I contacted Lexpro because I had purchased a new dishwasher and needed it installed. I didn't buy it from a store that installs, but directly from Whirlpool. I asked what the charge  would be and they would not tell me. They only said that it was a fee to come out and that would be applied to whatever work they did......

I took off. Tech arrives and did the work, and YES he did a GREAT job, but the price for this? Are you ready? To have a dishwasher installed and a dripping faucet washer replaced was 500 dollars! Is this anywhere remotely close to being reasonable? I can't even believe I agreed to it. I must be crazy! It's one of those things where you don't realize what just happened until after the fact I must have been temporarily insane to agree to that

Again, the tech was super clean, professional and friendly and did a good job but I will never use this company again because of that insane price.

I contacted LexPro because I wanted a 2nd opinion about the heating unit in my townhome. The townhome is owned by several parties and we customarily get several opinions to weigh our options when doing repairs, maintenance, etc.... When I called for the appointment, I explained that we were asking for a 2nd opinion. They quoted me a $69.00 fee for the visit, which would then be applied to any future work should we choose to go with their estimate. When the service provider arrived, after being shown the unit and after having spent my morning at home waiting for him to come, he subsequently told me that they would not provide a 2nd opinion due to the unusual circumstances. They don't like to provide contradictory opinions to other businesses in the area. But, he was felt I should be very happy to know they would not charge me for the visit. I find this very confusing. So much for a capital market . . . .

Called these jokers near first of June to get an estimate on installing an inline duct fan to push additional air to far end of my HVAC system (low air flow there).  I confirmed that this was a service they provided then set an appointment.  Day of appointment they called to reschedule. This happened 3 more times up until June 26th...calling day of appointment to reschedule.

I give up. If they don't want my business or if this job wouldn't be enough money to make it worth it, just tell me. I even let them set the dates of the last two attempted appointments based on best day for them!

Awful. Just awful.
