Referred by Aspen Plumbing for hydro jetting, Charlie's Rooter gets an A+. Dealt with the owner's son Matt who was professional, so nice & very helpful. The owner, Charlie, came out for the hydro jetting service & fiber optic camera. Extremely prompt, efficient, personable & reasonably priced. A true gentleman & a pleasure to do business with. Also saved me a lot of money with his honesty & most helpful tips. Will definitely refer Charlie's Rooter to everyone!  Absolutely a genuine winner!!!

Great service. Very professional. We had a leaking faucet that needed to be replaced. I love that this is a local small business that is really working hard to be efficient, timely and competitive. Very friendly and helpful. Great company

installed under the house a straight run 20 ft gas line which i phisically could not do right now. 2 hour job. nice on the phone came when they said. told me it would be a three hundred dollar job. remember just labor . i already had all parts as i was going to do it. 2 hours later the job was done now four hundred dollars. 200.00 an hour labor for one man. dont believe whats said get it in writing. what they did was fine. how they charged me was dishonest.

We called Sweets out on a Sunday afternoon because we had thought we fixed a burst pipe only to find out we didn't fix the whole problem and were in over our heads.  

We called and were able to talk to a technician. He talked with us about the problem and gave us pricing for coming out on Sunday.  He told us he would be here in about an hour and a half.  

And hour and a half later, he showed up.  Very courteous and professional he got to work right away. Replaced some of the parts we had fixed with better parts without saying anything.  He worked for about an hour, checked the system and verified that it was not still leaking and gave us a bio for exactly what he said it would be.  

Only three days in but no more problems and the fix looked very good quality.  

Highly recommend this company.  We are actually going to have them come back out and fix different problem in the coming weeks.

Very sorry I didn't read these reviews before selecting this company.
My husband and I paid Mullin to pump our aerobic septic system in preparation of listing our home for sale. 50 days later (only 10 of which we lived in the home), the buyer's inspector reports that our tank is over 40% full and requires pumping!
We called Mullin to come out to inspect and remedy the situation as needed. They emailed a copy of receipt stating we accepted the service they did, but they said they would come out anyway. They never showed. When my husband called to tell them we were getting another plumbing company to do it right, all they said was, fine, have a nice day. This company has no integrity and has no interest in rectifying the poor or dishonest work of their employees.

If I could just rate Jennifer in the office I would give her 5 stars. Super empathetic and understanding, very helpful. The guy that came to my house..... called me sweetheart I'm a condescending tone as he tried to mansplain plumbing to me. Kevin was super helpful over the phone as well. I ended up going with another company because In the end I didn't trust their drain guy.

They gave a very competitive bid on replacing on hot water heater. The were onsite the following morning and did and excellent job.

If you want to deal with a company that cuts corners, does not
complete jobs, does not honor their own warranty on work,
is a no show  to appointment then you should call
R and L Plumbing! The owner refuses to fix the problems caused
by not completing a job or cutting corners just
to get by, when you call him to have them come out and fix it
he will scream at you and call you a liar and he refuse to come out
and fix it. I am not the only customer he has done this too.
Worst plumbing company and owner to deal with in Tulsa and
and surrounding area.
I told him I would call the BBB and put my story on each website
possible how terrible he is and he said he didn't care go right ahead!

Call them but no one ever called back. Bad business .They is a lot more people who are willing to answer phone or return your call. My advise stay away from this business..

I wish I could give 0 stars cause that's what this guy is worth! How he treated my disabled dad is something that can not be forgiven! If I could press charges I would! I hope he goes out if business! I would not let him in your home!

I will give one star to this company because they managed to call me back once or twice. The overall concern for the customer in this company's case is fair to nonexistent. Every time I called I felt like I was interrupting something way more important than my problem and would abruptly be told that I would get a call back. A lot of times the call back would be at night so I would not be able to have the service completed that day. The last time our pipe got unclogged it was $35 more than the time before for some reason. The owner of the company seemed nice enough, but sadly they must be too busy to take personal time for each customer. The current plumber not only arrived one day after we called promptly but also guaranteed his work  for six months or it would be fixed for free. I wish we would have gone with him in the first place, it would have saved $185, the charge that we got on the last unclogging of the drain.
