Ray and his associates are all nice, polite and professional. Ray is doing an excellent job of following up with me, he's accommodating our scheduling, while manages to perform the job proficiently in no time at all. Overall it was a pleasant experience working with Ray and Dynamic Plumbing. Will definitely hire them again for future plumbing jobs.

Highly recommend! I had to have my entire waste line replaced in my concrete slab. They worked with my insurance, went above and beyond and completed in the job in less time than estimated.

Pipe burst underneath my slab in august 2020, came out immediately and pinpointed the problem. Repairs were done and the best service I have ever received from any housework

This is the second occurrence having to call them and I'm amazed at the professionalism of the owner. First time we contacted him was because another plumber had incorrectly installed a trap that wasn't accessible, which he corrected and today we called him because we had a drainage problem and 2 leaky faucets. Both issues were quickly resolved.

Very nice people. Installed my tankless hotwater heater for a very reasonable price and did it quickly and properly. I would definitely recommend them.

We found Ken and Kevin were excellent. Ken came and did a full estimate on all the work we wanted and we had the quote the next day. Kevin came out to do an immediate change of our kitchen faucet, very friendly, and worked quickly and thoroughly. We will definitely use them again. I jokingly mentioned to Sara that works at the office that we were down to our last roll of TP and could not find it anywhere. She emailed me shortly after and said to stop at the office and pickup some. When I got there she had 6 rolls, I started to take one and she said, no take all of them! So very kind and what a blessing! Wonderful company with kindness and compassion AND quality work and professionalism.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!! After Purchasing a garbage disposal from this establishment trying to help local business. The disposal broke over the holidays. Comet Plumbing claimed they were completely out of them in the store to replace it.
Therefore after calling a specialist and having them come over the holidays to replace my garbage disposal I had to order a new one from the manufacturer, the business still would not take a brand new garbage dispisal back for a refund. Very sad that local business is not helpful to local peopler

We have an empty property we were preparing to rent / sale and needed a licensed plumber to fix a leak in the bathtub ASAP. The repair person / owner Jason was informed of our deadline to complete the job. He not only assured us it would be done the very next day. But also promised the work area would be left like no one was even there. Even though he said he will need to cut part of the wall out and remove our vanity on the other side of the tub to get to the damaged pipes.
The leak was fixed, but the customer experience was horrible. The main problem for this business is an inability to not only communicate effectively. But work with some level of integrity & accountability. We paid the 50% deposit immediately upon request. We then received multiple delays over the next 48 hr period including false arrival times that we had to constantly reach out ourselves to get an update on. It got to a point when we called to inform Jason we would go another route and wanted our deposit back (minus any service fee for diagnosing the source of the leak). He seemed offended by this change of heart because he mentioned he was in the check out line buying materials to fix our leak and said This is why I ask people like you for a deposit... Well you can kiss that deposit goodbye! and the call ended.
Later his wife / secretary called back to apologize and assure us he was finally in route after picking up supplies to do the job. We accepted and asked that the final invoice be amended to include a note that the tub drain is working properly bcus we tested it ourselves. But we needed documentation from a licensed plumber stating that the drain is operating correctly. Jason decided to snake the drain anyway even though he said he didn't pull out or see anything that would've cause slow draining. But still charged us for it and didn't accept responsibility for misreading our request (via text). To make matters worse, he told us we can caulk the newly installed tub knobs & faucet ourselves; after not cleaning the tub up and saying he couldn't put back the vanity and the wall the way it was like he was never there as he promised. Also that it was more work than he initially assumed. We can respect the honesty, but to not even offer a discount after displaying bad time management issues and poor customer service is absurd! Jason wouldn't consider removing the charge for snaking our drain when we didn't ask him to do it in the first place. With all that, we still paid the full invoice balance (over $300 more than the original quote). We figured, hey it's the holidays and we can only hope they needed the money more than they needed a long time customer. In short, 5 Star Plumbing is not a business we can trust to do any future work for us, even though he offered $75 off the next job!!!! UUUMMMMM NO WE'RE GOOD.

Ridiculous company! Kid came out and said they don't do any work on copper plumbing, then lied to the warranty company saying he never said that. What kind of amateur plumbing company is this!? All the other plumbing companies we called laughed and said the same thing about this company. Maybe if you're too scared of plumbing you should go flip burgers!

This company hired my company to install there Heating & Air conditioning and we did our work like we are contracted to! Even after several change orders I didn't get paid for I stayed! Then last Friday when it's time to get Paid the owner Curtis Key tells his guys to tell me he's not paying! Apparently this has happened before! This guy treats his employees bad also! I stood and watch him call his plumbers mfer and stupid and many more choice words! He took advantage of my small company .. I have contacted an attorney and working on the lawsuit as we speak!

While the technician who came out to do a MINOR repair under our kitchen sink was professional, the owner and company itself is horrible. I called to have a leak under our sink repaired and they sent out a technician the following morning. Within five minutes, he discovered the issue was a cracked T connection. They did not have a replacement part on hand, so they had to run back into town to get the part. When he returned about forty minutes later (we live about fifteen minutes from town), it took him less than fifteen minutes to replace the part. I asked him before he left if they do estimates as we had a new tub that needed to be plumbed. He said they did and then spent the next half hour to forty minutes looking at what needed to be done and taking pictures on his cell phone for the boss to look at. He took no measurements. When he left, he said the invoice for the job and the estimate would be mailed to me within a few days. A couple of days later, I receive a bill for $230 broken down by their $110 hourly rate and $10 for the part. On the invoice, it states that hourly rate included the time it took to look at what needed to be done under the tub but no estimate was provided. When I called the office to ask about it, I was told they charge their hourly rate from when they leave the office to when the job is completed (this was not mentioned when I inquired about an estimate). I said that was fine, but I was being charged around $55 for an estimate I never received and wasn't happy paying that much for services they didn't perform. Two days later, the owner called me and said he did the best he could for me and that modular homes are hard to work with. He refused to give me the total for the estimate over the phone, saying he couldn't remember it offhand, and that it had been mailed out to me. Later in the week, I opened an estimate for $1540 with NO break down of parts, materials or labor costs - just a vague to-do list for the job and the total amount with portions highlighted for me to sign on the contract. When my husband called to figure out why there was no break down of anything, the owner became rude with him and said he couldn't break it down any more simply than he already had and that it was just a best guess since he didn't know what materials he would actually need or had any measurements to work with - but he did know he would be charging us $110/hr! When my husband pressed for a more detailed estimate since we were being charged over $50 for it, the owner hung up on him.
I have NO CLUE how such an unprofessional company can stay in business in a small town like Smithfield. I can swallow being charged for them to have to drive back into town to pick up a part but it is really upsetting to be billed so much for a completely worthless estimate and then to be treated like we are being unreasonable about the situation.
Bottom line: the leak under my sink is fixed but we will never be using this company again.
