Adrian responded by the next day and found the leak under the slab and repaired it that same day. Very friendly and courteous. I would recommend him in emergency.

They are good but SOOPER expensive. I bought a faucet and just needed it replaced... they were there 28 minutes and charged OVER $250. They were very professional and did a great job but very pricy

As a consumer, I have the right to know what I am paying for and to try to get the best price for the products & services I spend my hard earned cash on. Apparently Sunrise Plumbing feels otherwise. My retired parents had used this company for over 35 years and Sunrise replaced the swamp cooler, the furnace and the last hot water heater in this house so I had them give me an estimate for a new hot water heater, and also set up an appt for them to service the A/C. I was advised over the phone it would be $1500.00 for the hot water heater install. When I hesitated Carmen advised me that she had held up 'the schedule' to work me in for both jobs at the same time... I thanked her for her consideration. We scheduled a date and I was promptly asked how I would be paying. After speaking to my sister & a neighbor I wondered why the charge was so high as it was almost twice the cost either of them had paid. I made another call to Sunrise a couple of days later and asked for a breakdown of the charges as it was never provided, she did so but it required a call back on her part. I called Sunrise on the morning of the install NOT to cancel or ask if they were still coming (they were late but that was not my concern), I called to see if I could possibly get a better price and I told her I liked the work they did, which I do. I SPECIFICALLY told her NOT to cancel my appt & to make sure they come out because I needed the work done regardless. It required another call back from her to get an answer to my last question and 15 minutes before they were supposed to be at my house I was told by Carmen:
1. No price reduction... I replied okay (I still needed hot water...)
2. No appt.... she/they cancelled it! She said I sent the guys out to do other work instead because you seem unsure.
3. I was also told that I should go find someone else to do the work cheaper but to make sure they pulled a permit. Yes, she actually said that to me...WOW.
I have over 30 years of great internal and external customer service experience. I have successfully built lasting relationships at every company I have ever worked for. NEVER have I seen such blatant, disrespectful, deplorable and unprofessional behavior from a BUSINESS. Her/their response to a simple yes or no question was uncalled for and spiteful, to say the least. Good luck with that attitude...

AWFUL experience. DO NOT USE.
Also DBA Ramos Plumbing, installers for Lowe's, at 915-694-6239.
My mother needed to have a range hood replaced. She purchased one from Lowe's in November and arranged to have it installed. The first installation was botched so badly it damaged the hood, which had to be replaced, and my mother's cabinets. The installer, who if I am not mistaken is also the owner, Felipe Ramos, also left screws protruding through the wood of the cabinet frame, creating an injury risk for anyone reaching into the cabinet.
For the next two months, we were given the runaround. Installations were scheduled and no one showed up or bothered to call. Or someone showed up, but didn't have the right tools or parts, and rescheduled instead of going to get them. Or someone showed up but didn't have time to do the installation because he had to go get bloodwork. Or they couldn't do the installation because it was a two-man job and they only sent one. They didn't return calls or even attempt to communicate, much less apologize.
We gave them (and Lowe's) one last chance to make it right. We made it clear that this was their opportunity to redeem themselves, to make up for the 3+ months of broken promises and failed commitments. They didn't show up, AGAIN, and didn't call, AGAIN. I spoke to the owner/guy in charge, Felipe; he threw his employee under the bus (the details of which I won't share, because I don't want the employee to be retaliated against). He promised to call and sort the issue out, but all he did was make his employee call to tell us they were running late - which, given that it was an hour and a half past the time they were supposed to be there, we didn't need to be informed of. No apology, no attempt at an explanation or an offer to make things right. They repeatedly broke their commitments and failed UTTERLY to even attempt any sort of communication. I have strong reason to believe Felipe is also lying about his experience/skill, but I can't prove it - yet.

They initially came and did some tests. I paid the young man $300 and said he would comeback to finish the tests because he could not access the additional pvc. He told me to call the office and they would reschedule. It has been three wks. I have called at least 10 times and no one has called me back.
