Kruse Corporation installed my first AC unit. Within 2 years I've had problem after problem with it. Kruse sent out service reps to review the ongoing problems but stuck me with a $100 service charge each time. I called and spoke to the service manager at Kruse several times, he told me that I didn't change my air filter enough. I changed my air filter once a month with a pleaded air filter as they recommend. I guess they expected me to change the air filter on a weekly basis. You'd think since Kruse installed the ac unit, and the ac had a warranty, the unit and the service charges would be covered. Something would be covered; anything would be covered. Not even close! Kruse's solution is, I need a new AC unit for $6000. Kruse ac warranties are crap! So, I go along with Kruse again and get a new unit installed. I thought maybe the first unit Kruse installed was a fluke or a lemon. And along with a new unit I get a new service charge. And guess what? Another crap unit installed. And again, problem after problem with the new unit and service charge after service charge. And again, after speaking with the service manager, which never came out to my house, he tells me I still don't change my air filters enough. So now I assume Kruse wants me to change my air filters out on a daily basis? After that, I had enough! I'm now into Kruse for over $12,000 with no working air conditioning unit. I called the service manager again and tried to come up with some kind of solution. This time he was so unprofessional and short, I assume it's because I called Kruse Corporation so many times and they started to get upset with me calling. I then told Kruse that I was not going to pay the last service charge. They sent me to collections and told me that they would sue me for the charge. Great customer service you provide Kruse Corporation! I ended up paying the final service charge for Kruse Corporation so I could forever be done with Kruse. I found another HVAC company that installed my new current air conditioning unit. And I haven't had any of the problems with this unit as I had with Kruse Corporation. I'm sure after reading this, they'll come back and say It was all my fault or Kruse has never heard of me or I never reported anything to them about any of this, etc. I have all my receipts since day one for my ac units, service charges, and cases of air filters I purchased. Kruse Corporation is all about the money and not the customer! I DO NOT RECOMMEND KRUSE CORPORATION TO INSTALL YOUR AC UNIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
