HISTORY

Established in 2019.
The lead master plumber for B-Line Plumbing & Drains has been plumbing for 14 years. He started his 5 year apprenticeship in the union and worked on lots of large commercial projects and hospital work from Fitzsimons in aurora , St Joseph hospital, Exempla Good Samaritan, and several others. He then made the move into service work to broaden his skills experience. Shortly after, B-Line Plumbing & Drains was formed. We pride ourselves in doing the work right the first time, we are a licensed Plumbing contractor in the state of CO and guarantee satisfaction!

Had a leaking pipe following some very cold weather that wreaked havoc on a basement window and surrounding drywall. After taking out the drywall, realized we had a leaking water pipe. I called a few places to help with some emergency plumbing service. Most declined to help. Too far. Too busy. Etc. Brent went out of his way to come at the end of a long work day. He didn't leave until the job was finished at 10:30pm. So grateful he was able to help. Friendly, responsive, and got the job done. Strongly recommend.

B-Line Swapped our broken 40gallon water heater with a 50gal, same day it broke during peak frozen pipe season. Brent was quick and reliable, made the process easy via text communication and phone payment options. His price was fair in a time of rampant price gouging and supply shortages.

Our hot water heater wouldn't stay lit. We had a couple of other companies come out & wouldn't even really look at it but immediately said it was old & needed replaced costing anywhere from $1500 to $3000, which would have been really difficult to come up with right now. The B-Line plumber came & really inspected it closely & found it was just dirty. Did a thorough cleaning of the bottom part of the unit & now works perfectly. Saved us so much money! Thank you!!

We had a bathroom project being done, and a pipe broke when the contractor was replacing the drain in the bathtub. They couldn't fix it, so I needed to call a plumber. When I called Brandon, he was on his way to another job and when he heard what my issue was he postponed that job and came right away. He was very helpful and flexible, working with us to come up with a more cost effective solution than the one he initially recommended. If I need more plumbing work I will definitely give him a call!

We've hired Brent for a few jobs and he's always been great with communicating, fast to respond, and quick to schedule. The last thing was we thought the toilet needed to be replaced but he found an object that the toddler had flushed. He saved us hundreds with his honesty. Owner, Brent, responded very quickly AND came same day, after hours. He is very conscientious and thorough. My 8 yr old was infatuated in what Brent was doing...snaking and unclogging the drain; Brent didn't mind him tagging along and asking many questions. Great job and worth the money. He is well connected and gave a great recommendations on companies that needed to follow up after the damage.

When I thought I'd get clever and tried to make a repair and remove something connected to my toilet intake hose, I ended up screwing things up and it meant any time I tried to turn the water back on to the toilet, water would spray everywhere, even with the hose connected.

I reached out Brent and he stayed in great contact about when he could come out. When he did arrive, he did a quick check and let me know what was needed and how much it would cost - he was very transparent and did not try to upsell me on anything, or get me to do anything else that wasn't really needed.

The price he charged for the repair was very reasonable, and he was in and out in less than an hour. Great experience overall and if I need plumbing or repairs again I'll be reaching out to Brent again!

I had a leak between my fridge and washer- called BLine and within 2 hours, Brent had showed up to my house. He walked me through the issue and let me know the cost. Brent was able to get everything fixed and solved quickly and professionally.

We had a severely clogged kitchen sink in an old mobile home and contacted B-Line through Yelp, based off the great reviews. Now I'm adding another positive review. Brent got back to me quickly, came out, and fixed the original clog and replaced some old pipes. But then he came out again (the same day I contacted him) a couple of weeks later, at no charge, when the sink acted up once again. Mobile homes are notoriously unpredictable and a huge PITA, but I'd trust Brent with anything water-related now. He is friendly, reliable, and fairly priced. Yelp has come through, once again.

Brent did a good job for us and he did it quickly. He's a nice guy and easy to work with. We had an overflowing drain, the clothes washer drain, and he initially thought the repair was going to be $1500 but he looked at it closer and was able to get it repaired for $200. So we definitely appreciated that! No negatives to report at all, 100% positive.

Requested a bid from multiple plumbers on Yelp to simply replace a shower handle that I though was not installed properly because I couldn't get the shower to come on. Brent at B-Line Plumbing asked for a picture and pretty quickly told me exactly how to switch the water to the shower without charging me a dime. The only one out of 7 plumbers to do that.

Very impressed by that when I was ready to fork over a couple hundred bucks for an uneccessary shower handle replacement! He's now earned a loyal client, thanks Brent!!

Brent went above and beyond fixing my sewage basin. Ejector pump was in the wrong spot, he readjusted it and put on a new gas tight lid to fix the precious plumbers mistakes. Very responsive. Great service. Highly recommend B-Line Plumbing.

Found Brent thru a Yelp 'bid' to find a plumber for our sump pump that didn't seem right. Brent replied immediately, even was available that very same night, even though I indicated it wasn't an emergency. We scheduled for the next morning, and he texted, letting us know he was on his way. We communicated night before on the problem, and estimate and were ready.. Once he was here he did something - and things were working perfectly. He didn't try to upsell us on something not needed. Thank you!

We called Brent at B Line for a second opinion on a water knock we have. Not only did he come out but did a thorough inspection and suggested we contact the city as the water knock may be stemming from our water meter outside. If they don't fix it Brent will be our go to for sure. He also gave a quote on a next step and it came in at half the cost from the first plumber quote. Highly recommend!

We used Brent for two separate projects because he did such a good job the first time. The first project he was quick to respond, professional, efficient, and he got our toilet fixed the same day and for a lot less than the other quote we received. The second project he replaced our sump pump and fixed other related issues. After a setback from a defective part he came back and finished the job the next day. Despite the setback and added time he stuck to his original quote and got the job done RIGHT. We will definitely be using him for all our future plumbing needs.

Had a frozen pipe with this last freeze. Was doing everything I could think of to thaw it (space heater, etc). I was told on the phone that it sounded frozen and there likely wasn't much more they could do but to keep doing what I was doing, would I still like someone to come out? I said sure, I had other plumbing things to check out. The plumber helped answer questions about 4 other potential projects and confirmed that the original pipe was in fact frozen. All of this without a charge. I will definitely be using this company again!!

B-Line is hands down the best Plumbing company we have ever worked with. Brent responded immediately to our request for services, and did a fantastic job repairing our pipes. His price point was $1400 below other plumbers and the work he did was absolutely pristine. Our water heater went out right before Christmas and they were able to replace it (at a very reasonable price) when other companies were telling us we'd have to wait until next week.
