I called them twice to schedule an appointment, they never called back to confirm. If you don't want the work, get out of the business, or let your potential customers know you don't want to do the job.

They didn't show up when the said they would and not even a call to tell me or reschedule. They are Unreliable and I'm very disappointed! I rarely write bad reviews but I really felt people should be aware!

Finally decided to get my shower fixed so that I don't have to take cold showers anymore. We haven't had hot water in one of our bathroom showers since December.

The fellas at Santillan Plumbing came in and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. Speedy, professional, friendly!

This is a great company for plumbing in the El Paso/Sunland Park/ Las Cruces area!
