Lex Rooter was highly recommended by another plumbing company who was unable to perform the work.  They removed a clog that was preventing a second floor bathroom from draining properly.  It was a stubborn clog, and they ran into some issues along the way.  As a result, the job took them from 8:00am until 3:00pm, but they stuck with the price they had quoted me when they arrived that morning.  I couldn't be happier with the results, and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable.  I won't hesitate to call them again.

Logan came to our house last Friday to draw a gas line from our attic down to our kitchen so we can have our gas stove . He is polite professional and protective of your property while he works. I told him he is the only one contractor that I have seen that cleans up after himself as if I would have done. He said when he was training to be come a plumber his old teacher told him leave the house as if you have never been there. He cut the dry wall to the smallest possible cut so the damage would be minimal and also helped me patch the wall back. As you see in the picture. Pricing is very fair . He is punctual and communicative so you won't feel left out. A great craftsman and even greater human being. Thank you Logan

Plumbers are never cheap. Service One is no exception to that. They charge $85 an hour plus materials. But if you can't get cheap, you definitely want fast because that keeps the hours from getting out of hand. The plumber came out and was fast and efficient. He had the job done in less than an hour, and while I was still out a Franklin, it wasn't several Franklins.

This was the first time I had ever used Yelp's service for finding a business. It was super easy. I just entered the problem I was having, and three plumbing services were notified. Service One got back with me that night, within about a hour of my submission. Two other plumbing businesses contacted me the next morning. I went with Service One because they were so quick to get back with me, and I like businesses that respond quickly. Rates between the three were all pretty close, although Service One had the other two beaten by a small margin.

I really liked the plumber, Steve. I explained to him the problem, he immediately told me two possible solutions, and got to work. Luckily, the issue was a quick one to fix, and he had the job done in around a half an hour. He even explained to me a possible solution and cost to a separate issue I was having that did not immediately need to be resolved.

Billing is a little different with Service One. You don't pay the plumber. A bill shows up in the mail a day or two after the service. It's a little strange, as you don't know the exact charge until you get the bill after the fact, but was a minor issue to me. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome job!  Called early morning and he was able to come out that day at 10:15.  Fixed both problems:  a dishwasher not draining and and outdoor faucet that wasn't working.  Ended up being under $200 for both!!  Gave prices upfront and explained everything he did.

Called on a Saturday because my water heater was leaking all over the floor.  A guy called me back, and kept saying, you want me to take a look at it?  I can if you want me to... in a tone that clearly said, I don't want to be bothered.  After he said that a few more times, when it was obvious that, yes! I want it fixed, I just said, I'll call someone else.  I get that it's not fun to be on call or work on a weekend.  I worked nearly every weekend for 28 years and spent many nights on call.  But Dude...either do it or don't.  Don't practically beg me to let you off the hook.  This and a previous long episode of poor service has made me decide to permanently let Whitehead and Hancock off the hook.

I have hired many general contractors over the years. This my opinion and my experience with JKM Contruction and Customs.  Mike in my opinion was the most unprofessional. We paid him $17,000 which was over half the estimated job to build a master bathroom in upstairs bedroom. First went ok, the plumber came and ran some pipes from the crawl space to the second floor. after that week thinks just stopped. Mike said framers would be there but never showed and when we texted him he said something came up and they had to do something else. this went on for weeks. He then claims he paid them and they never showed. 4 weeks have now went by and mold had grown on the lumber he had delivered and placed in our upstairs bedroom. my wife is very allergic to mold and carries a Epinephrine pen so she can no longer go upstairs were the lumber is sitting. we have to live in our downstairs bedroom. Mike tells us that he can't get anyone so he will come and do it. he brags about how hard of a worker he is and he will show up at 9am sharp and put in the work of 2 men. the day comes and he is 3 hours late. I start texting him asking when will he be here because my wife has to leave and I have meeting and need to know when he will arrive so I can leave the meeting to let him in. He sends me a unprofessional text. you can see the attached image. Shows up hours late put in 6 hours of work then leaves. He doesn't do anything to address the mold on the lumber. Puts the lumber over the floor joists and covers it with plywood. I text him a questions about the work he did. He responds the next day with a text telling use to stop being nosy and let him do his job. Very unprofessional. Out of desperation we have him sign a contract to dissolve the original contract and he gets the wood out of the house but he also agrees to pay us $2,000 of the original $17,000 back. We gave him over a month to pay this back I even suggested he could do payments but he said paying the lump sum was fine. The month passed, he says he doesn't have it and then says to sue him and he would enjoy every minute of it. So instead I said if you don't have the money then you are to poor to sue so I will just write a review of your company and in my opinion very unprofessional behavior. he then begins cussing me and threatening me that he has some dirt on my from a previous city. which is absolutely laughable. I also started recording our phone conversations so if he disputes it I will post the audio files to prove what when on.

Oh and now he has a different company name on his truck that says Mike's General Contracting.
