I've had Roger do several small jobs for me and each time he has done a great job. Very professional and cleans up when he's done. I'd definitely recommend The Plumber!

today was the second time in 15 years that tom has done sewer pipe replacement in our home (two different pipes). i can't recommend him highly enough: a pleasure to deal with, arrived when he said he would for the estimate and to do the work, absolutely no mess and the work was perfect. his price is very reasonable, less than i feared. you cannot go wrong with tom's work!

Our sewer backed up on Saturday morning so the landlord called told them we needed this taken care of ASAP due to water being all over!  I kept calling them all day as well as the landlord on Saturday, they kept saying that Keith was coming going to call.  No call and no one showed up!   Sunday still no one!   I would not use Simmons for anything.   Only person that did amazing was Vince with the hot water heater!  Kuddos to you Vince.   Sorry you have to work for a company that is getting a bad reputation.

We received a quote to put in a gas line. When the final bill came it was 3 times the amount of the quote with no conversation regarding more charges before the work was completed.  In an attempt to discuss it with the company they made excuses and said they don't know how the salesman got the original quote price. In addition, they left a mess of torn up yard because they had to fix what time we the initial install guy did wrong. After a request to talk to the owner we heard nothing back so we paid the amount we discussed on the phone with billing, which was more than the quote. A year later, we received a bill with a threat of legal action and still no phone call or communication with anyone in the entire year.  Do not do business with this company. They are not fair or honest.
