If you're looking for honesty in your plumber Jimmy the Plumber is the person to call.  You will never pay for unnecessary  repairs. These days when everyone is wary of service providers it's a blessing to find someone like Jimmy. He has repaired many things at 2 of my properties and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I recommend Jimmy to anyone looking for class A service

They have helped us out several times with various plumbing issues, they are very knowledgeable and prompt and prices are reasonable.

This company is a total ripoff. It's a company that will rob you without a gun. They fixed a leaking shower head, a dripping faucet and a running toilet. The price for parts were $134.25 but wait for it!  Here it come. The labor cost was $612.00 . I spoke with the owner because I thought this was an error, just to be informed that this bill was correct. Shame on you. Shame Shame Shame!  I will not nor will I EVER recommend this company to anyone and I will testify of this horrible experience to everyone.

1 shower leak and 4 visits later, the shower still leaks.  After the first time, they supposedly fixed it, I had the ceiling fixed below the leak.  Very disappointed that their inability to fix a water leak has cost me many hundreds of dollars in paying them and paying for the subsequent damages.  The 3rd time they came out, they sent their expert to find the problem.  Now, the 4th time they've been out and they finally identify the problem and tell me to replace the entire shower which is fine, but I'd have liked to know that the first, or even the second time!  

That said, their technicians are courteous and show up on time.  If you use them, make sure you get a guarantee that the problem is actually fixed, then wait to make sure before you make drywall repairs.

I called American Leak Detection on the advice of my pool man because it was obvious that our pool (installed in 1992) was leaking. I had visions of having to dig up the patio to do repairs. Myles came out and did a careful evaluation of the pipes, drains, skimmer, pump, etc. visually and using pressure. He put on a dry suit and got in to do an inspection of the interior of the pool, and removed the drain covers and cleared away the accumulated debris before pressure testing them. He found that the big problem was with one of the jets that returns filtered water to the pool, and was able to fix it on the spot. What a relief.
The next day I noticed that there was still a little air coming from two of the jets, much less than before, and called ALD. They immediately scheduled a return visit at no additional cost. Myles found the very small leak, which was in the pump connections, and again fixed it on the spot. No more air bubbles coming through the jets.

The service was expensive, but they performed a service that was as minimally invasive as possible, and came back without question to take care of the final detail. I would definitely hire them again, but hope I don't have to.

If i can rate this to below zero i would doesnt even deserve any star at all... owner is RUDE!!! i was calling for a service for one of my location in Kenner and he goes and tell me to ''fuck off'' what kinda dirty business do you do you ghetto af!!! i wish your future customers finds out how rude you are! im actually surprised you even have your business up here on yelp when you dont have any business to bring other than telling a potential customer to fuck off!

not trustworthy. sloppy work. overly priced. please check other companies for your AC needs
