We have used Lexington home and RV repair a few times and he was prompt, courteous and does excellent work at a fair price. Yes we would recommend him to anyone.

I have had a couple of plumbing emergencies and Donny will usually show up within the hour!  I had a grinder pump that was clogged up and backing up sewage into the bathtub, I called another plumber who said I would have to get a new grinder pump, but they couldn't get it until the following week. Donny showed up early Saturday morning and unclogged it, where the other plumber wouldn't even open it up.  He saved me about $600 and three days of not being able to use any water!  He knows his stuff!  Highly recommended!

Had the good fortune of meeting Jamie at Outback one evening and kept his information.  
We suspected a drip behind our shower and had a slow bathroom sink drain.  Jamie quickly determined that we had no leak and took him 2 minutes to clear the drain.
I will definitely be sharing his information with the community in which I live.

very friendly customer service.  however, my appointment got rescheduled 2 times.  I didn't have a major leak but It was still a leak I needed repaired.  appointment got pushed back a week at a time.

We were in a real jam.  Our air conditioner went out yesterday and we were supposed to watch our 3 month old grandson.  We couldn't do that in 90 degree temperatures outside and even hotter inside.  Our warranty company set All in One to help us, and I'm so glad they did.  Melvin diagnosed the problem and Rob gave us a great deal.  Melvin and his son put the new unit in today in less than 4 hours!!  So tonight, our grandson is sleeping comfortably in his bed and so are we.  Thanks All in One for a great job!!  Susan Sparks

I hope their quality of work is better than their driving. License KY plate 870929-10000 this afternoon cut me off multiple times while on my way home on Man-o-war about 3:00 pm. If you're going to have someone driving a company van, maybe they need to be breathalyzed before heading out on the roads and endangering other drivers.

Hired to locate and repair a leak inside a closet wall that was soaking the carpet. They arrived and made the repair in 1 hour and said they would return to check their work and repair the drywall. This never happened and we spent almost 2 weeks trying to have Shane return because the leak only got worse after their work. All we got were excuses and lies that he would be there and he was on his way. After 2 weeks the carpet will now need to be replaced, the wall still needs to be repaired, and the leak he made worse still needs to be fixed. He refused to provide a full refund because he said they did some work but did offer half of our money back. Now we have to find a reliable competent plumber to repair his mess. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Called these jokers near first of June to get an estimate on installing an inline duct fan to push additional air to far end of my HVAC system (low air flow there).  I confirmed that this was a service they provided then set an appointment.  Day of appointment they called to reschedule. This happened 3 more times up until June 26th...calling day of appointment to reschedule.

I give up. If they don't want my business or if this job wouldn't be enough money to make it worth it, just tell me. I even let them set the dates of the last two attempted appointments based on best day for them!

Awful. Just awful.

I will never use GreenBox every again . The guy came in and said my furnace had been on fire and I needed a new furnace. Thank goodness I called a friend of mine to give me a second opinion . First off it had never been on fire and second he cut the wires off my furnace. here all this time I thought they where a reliable company but they are not . After fixing tge cut wires and cleaning the coil my furnace is working great . plus I see the special for cleaning the unit is $ 59.00 had been $99.00 and they charged me $131.00 . So I will never recommend Green Box to anyone ever !!!

About got ran off the road and flipped off by an employee. Clearly doesn't care about safety. He would definitely NOT be welcome on my job site.
