It was a not an emergency, more of an education session although they kindly cleared my two sink drains which love to collect hair and slllooww down.. Thank you again!* I'll be back..

Have used Anytime Plumbing several times, and recommended to several friends. But it seems they are doing so well as a company - expanded with new employees and new vehicles - they have doubled their prices. They were at least 30% higher than other estimates on a HW heater replacement.

First call to Amer (owner) was on a Friday 8 am who said he would try to get to me by the end of the day. I didn't hear from them until the following Tuesday am.

I won't be recommending again.

My toilet backed up on a super rainy Saturday. I called Anytime Plumbing, and Sam Spiegel returned my call within a half hour. He was finishing up another job, and told me the approximate time he was available. He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the toilet, and gave me a brief tutorial on what products to use. On a side note, Sam did not get irritated with my little dog who barked at him the entire time he was here! I was apologetic about the pooch's nervous barking, but Sam was very pleasant and understanding about little rescue dog issues. I will highly recommend Anytime Plumbing to all of my  Santa Cruz friends and neighbors.

This is the third time I used Anytime Plumbing. The previous two times Amer came, and he was outstanding (see my previous review). Today Sam was the technician, and he was great as well: Very professional, courteous, and punctual. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly.

I've used them twice. Very profesional. Office staff responds immediately. They arrived at both jobs exactly when they said they were going to arrive. They got the job done in a very friendly manor and at a reasonable price! What else do you want? Will definitely call then for any future needs!

We had a series of unexpected simultaneous  plumbing problems in our 1940s home.  Amer and his excellent team solved each tricky plumbing challenge with skill and patience.  During the course of our multiple jobs, we met Amer (owner) , Jerry, Sam, James, and several other terrific Anytime  plumbers.  Everyone , including Sherry (the scheduler), is knowledgeable, respectful, pleasant, and considerate. From our old leaky water heater replacement, leaking shower & valve mess, front yard main line jetting and partial drain replacement, to our new vintage bathtub valves, the team expertly completed the work in a timely manner. They explained everything clearly and were open to our suggestions and concerns.  They even managed to save two small trees that were growing right near the main line project!   We will definitely use Anytime Plumbing again!  Thank you, Amer and team.

They were on time and did a good job. Resolved a long time tricky problem with my toilet. He spent time to thoroughly look at the issue and listen to my input and then he resolve the problem.

Amer and his crew are wonderful. They do a great job. Amer is literally the most thorough plumber I've ever met. We had a weird faucet under our kitchen sink that didn't serve any purpose and took up room. Amer asked whether I wanted it there and I said I'd love not having it, and he took it out and securely sealed it in seconds. Now we have more space under our sink. We have had him do work at our house and our rental several times and he always does a great job.

Someone ran over the back flow preventer for our irrigation and we had a very hard time finding someone to bid the project.  Our neighbor told us to call Anytime Plumbing.  They came out and gave us a price the very next day  and their bid was much lower than the other plumbers.  The day they fixed it they worked non-stop from about 8 am til 7 pm!  They did a beautiful job and charged just what they had told us it would be.  Amar and Sam were friendly, competent and professional.  We will definitely call Anytime Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

New water heater and comfort pump installed. Anytime plumbing was great to work with. They are on time for the initial site visit to see what our issues were. Set up and appointment to have the work done. Jocelyn in the office, Amir who helped us make the decision and Victor (and his guys) were awesome when they came out to install. Fast, cleaned up and we love our comfort pump. Literally hot water in seconds. I will use Anytime Plumbing again and will recommend to friends and family.

Unlike the vast majority of contractors, this plumbing service promptly returned my call, promptly came to our home (within 30 minutes of call), and fixed our plumbing problem that same morning, promptly and at a reasonable price.

We just completed an ADU and
Anytime was fantastic. It was a challenging project where we had to retrofit into an existing building. They handled everything professionally, on time, as quoted, and were a pleasure to deal with. I'd say if they can do such a great job on a difficult project that you can trust them with any project. We especially appreciated Victor's expertise and patience over the length of the project. Highly recommend.

I had a leaking drain pipe on my kitchen sink. Paid a different plumber $250 to repair/replace the drain. 4 weeks later, it completely disconnected, dumping an entire sink of soapy dish water out into the cabinet and out onto the hardwood floors.

I called Anytime Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend. They charged me $500 to come out and fix the leak. They replaced a bunch of the PVC under the sink but that still seems like a lot. But, 6 months later, the drain has never given us one minute of trouble, so in the end it was worth the cost.

So pleased with all aspects of their service! They we're clear, concise & very helpful.
I will continue to use Anytime Plumbing for my home & rental!

We had an urgent issue where our tub faucet was gushing water. We called about 20 places and could only get two plumbers to respond. The other one came out first, spent an hour trying to fix the issue, then gave up. Then Amer from Anytime Plumbing came out and was able to easily fix the issue within about 10 minutes. We'll be calling him first from now on.

Called to set up an appointment with Amer, to get my water heater fixed.  He asked me to text him my address which I did.  Never heard back.  It was the day before thanksgiving, so I though maybe too busy with the holidays.
Called after the holidays and left a message, again no one bothered to call back.
Extremely unprofessional.

In drought stricken areas like Santa Cruz we are implored to minimize water usage. One way to flip a metaphorical finger at those dried up water reserves is to allow continuous leaks to go unabated. That's what I did for the last few years that my disposal was leaking gallon after gallon into a buckets under my sink.  [shrug]

Well, my new house guest has a way of guilting me into responsible home ownership. She was like what's this abortion of a plumbing job on your sink?. That worked. Today I popped onto Nextdoor to see whom my neighbors used for their plumbing. Foursquare & Yelp! echoed the flattery for Amer and so i began dialing.  He showed up within hours of my call. Amer is in Soquel so he's centrally located. He can deploy wrenches to Watsonville as well as upstate Davenport with equal ETAs.

A quick aside from this gripping plumbing review: Amer has both iPhone & iPad so he's 21st century all the way. I shared my vCard & GPS coordinates via Apple Maps, Find Friends, WAZE and, upon his arrival, old fashioned screaming my location from my patio. My final bill was entered on an iPad so you know there's actual accounting behind the scenes. I bet I could get an email receipt if I gave more than zero fü¢&s about such things!

In 2016 Santa Cruz has the highest median home prices in the country. I think that may be why Anytime Plumbing is most accustomed to working with clients who want top of the line appliances. Bosch, Pür, Viking are names dropped in those circles. My home, however, is a  Measure O condo and the most lauded brand in this unit is Kirkland.

People are surprisingly opinionated about their disposals. Amer was not different. He scoffed at the idiot of a disposal I'd acquired after just three hours of Internet research. Crappy plastic bits of cheapness were apparent on my Waste King disposal once he pointed them out. Well, Amer can be convincing and so I took his advice to step up my game. He indicated I'd not soon regret getting a disposal that'll last into the 2020s.

It didn't take long before a high horsepower unit was fetched from Soquel and advanced vegetable composting commenced again. The problem was solved with both E-fficiency AND professionalism. This was just another one of those days I was thankful to have help from the local businesses in my community.

So thank you, Anytime Plumbing, for getting me out of this tricky situation.

Amer and his crew are my go to guys for plumbing.  They always respond quickly, arrive ASAP (cuz I usually call with an emergency situation), get the job done right the first time, explain everything in a clear and respectful way - and I just really like Amer.  He's a good guy.

I recently had a water leak on my property severe enough to have the SC Water Dept. threaten to turn off my water. I got a recommendation from good friends who had been very satisfied customers of Anytime Plumbing. I called at 8:30 am on a Monday morning, and I spoke directly to the boss, who sent someone out in a couple of hours.  The job was done the following day with a minimum amount of disruption and mess. I was thrilled with the price as well. I will always want them as my plumbers! I would recommend them highly.

I'd give 20 stars if I could. Timely and professional. I thought I needed more work than I did and Victor patiently and succinctly explained the real situation and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge. These guys are my plumbers for life! I had a sink clog issue in our kitchen, called Anytime and they were there within a couple of hours on a Saturday.  Service was spectacular and the work was great.  I am new to the area and am always worried about finding good companies to work with.  While I hope I won't need any emergency plumbing services anytime soon, I'll be calling Anytime for anything that comes up. I highly recommend them!

I was lucky enough to run across Amer 7 years ago. Great guy, true professional. I would literally haul water from the river in a bucket before I called anyone else.

Amer came as promised and did the work quickly to clear a stubborn sewer line.  Very pleased with his work and knowledge.

I called Anytime Plumbing at 1:38pm, Amer showed up at 2:18pm, amazing response time!!  The leak in my meter box was fixed efficiently and cost effectively. I cannot say enough good things about this company!  Definitely will my go to plumbing company!!!!

These guys are the best. Amr, the owner, will do everything in his power to make sure the job is done right. He is hardworking, honest, has flexible hours, and finds a way to fit you into his schedule quickly. He has worked on plumbing needs in our home on a couple of occasions. First was to install a water heater, later to fix a leaking faucet. We have had no issues with the water heater since installment. The faucet seemed like a deceptively simple project. Unfortunately, one of the parts used for the repair was faulty. Amr had to come out two additional times to fix the issue. He ended up replacing the faulty part and not charging for the additional hours. I know I can rely on him for all our plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed!

After coming home to a 10' geyser spewing in our backyard from a frozen, then broken pipe, I thought we were sunk. I called numerous (highly rated) Santa Cruz County plumbers, and only one answered and only one returned my call. I saw that a friend had given Anytime Plumbing 5 stars, and it's no coincidence that Amer from Anytime Plumbing was the only person that answered my call. Even though they are crazy busy and scheduled out a few months, Amer found a way to squeeze us into his schedule. What a conscientious, professional, all around great guy! He arrived on time, made an expert repair that far exceeded our expectations, was quick and clean, and shared some truly valuable information and advice. And to top it off, his rates are incredibly fair and reasonable. We feel so lucky to have stumbled across Anytime Plumbing. Thank you, Amer! Superb service!

We smelled gas, called PG&E who came out and shut off our water heater which was leaking gas. We called Anytime Plumbing at 10:00 am on Friday morning. They were here - with the part - by 2:00pm! They were done within a half-hour and were friendly and courteous. We will use them again. They are our new go-to plumber!

We left a message on Sunday about our plumbing issue and got a call back about an hour later letting us know that we would likely be taken care of the next morning. They called the next morning about 30 mins before arriving at the house. Work was done efficiently and professionally. Amir even corrected some work done that was done incorrectly. We would definitely use Anytime Plumbing again.

Woke up Monday morning with no hot water.  Nothing like starting the week off with a cold shower!  BBBRRR!  Noticed that pilot light was out.  Could not re-light after several attempts in the morning.  Later in the evening I was able to get the pilot lit but it went out once more.

Looked up plumbers in Santa Cruz area and found Amer at Anytime Plumbing.  Could not make it over on Monday but came over at 9AM on Tuesday.  Pilot was still lit from night before but decided to have Amer come out anyway for a health check:. Amer inspected the water heater and recommended we clean out the vents (they were dusty) but otherwise said everything was fine. Figured I would be on the hook for at least a $50-$75 house call fee, instead Amer did not charge us anything!

Very professional and timely service.  I would highly recommend Amer for any of your plumbing needs.  He has earned my business for any future plumbing needs!

Called when he was at another job...said he would be at my home on his way down from Bonny Doon....asked for my address to be texted....called me when he was very close...finished the work within 45 minutes...we contracted with him to  do additional work!

WHAT A FIND!!!!!

A+++++ satisfied customer here.  Last week my main sewer line backed up during a huge rain storm.  Called Rescue Rooter for help.  They were very nice and came at 2am, used a snake and easily unclogged my line.  This week, when it started to rain again the same thing happened so we again called Rescue Rooter who again snaked the line open.  We asked them to use a camera to try and figure out what was going on and they hit dirt at the property line.  So far in this story all is well with their service...however...

When they saw the dirt they immediately thought the main sewer line was broken in the street so they started talking to my wife about cutting up the street, city permits, traffic permits and all these other nightmares with an estimated price tag of $20,000!!!

By pure luck our good friend happened to stop by.  He's used Amer for years on his commercial properties and had nothing but high praise and strongly suggested we give him a call.  Great advice.

Amer rearranged his schedule to come out first thing the next morning.  Video'd the line and figured out where the problem was, dug a trench (gross), found the hole, repaired it perfectly and then closed everything back up.  No opening the street, no city permits needed, no traffic issues...nothing but good work.

The bill was $2,000!  And not the $20,000 Rescue Rooter quoted my wife.  I will absolutely call Amer again for all of my plumbing issues.  Very nice guy, great work ethic, high standards of workmanship and appropriate prices.

Amer and Victor of Anytime fixed my plumbing issues at my old home in Santa Cruz in a professional and proper fashion. Their work was done right the first time with quality materials. Their attention to detail was very very good.

Fast forward to a major home remodel : I made the mistake of going low bid and hired a hack plumber who installed faulty gas lines and a drain waste system amoung other things. I fired that plumber and I called Amer of Anytime to basically save me and recover from the disaster. His guys, for a reasonable price, did a great job, and that is why I am now a loyal customer. Anytime is now doing a complete plumbing system at my current older home remodel project.

Fast, friendly service. They were able to come the same day we called. They worked diligently until they got our kitchen sink drain clear. Highly recommend.

My water heater blew out on Sunday morning. I called 3 local plumbers  and these guys were  the only ones ready to go.  Monday morning they showed up on time (early) and did a great , fast, efficient job of replacing my old water heater.  They installed one of the best rated water heaters at a price lower than the quotes I got from the others, who were offering an inferior product.

When I was looking for a plumber on short notice for a toilet not flushing properly on the day of for a party, I was referred to Anytime Plumbing for 3 different sources (a friend, my general contractor, and our plumbing contractor from our remodel who wasn't available that day).  

Amir answers the phone, he responds to text messages, and he was a half hour earlier than he said he could be there.  This was all after 2 hours of me plunging, snaking the line 25' through the toilet and clean-out.  He had it cleared in less than 10 minutes, and on top of that, he checked the operation of our other toilets and a sink faucet too while he was there (something I asked him to do and he had no problem doing).  

Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Amer showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution without trying to make more money out of it. In this business it seems that many plumbing companies give overpriced bids for work that is unnecessary. Not this company! I highly recommend them!!!

Amer has been doing plumbing at my house for several years.  I highly recommend him.  He is not only the most reasonable plumber I've come across, but he's also very professional, always reliable and just a good person.  I have an old house, with old pipes and have had several issues over the years, he's always taken care of any problems I've had promptly.  I completely trust him!

I have a old beach house near the Harbor that needed a new water heater so I grabbed my handyman, bought a new tankless water heater and we got it 98% installed and guess who gave me a little visit? Yes.... mister Santa Cruz inspector who did his version of the song Hammer Time on me and found at least 8 not up to code issues and gave me his list of what was needed to get legal :(
After talking to four plumbers who I could tell were going to rip me off I met Amir who instantly gave me the feeling that he actually wanted to help me through the process of getting a permit and to fix all the problems that Mister Inspector found without taking advantage of my desperate situation (if there is a red flag on the property you can't rent it out) Amir is so freaking awesome that it's hard to put in to words, he meet with inspectors, he worked as fast as possible and cut me a fantastic deal!!!! Everything he did passed inspection !!! (Inspectors love this guy and trust me.... that helps to get things passed)

My Wife and I woke up a few days ago only to find out that we had no hot water.  I automatically thought it was a water heater problem so I did some internet research. and started to look for a plumber.  Seriously, within a couple minutes of filling out a internet form for quotes, Amer form Anytime plumbing called.  He came out within an hour or so and diagnosed my problem.  He soon figured out that my gas line had failed.  Amer and his crew were fast in replacing the gas line, and my wife and I had heat and hot water in 1 day.  I cannot express my appreciation enough for the professionalism, honest, and prompt service these guys delivered.  They worked around my complex schedule without any reservations.  They should be at the top of anyones list!

I was housesitting for family in Santa Cruz when their kitchen drain developed a bad clog. By Sunday night I exhausted the local hardware store's supply of magical drain unclogging solutions and gadgets, and I was running out of time before the homeowners returned on Monday night. I decided it was time to call in the professionals.

Anytime Plumbing came by first thing Monday morning, cleared to blockage, was out the door in under an hour, and charged a phenomenally reasonable rate. Amer was supremely professional, courteous, and careful, and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone with a plumbing problem. In retrospect I just wish I had called Anytime Plumbing when the clog first started instead of wasting my time and money at the hardware store.

We had a clog in the house with everything erupting in the shower.  I called 2 other plumbing places with the soonest appt. 4 days later.  One of them suggested Anytime Plumbing and I'm so glad they did.  Amer was very responsive and got to us before the end of the workday.  It wasn't a simple fix but he did the job thoroughly and professionally.  I liked the combination of phone and texting for being in touch with him and getting info to him. I will definitely use him in the future!!!

Amir was responsive- professional and reasonable- saved us from having a few cold showers- fit us in and did not charge for a estimate and visit- gave us excellent advice and after trying to find better price- ( we could not) came next day and completed a wonderful job.

I have to agree with all the positive reviews.  We had a great experience.  Very quick response.  they tried to minimize cost to us where they could.  Once we determined we had to replace our HWH, they were quick and efficient.  They were able to discuss all of the pros and cons of a tankless system and in the end helped us determine that a 50 gal tank system was the best option.  They DID NOT try to up sell us, which I found to be very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with hot water heater issues.

I had asked someone to recommend a plumber and was given Anytimes business card. My neighbor had a leak. I described the problem over the phone and Amer said he knew what needed to be done and came the next morning. He had the correct part with him and was done in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable. While he was there
I asked if he would look at a leak at my kitchen faucet and he quickly diagnosed the problem and I ordered the parts because it was still under warranty. While waiting for those parts my water heater started leaking so I called Amer and he said he was scheduled for the next two days but he could recommend someone else if I could not wait. I said we will wait. Amer called and said Victor would be over to replace it this morning.Well worth the wait because Victor was obviously knowledgeable and very professional . Well I received the parts for my kitchen faucet and gave Amer a call and he said he will send Victor back over today. Victor fixed the leak and said that he was all done and said good-bye. I asked what do I owe you and he said there is no charge.I know some of you are thinking that they charged enough for the water heater so they are giving me a break but the original charge for the water heater  was reduced by 200.00 because I had drained it . Also 12 years ago I  replaced a water heater at another house and that was 700.00 dollars more than this one without the 200.00 off.

I called Anytime Plumbing to come and replace 3 toilets and shower fixtures to comply with low-flow requirements.  Victor came out the very next day, gave me a quote, and did the work efficiently, professionally, and did a first-rate job.  In addition, he is such a nice, polite, and professional representative of his company.  I give this company my highest recommendation.

We've used Anytime Plumbing twice, and both times Amer and Victor diagnosed the issue on the phone, determined the details about the equipment, and arrived ready to repair it.  I don't know how they manage to be available Anytime, but they do.  Their work is excellent (Victor even scraped the old glue/grout off the floor when he replaced our toilet), and they're fast.  I wouldn't use another plumber any more.  Anytime is my choice.

I called Amer at Anytime Plumbing and he sent someone out to my mother-in-laws to give her a quote within the day. He was resonantly priced and very professional. When he came to do the work he was on time and went above and beyond my expectations even her my mother-in-law with her blender. I would defiantly recommend this company!

I had an urgent plumbing problem this morning in our guest cabin. I called at least 6 companies, and everyone was busy or taking an early Thksg holiday. Amer replied within an hour and fit me in between jobs since he wasn't too far away. Amer was pleasant, patient and professional---he tried a number of approaches and ultimately fixed the problem across all faucets and the shower. Amer is clearly hardworking and care bout his customers. I'll be calling him again!

THE SHORT VERSION: It took Anytime Plumbing less than an hour to solve a problem that had been driving me nuts for months and that two other plumbers had not known how to fix. Five Stars!

THE LONG VERSION: I had previously hired Alexander's Plumbing (a different plumber also on Yelp) to replace the float switch on my electric sewer pump. When the new switch was in, the toilet wouldn't flush properly unless I ran the bathtub for about 45 seconds every time. I asked him to adjust the level and he said that the level was not adjustable - and that the problem was that I had a bad toilet. I said the toilet had worked fine before the float switch was replaced, but he (the Alexander's Plumbing guy) insisted that the switch was correctly installed and couldn't be adjusted, charged me and left. So .... I flushed by running the bathtub until I could easily afford a new toilet, but the new toilet had the same problem - still had to flush by running the bathtub for about 45 seconds. I called Alexander's back and the return message (after 3 calls and one week of waiting) said that I needed to have the level adjusted but that he wouldn't do it because he didn't want to deal with anything involving raw sewage (is that like a surgeon who faints at the sight of blood?).  I then left a message saying b-b-b-b-b-but ... you said the level WASN'T adjustable! That's why I bought the new toilet! He never replied to that message.

Then I called another plumber who didn't know the answer but suggested I call Anytime Plumbing. The guy from Anytime (Amer) picked up on the first ring, came right out and fixed the level in less than an hour. If I'd chosen Anytime to begin with, I would have saved over $500, endless headaches, and enough bathwater to fill Shamu the Killer Whale's tank at Marineworld.

Two weeks before Thanksgiving, when I would be hosting 16 people at my beach home, PG&E turned off my gas. We had a leak and it turned out that the whole line needed to be replaced. We met with Amir and really liked him. He gave us a quote and said he would start the job right away and have it done in a week. (The other business we received a quote from said that it would take 2 weeks, which would mean we could turn it back on the day our guests arrived.) We hired Amir and Anytime Plumbing. He came with his crew, did a great job and got it done on time. He was very easy to work with, responded when we called and really took care of us. We will use him for all of our plumbing needs. We highly recommend him.

I called Amer for a problem I had with my water heater pilot light that = no hot water. He called back pretty promptly, and asked me several questions about my problem- make, model, year of water heater, etc. He then told me There is probably an 800 number on it, it should be under warranty, call that number and that should take care of you, if that does not work, call me back and I will get there and help you. Quality individual!!! As it turned out, I did have to call him back and I did need him. Victor, Amex's partner? employee? called from the plumbing supply store to ask me some questions about the water heater to ensure he brought what he thought would fix the problem- very responsive, very profesional, Amer went to the front of the line with any problems I have in the future requiring plumbing work. He helped me out, was very ethical about it. Amer and Victor rescued my family from cold showers tomorrow morning they are all is good with me, two thumbs up, highly recommend!!!

Anytime Plumbing is the plumber you want to call when you need a reliable, prompt, friendly, honest and knowledgable plumber. Our hot water heater stopped producing hot water. Amer answered our call for help right away. He tried several things to see if we could just fix it rather than replace it but In the end the 17 year old water heater needed to be replaced. Amer quoted us several options in different price categories and let us decide what was best for us. He replaced the water heater quickly and up to code and then came back that evening to check on it again. This is the second time we have used this company and will continue to call Anytime Plumbing.

My water heater went out on a holiday weekend, of course. I called around but nobody was going to look at until Tuesday. Amer came out the next day and (ok, this is embarrassing) lit the pilot light.

He also spent a lot of time talking to me about what i should do when i needed to replace my rather old w.h. and checked before he left to make sure it was still working. I will definitely call him when it's time to replace my water heater.

If I could tie more than 5 stars I would! I had such a great experince with Amer. I  am never going to use another company again. I called in the morning and he was there within a few hours. he was very nice, polite, professional and clean. His prices are great and he left everything spic and span! i would absolutely recommend this company

I completely agree with the other reviewers. My outdoor shower started to leak, and Amer came promptly and repaired it. He replaced the worn-out valves and the corroded handles. The shower is as good as new. Service was prompt, friendly, and very fairly priced. I would recommend this business to anyone!

Shopped around, got other estimates.  These guys were the best price with great Yelp reviews.  Showed up on time and got the job done.  We would definitely want them to work for us again.

We had a leak in our front yard (water line to meter).  I had originally called Rescue Rooter because they had the biggest ad in the phone book - bad choice.  They sent a guy out, then 2 more came out, and I was given a sales pitch and an estimate to replace the entire line with copper pipe, re-plumb my entire house with copper pipe and replace our water softener for a whopping $20,000.  I gave them the boot and a friend referred me to Amer at Anytime Plumbing.  He came out within a couple of hours and determined the problem with an estimate of $1,100-$1,200.  He returned the next morning and proceeded to repair the leak by redirecting the line.  He was polite, knowledgable and very professional, keeping me aprised of the work during the entire process.  I would definately use him again.

Water line from the street broke at the house at 3:30 a.m.  At 7:30 a.m. Amer phoned me and was on the job by 8 a.m..  He dug up the area next to the house, installed the new pipe connection, finished in less than 2 hours and gave me an old-age discount as well, making the total I paid very reasonable.
