After two other plumbers messed up a simple faucet diagnostic and a nightmare dealing with a warranty company on repairs, Drain Pros were very professional and accommodating to work with. I'm very impressed with Efren and the team. They started off being very responsive and arriving when they said they would. The team came out to check an issue with some sediment in the water and were totally professional and knowledgeable....and nice!!! Pricing was also very reasonable.

Stop. Don't go anywhere else. You've found the best guy. It's Effran. He is the master plumber who knows everything about drains. Everything. He doesn't want to do anything that will cost you more money. He his honest and hard working and saved us our house when the first plumber couldn't solve our sewer line break. He had fixed all the lines and yet we still had a problem. Sure enough I read these reviews and Effran comes over and finds a tiny bypass pipe with a tiny cap and he unscrews it and voila our whole situation was fixed. I WILL ONLY USE EFFRAN FROM HERE ON OUT!
Great customer service that went above and beyond normal plumbers. Efren was on time, did exactly what he said he would do, the estimate over the phone was what we paid and he and his apprentice even came over to our residence (last job of the day) and had to modify the pipe and bypass the leaky shutoff gate valve so it wouldn't leak through the night. Therefore we had water for the day and then came back the next day to switch out the valve that he had to procure at a specialty plumbing store at no extra charge (odd size, lack of availability). The access door to the leaky valve was tight, yet Efren was able to perform the repair without cutting drywall, so we were very appreciative that he went the extra mile to minimize damage. Note Efren is a licensed master plumber and is registered on the DORA website, so have peace of mind you are dealing with a licensed professional.
Efren came out to do a personal inspection for a softener and filter replacement, gave me a ballpark, and came the next week to do the job. Was done early and the job looks great. Very friendly and no-pressure (pun intended). Actually the water pressure is great!
Will use for all my plumbing issues I can't do myself in the future. Love the family business and down to earth vibe! Thanks man!

A little late on the review here, but after buying an older home earlier this year, and having the sewer scoped as part of the inspection process, we knew we were due for a cleaning. I called and scheduled with Drain Pros. after searching for nearby companies and recommendations. Efren came out and was extremely nice, fun to talk to, and fast! Right away I felt like I could trust him with any plumbing situation. If you could send someone out for all first time customers, he would definitely be the best guy! I'd call Drain Pros now for any scheduled service or plumbing emergency. Thanks Efren!
Woke up this morning to 4 inches of standing water in our basement. I needed immediate help. Found Drain Pros Plumbing on Yelp and nearby. They got me on their schedule and gave me a 1-3pm arrival window. Jonathan arrived around 1:30 and was able to quickly determine the possible problem, dead sump pump. He replaced the pump and the water subsided. He even checked the drain in the basement to make sure it wasn't clogged. Jonathan and his company saved the day. Thank you so much. I'm glad to know a good plumber in the area.
We had an old cast iron drain pipe break after another pluming company (not to be named) came put and hydro-jetted our backup drain (which they probably should not have done).
We received a quote from Drain Pro's that was less than half of what the other company quoted us at.
Efren came out and educated us along the way as far as what to expect during the repair process, when the job may cost more (so that there were no surprises once the work started), what caused the break and how to prevent future issues.
The demolition, and repair was completed all in the same day. These guys are highly recommended.
These guys are THE BEST!! I've been battling an overflowing washing machine drain pipe for close to a year now - got a new machine, had several different plumbers in to try to fix the problem, all to no avail. These guys came in to give me an estimate for what I believed I needed (hydro jetting of the line) and they diagnosed and fixed the problem (a faulty vent valve) within five minutes FOR FREE - saving me $500+! Extremely knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, and professional to stay the least! Could not recommend Drain Pros more!

I didn't have an emergency but after reading other reviews and looking around for plumbers and pricing I decided on these guys. After I explained that I am currently receiving chemotherapy for cancer, that I was immune compromised and that I would need someone to come out who would mask up and preferably vaccinated- the owner Efren himself came out. He stood by the quote I had been given and quickly handled the job. I just needed a tub snaked which I couldn't do on my own. Honestly - he was upfront, understood how our condos are back to back and share pipes, and completed the job. Thank you for the quick, efficient work and the honesty - standing by the quote I was given. I will call for future plumbing needs. Oh - and I like to hire local.

Drain Pros Plumbing was very responsive and timely. Efren came to assess a drain clog and gas line issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely have him come do other work at my house.
Johnathan was incredibly punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He quickly got to the source of the issue causing our slow shower drain and fixed it. He was considerate of our home and made sure he cleaned up after himself.

I called the day before my quote and Jonathan showed up on time and offered me a reasonable quote. He was prompt and very friendly. He went over the job prior to doing any work. In the process of the job he kept me informed and showed me the problem before correcting the problem. He is very personable and I definitely recommend him and their company for any of your plumbing needs. He completed job and left everything as it was before. Great service.
I don't know how I was lucky enough to hire Drain Pros. I can't say enough good things about Efren . He is knowledgeable and fair. He tells me when I need something done and when I don't. I highly recommend them.
Make this company your first call! They were my second - calling after getting a $4500 quote for a sewer line repair. I explained my situation to Efren Molina, and he double-checked the findings of the previous plumber. Much to my relief, he was able to clean the line and show me the results on camera. I had an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom sink of a newly purchased home and called up Drain Pros to come take a look. We were having issues with water pressure normally, but when the sprinklers came on, the water pressure was a slow trickle. Efren came in and quickly diagnosed the first issue with our faucet aerator. He then took a look at our plumbing line on our 100 year old home and pointed out where we would be looking at some needed upgrades to improve our plumbing in the entire household. The entire time he was incredibly helpful, informative and provided some much needed education to us as new homeowners. He was not pushy at all but did point out the solutions he recommended and an estimated cost. He did not charge us for fixing the aerator or providing the full fix quote and was a pleasure to speak to, even when delivering somewhat bad news about our current plumbing situation. I will definitely be using Drain Pros to come back and fix the root of our plumbing issues soon.
We had a number of terrible plumbers come out and try to rip us off already, so it's refreshing to see someone actually care about their customers. Drain Pros will be the only plumbers we call in the future. Cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent work by the whole team! Raul came out first to provide an estimate on numerous plumbing issues in my house, including the main shut-off valve. He seemed knowledgeable, and I liked his vibes so I hired him on the spot. He, and who I can assume was the owner came out to replace the main shut-off, which was from the 60's and wasn't even up to code. Everything else was replaced in a couple hours time. Great at working with old plumbing and the pricing was reasonable. Will call again, but hoping I don't need to!
Had a scheduled time to come do an estimate. Never came. Never called. Never emailed. Still waiting for some sort of contact that'll never come.
Going elsewhere.

We had some odor coming from the sewer line to I got someone from Drain Pro's to come out and take a look. He came out and told me that an entire pipe was missing and that he had never seen anything like it. He then said to install the 20 ft pipe it would cost me $2500. I was floored because I have lived in this home for a year and a half and have not experienced the odor longer than a couple of weeks. So I decided to get a second opinion and had a different plumber come out. He came up and said there was not a missing pipe but a cap needed to be replaced and the line needed to be jetted. $200. Man, I can't believe I could have had a pipe installed that I didn't need for $2500. Ugh..
Tracy Nunez just left my house after finding and fixing the source of the leak underneath my kitchen sink. He was very thorough in finding the leak, checking all lines, the faucet and connections, and showing me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it myself if it ever happens again. He was communicative before the appointment and was on time, efficient, licensed, and insured. Efren and his team have helped me multiple times, all with excellent results and great pricing.

Efren did a great job helping us out. He quickly identified a few problems with our sump pump system, and efficiently fixed the issue. He even went out of his way to offer us advice for any problems we might encounter in the future.
We've hired Drain Pros several times- to install a pressure valve, decommission a water softener, fix a toilet and do a sewer scope. Efren provided great service and honest opinions.

Efren is amazing. He is on time, gives honest recommendations, takes a lot of pride in his work and is great with my dogs. We have had him help us with a couple of projects and I just couldn't recommend him enough.

These guys are top notch! Efren performed a quality install to relocate some basement drain pipes and really took the time to ensure everything installed met our expectations. Efren is a master plumber and it shows. He is very knowledgeable, especially about drain issues.
We had an issue with the kitchen sink causing flooding in the basement. Efren immediately diagnosed the problem as accumulated gunk in the belly of the drain. He gave us two option to fix it, less expensive but possibly shorter term and more expensive (but still reasonably priced) and longer term.
The plumbers the previous owners hadn't fixed this issue and they told us that had drain issues. Efren figured out what lesser plumbers missed.
I am already planning to hire him for more work.
Contacted Drain Pros Plumbing to clean my main sewer line and he responded back promptly. He came out a few days earlier than planned which was great! Efren mentioned that he raised his prices since last year, but since we were an existing customer he charged us the same price as last time which was a really nice gesture. The job itself didn't take long, him and his partner were in and out quickly. Thanks Drain Pros!

I found Efren through a referral. I am real picky about the interaction and level of detail from the people I work with. I absolutely hate to have someone come out to fix a problem and then try to upsell me on some other unrelated service. With Efren and Drain Pros, I got exactly what I wanted.
I needed my main shutoff valve replaced in the basement due to a slight leak at the drain valve. Over the phone he gave me a tip on something that I could try which, if it worked, would save a trip and obvious expense. I personally appreciate this type of offer especially since other plumbers I called wouldn't say, quote or recommend anything over the phone and then you're stuck with a house call bill if you don't use their service. But I decided to have piece of mind and have him just replace the whole valve anyway.
Efren and his apprentice showed up exactly when he said he would. We went over the work that needed to be done, he got the part and started work. The work was done promptly, cleanly and thoroughly. Here's the additional detail that I can really appreciate... Everything was done. He could have taken payment, packed up and left. No, he stood over the water meter to watch to see if the little hand was moving and thus showing a leak. I actually had another leak in the house that I never knew about! You can't hear it in the house it is so small. He put his head in the tank of our toilets and low and behold found the leak to be one of the toilet valves. You literally had to stick your ear in the tank just to barely hear it.
So did he try to sell me another $100 or $200 or whatever service to fix that? Did he try to scare me into thinking it was an urgent or highly complex matter. Nope. He pointed out the leak and asked if I felt comfortable enough to do it myself (which I've changed out tons of them so no big deal) and that was that. No attempted upsell of some $289 one year all coverage b.s. and scare tactic that it has to be replaced and if you have to replace it you need to replace everything else kind of garbage. Straight up. Honest. Not pushy or sketchy.
Now to plan the bathroom remodel and find out his schedule to handle the plumbing part for us.
Efren came out to our home. I scheduled over the weekend and he was super quick to reply to me and was able to squeeze me in that Tuesday.
He was on time during the scheduled window, he and his colleague were super polite and helpful. They did a nice job cleaning out our drain and gave it extra special care doing several passes with the hydro jet. He explained everything to me afterward and did a nice job of cleaning up.
Love supporting a Marine Corp veteran. I will plan on using them again.
When I have any plumbing issues I call Efren at Drain Pros and if he can't come immediately I wait until he can make it (which is dependably fast). As an homeowner of an old house whose past owners have made interesting and confusing decisions over the years you want to have a smart, creative and high integrity master plumber on your side. Adding to my previous review, based on service today (8/28/23) for a leaky toilet...same old house...different problem. What does everyone want from a service professional? Honesty, reliability, fair pricing and great work. Master plumber Efren has it all, plus he makes sure the job is done right and offers a warranty too. Once again, he was working in an old house, this time with an old toilet, and there was a bit more work involved. But he didn't blink an eye and didn't charge me extra since I'm a repeat customer...he appreciates customer loyalty, which is rare. Efren remains my go-to plumber...highly recommend him!
As a REALTOR and property manager I need great plumbers that I can depend on to show up, do the work and not cost a fortune. With Efren, I see no reason to go elsewhere.
A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! It's one thing to not complete the job to satisfaction, it's another thing to make an appointment a week ahead of time, only to be cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment. After having my gas turned off, sweating through the hot nights and taking cold showers, I was looking forward to some possible relief. I waited a week to get my gas leak fixed by Effrin because of his confidence regarding getting the job done right. I made an appointment on a day that was wide open, only to be cancelled on 15 minutes before the appointment. Considering his knowledge of my situation, to cancel at the last minute shows zero consideration, honor or respect. What an absolutely ridiculous way to run a business. Don't let his boasting fool you too!
Drain Pros came out on a Saturday, fixed a toilet issue and snaked a shower. They did a great job, communicated well, and the pricing was reasonable. 100% would recommend!

Efren is the man!!! Since buying our 108 yr old house 6 yrs ago, we have seen our share of contractors and professionals for a variety of issues.
There is a reason people like Efren have the term master in front of their title (master plumber); the knowledge, skill and professionalism come with the title .
Efficient, knowledgable and a great guy - tough combo to beat! Efren and his apprentice are my guys for any future plumbing work for sure.
Efren came out and he saw immediately what the problem was that I was having and temporarily corrected it. He showed me why l was having this problem every few years.
I plan to have a drain correction done be Drain Pros in the early part of next year.
I used Drain Pros Plumbing to rework my pipes and rough in the shower fixtures for a tub-to-shower bathroom remodel I was doing myself. Efren was amazing. He was prompt to respond, came out quickly for a FREE estimate, then came back in two days on MY preferred schedule to do the job. He was very professional and his work was top notch. He respected my home and cleaned up after himself. The communication about his arrival times and during the job was excellent.
After I tiled the shower I realized that my backer board and tile was thicker than the standard 1/2 setting and my shower wand feature would not reach the pipe (my issue, not Efren's). I called Efren and he came right over the next day, figured out the solution, and fixed it for me on the spot. He did not charge for his time, materials, or the service call. I couldn't have been more pleased.
I will definitely use Efren and Drain Pros Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs for my home and rental properties.

I cannot say enough good things about Drain Pros. I just bought a house that had a leaky sump pump and they were quick and efficient getting that fixed. Not to mention Raul who did the work was super nice and friendly.
A few days later I had some trouble with my washing machine drain line and they came out again. Instead of recommending extra services to cost me money they just have se good advice on how to clean and protect the drain line with no charge.

We had a drain clog and Drain Pros was able to fit us in within three hours of calling. Efran and Matt arrived and were very courteous and tidy. They snaked the line three times and hydrojetted it all the way out to the sewer to ensure it was clear. Efran is a veteran who recognizes other's service and even offered us a military discount. I know who I'll be calling for all my plumbing needs in the future!
