I sent Emergency Rooter a message and they responded very quickly and set up a appointment to come out the next day! Jacob was very professional and was able to correct the issue! Yes, I found out about them through my AHS warranty. I had been having a negative experience with another company and requested a second opinion. From the moment I spoke with their dispatcher, this was an excellent experience. Nathan and Coy (I requested their names cuz I had see some negative reviews, and wanted to add my positive feedback) were very professional, conscious of their tidiness -they replaced my toilet (which AHS refused to cover,eye roll) at a very fair price (half of what the other AHS recommended plumber quoted) and never made me feel stupid for needing a professional. I will definitely be using them again, and will update with each visit.

These guys have been out twice to fix stuff for me. It's pricey, but they're more affordable than others. They are as accommodating as they can be. They show up as scheduled and communicate well.
