Best Plumbing Services in Lexington, KY

Buzz is my go to plumber.  He has done repairs in all of three of the houses I have owned.  I trust him and he always does a good job and I never have had to wait too long to have him come out and look at a problem.  

He recently fixed a leaky shower and replaced the sink in my guest bathroom.  Both are working great now!

Thieves!!! I worked with Ron and Chris at Bluegrass Rooter. What a horrible mess. They were to add a new bathroom in my basement and replace all the plumbing in the house. I didn't know when I hired them that Ron had let his master plumber license expire so l had no chance of getting this done in the first place. They said it would take a month. Fast forward six months later and I'm begging them to come finish the job. They said, give us the rest of the payment and we will get it to pass inspection this week. So I gave them $5000 and they never called me back again. I had to spend $9000 to get all the plumbing fixed by another plumber in order for it to pass inspection. And I still haven't passed inspection because they did such a terrible job that needs so much work. I left at least 100 messages, because they don't answer their phone EVER and they don't have a brick and mortar storefront. So once they have your money they can disappear and never be found. Do not use this company. Ron is a thief!
Edit- I just read his response back to me. He says I never contacted him again. WRONG! He blocked me on his personal phone. I left nearly 100 voicemails on his business phone and he never responded back. He left me in such a terrible jam. He is blaming this all on his employees and on me. Well guess what Ron, YOU ARE THE OWNER! You should take care of their mistakes. You are a sorry excuse for a person and a thief. He's trying to act so nice like he cares. If he cared he would show up and fix my plumbing that he messed up. Pathetic.

UPDATE:  Once they saw the multiple reviews I put online I was contacted and they gave me a full refund!  It is fantastic to see such pride in their business to reach out, gather the details, and give a full refund. Very professional, once the owner listened to my valid complaint it was not even a negotiation. For the fact the owner reached out to me directly I have to give this business 5 stars, hopefully this was a one off situation.

Horrible. Do not use this company. They came in, charged $150, and didn't get to the root cause of the reason I got a water bill that was $250 for one month. Literally they came in and did absolutely nothing except take my sink apart only to tell me the whole thing needed to be replaced. Enter a new company that came in today, got to the root cause of my issue after being very thorough in analyzing my home. They even got parts ordered to fix my sink rather than replace it.

The technician , Jacob, that came out was friendly and quick to find the problem. I was so happy that he could come out on short notice. The work was great and he was efficient in the time and even under his estimate. Thank you and I will be calling on there services again.

I give the highest rating to Mullis Inc. for the Heating system they put in my old home in Versailles.  Prior to finding Mullis, and their President George Hauser, I did not know what direction to take.  Mullis Inc. explained my options and the costs and their recommendations.  I went with what they suggested and am so glad I did.  The home is heated as never before and it is very quiet.  The cost was very reasonable as well.  Best of all, Mullis Inc. gave me the confidence they were treating the job like it was their own home.   I was referred to Mullis Inc. by a friend and I want to pass it on.  Jeff M. Excellent service!! Justin was professional and respectful. Completed the task with care, explained, and answered questions. Made sure to tidy up when he was done.  I will definitely use this company again and refer to friends & family.

We had rusted pipes under our sink that need to be replaced. The plumber was at our house for 30 minutes and we were charged for 2 hours. Additionally, a few weeks later, we discovered a leak under the sink. It was from the piping the plumber put in. He didn't screw them in all the way. He definitely didn't perform his job thoroughly. I don't recommend.

We had contacted H20 due to blockage in our main lines and our daughter had a membership with them (keep this in mind). They were able to fit us in the next day and showed up in a timely manner. That's about as good as it gets!

They removed our toilet (now wobbly) to run the standard snake and unclogged the line. It was TEMPORARY he had just flushed enough water and moved the snake around for a quick fix. What he failed to do was run the snake fully to insure that there was no debris in the lines.
Now after they finished we left for Australia due to a death in the family and arrived back home 3 weeks later, and was welcomed by BLOCKED PLUMBING.

After a 599.00 bill and the problem was still there we decided to call a local company Kings Plumbing Paris Ky.
They jump right in pulling the toilet off and run the snake, same model as H20 and blockage was gone BUT they brought up the vines that was blocking our main line!  COST $185.00
I literally had to ask twice are you sure it's not higher?!?!?! Nope that's it he said.

We got the email from H2O to pay our bill and my husband called to discussed with them that the service they provided didn't fix the issue the company come back with a discount of $149.00
So....
Total $599.00
Coupon $50.00. But members are to get 20% nope not this time.
Total $549.00
      - 149.00  Because it wasn't fixed
New Total $400.00 unsure what the charge is for as they hadn't unclogged our plumbing?!?!

They did so many mistakes on our property we had to bring in another plumbing service to finish and repair all the damage costing us thousands of dollars, some things they damaged could not be repaired and our new property is permanently damaged. I strongly recommend you stay clear of them!
