Great Experience! Big thank you to Jess the owner) who came to our rescue. We actually had two issues and I wish I had found Abstract Plumbing first!  Our issues started with a pinhole leak in our hot water heater closet wall plumbing that was apparently leaking for a while.  Once we noticed, the water had flooded the hot water heater. The first plumber repaired the wall plumbing and said he could replace the gas control (instead of replacing the hot water heater).  This was the lower-cost option, so we decided this was our best option.  However, after repairing the plumbing issue, the first plumber left us with another leak because he did not tighten the fittings properly.  He came back the next day to fix his mistake and said he would have the part for the hot water heater overnighted. 7 days later, he still didn't have the part and wasn't sure he could get it so we asked for a quote for a new hot water heater.  His quote was about $5000.  After sharing this information with some friends, we realized this was a very high quote. I decided to request several more quotes using the Yelp app.  Yelp sent my info to 5 plumbers and 3 out of the 5 replied. Abstract was the first to reply and had clear pricing and quick availability. The overall final price quote was a little higher but, we have a 'not so standard size/type' water heater (we understood the different prices and we're reasonable people!)  We also learned that the other plumber had actually installed another part of the plumbing incorrectly preventing our 'instant hot water' line from working properly.  This should have been a 'no-brainer' for the other plumber as the part actually has an arrow to show how to properly install!  Jess repaired this for us and installed the new hot water heater.  I will definitely call Jess for ALL my plumbing needs from now on and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

They came on time did the work explained what he was doing and problems I may have later and the prices where reasonable compared to the other plumbing companies. The tech was friendly and I would use them again. And would recommend to others.

I recently purchased a home not far from this business. So when I was having issues with the master bathroom I was glad to have someone near I could call. They returned my call and scheduled a technician in great time.
The guy who showed up was nice, and I could tell he wanted to be helpful. He snaked the toilet, though it wasn't a long term fix, as it had trouble flushing again soon after he left.
My major disappointing with this service call is with the shower. It isn't running cold water to balance the hot. Apparently the cartridge is bad - he provided me a picture. Then advised that I call the maker to get a replacement part and continue the repair on my own. Once I called on the part, the company hangs up due to high call volume. So absolutely nothing is fixed. (note here that he tracked dirt clods from his shoes all over my house.)
Another plumber has said that the part is covered 100% under warranty and is acquiring the part and returning to do the repair.  All in all, I threw away $150 on this guy and get to pay another plumber to do what he didn't.

we had a plumbing leak in our bedroom and it was difficult to diagnose where the problem was coming from.  Bryon and Teddy worked diligently to find the problem.  They were able to fix the problem with minimal invasion to the house structure.  Of course this happened over the new year holiday/weekend but they were willing to work overtime to get it repaired for us.  I would recommend them to anyone.  they were courteous and very professional.  Will definately call on them again.

James and the crew did a great job of replacing our electric panels. They performed a lot of troubleshooting during this time, brought up other issues in the house, and were able to fix them with no problems. Excellent job

Had water heater installed. They ran into needing additional parts, do to the the way it was previously installed. They were very fair and only charged the cost of the extra parts. Also they were very prompt they arrived one hour and a half from initial call. Expected to wait a couple of days. I checked several businesses and found All Britton to be the best value.  I highly recommend this company and will use again.

Beware: They don't stand by their shoddy work. No warrantees if your brand new work springs a leak. This business has the least amount of integrity that I've ever dealt with. It's a take your money and run operation.
I'm horribly disappointed by how much I've had to struggle to get everything done properly after paying thousands of dollars to have them remodel my bathroom. It took three times longer than they said it would, the tile wasn't done right or fixed after the second guy was put in the job, and then there was a leak that ruined the brand new ceiling and walls, which it took all summer to get someone to get to fixing, but now I have holes in my ceiling and wall that they refuse to patch to finish the job. They're known for using subcontractors and having a lack of communication, blowing off customers once they've paid and now it seems to be common practice to blow off appointments for months then try and force you to pay more for work they should have done already.

I would never hire this plumbing company! Very rude owner! They don't know how to run a business or hire and keep plumbers.   They do shoddy work! Make mistakes, don't know how to look/read at a blue print.   Absolutely the worst company we have ever hired.  Do yourself a favor and don't contact these people.  The plumbers we have had out to fix all their mistakes can't believe they are in business or actual plumbers.

Called this past Monday morning.  No live answer, just leave a message.  I did.  No response Monday.  Called again this afternoon over 24 hours later.  No live response, just leave a message.  It's 8:08PM.  No response.

There is no option for selecting a ZERO star for NO RESPONSE.  How nice it must be to just throw away potential business.

It will be very heartbreaking for me to call the excellent business person who referred this business to us and give him an earful.

I hired this company to come repair my toilets. They came fairly quickly and finished the job in good time. The problems started when one of the repair jobs started leaking again. I contacted the owner and was promised two (2) different times that would be back to fix the problem as was given a warranty on the work. The first time they didn't show, the owner texted back was unable to make it. The second time, the owner ghosted me and hasn't replied back.

Had the owner just made it right, I would've given a much different review as my initial impression was a good one. Very sad when a business treats you this way. Next stop, the Better Business Bureau.
