You know the drill, website message no response, followed by message left on answering machine, no response.  NOT HERE!  Responce was quick and professional.  They installed new sink faucet and garbage disposal.  Excellent workmanship, cleaned up after themselves.  Wonderful!

Amazing service! Gary was able to come the morning I called and had the problem solved within 30 minutes of arriving. Great rates and service, I'll definitely be calling Budget Drain & Sewer Cleaning if I need help in the future.

Carl Lorentz is a reliable and thoughtful plumber.  His look and candor is reminiscent of a college professor and he always teaches me a thing or two while he's working.  His prices are fair and I never feel like I'm being scammed.  He's my go to plumber!

I am one to really let my laundry pile up until I REALLY need to do it because it is my least favorite chore.  After one load of laundry on a Sunday morning, I went down in to my basement to find a large puddle had come up from the floor drain. Uh-oh, I knew that wasn't good. I called Roto-Rooter. They had someone call me back quickly. They were on overtime (of course) and the trip charge was over $100 more than during the week. I decided I could wait a day (YES! I got out of doing laundry!)
Monday morning I was called and they gave me a window that someone would be out between noon and 3pm.  3pm came by and still no show. I called a little after 3 and was told that someone should be at my place in about 20 minutes.  I wish they would have been a little better with communication if someone wasn't going to make it during the time window.
The tech came out. He was very friendly. Culprit: Tree Roots...Boo!  He was able to clear out the pipe pretty quickly. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again - they just need to work on communication better!

Follow up to previous post. After Capitol came out twice, for four hours each time,  to try to fix my plumbing after installing a new hot water heater I called Avid plumbing. They came out the next day, found Capitol had not installed a bleeder valve, installed a valve and bled the line. All in 30 minutes. Everything works great. Cost me $170 but worth it to not have to deal with that jerk, Stan at Capitol.

Our toilet blocked up on a Sunday night and our regular plumber on Monday morning suggested that we contact Mark's Reddi Rooter Plumbing because our regular plumber was unavailable for a couple of days. Within 2 hours of our call, a professional young man named Jake came and took care of our problem within minutes. He also checked all the drains in the affected bathroom by running the water and he asked if we had any slow drains anywhere in the house for him to check. Talk about an added value to his service! Jake is very personable and a positive representative of his company. We thank you for taking care of our problem and our property and for cleaning up the bathroom when done!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I used caps for a reason. This company is very unreliable! If you chose them expect nothing except misery!!

Doctor Rooter does great work, but their prices are too high and not competitive at all. I paid $190 for 15 minutes of work. I had a sewer line backup, and they quickly found and removed an obstruction. Even though it was on a Saturday, I still feel I paid far too much for the service. I will not use them again unless they seriously adjust their prices.
