. It's largely incoherent, but it contained a couple profanities.

A complaint was filed with the BBB which they have not answered. Just totally unprofessional - they destroyed our property, skipped out on responsibility and then further compounded it with a drunk dial! I'm out $375 for a repair, and at least a few hundred more bucks to replace a perfectly good toilet. Avoid - there are far more better choices then these guys.
