Our water heater went out. Called a few companies, not only was Scott Cole the best price BUT way more knowledgeable than the other companies (one didn't even know the capacity of the heater). Called him late Friday afternoon, new heater by Saturday before lunch. Professional, reliable (showed up when promised) clean work. Would definitely recommend him for plumbing needs.

Absolutely the best. My garbage disposal was jammed and we needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Scott Cole and Ruben to the rescue. I had been out of work since February and Scott offered help with no charge to me. They were On time, very professional and helped me understand what we needed to do next time our disposal was jammed. Using an old plumbers trick! :). Everything was tripled checked for leaks and completed quickly. Thank you Scott and Ruben.

Excellent service and pricing. I called Scott in the morning for a problem I was having with my water heater. He was already on a job working, but said he'd have a guy there that afternoon to replace the water heater. Gabriel showed up at 6:00pm and worked until 9:00pm on a Friday night to finish the install. Honestly it is very difficult to find that kind of quality, honest service. And no up charge for after hours work, the price he quoted me in the morning was the same price he charged me at 9:00pm. I 100% recommend Scott after this experience.

So it's Thanksgiving night and the Kid says, 'Hey the water in my tub won't shut off'. I grab my tools, pretend I'm Bob the Builder and commence to resolve, but to no avail. The handle just keeps turning and turning and the water won't stop. Who appreciates not having any water in the house on Thanksgiving. 2 women in the house, it's 9pm and no water because I have to turn off the main until I can get it fixed.

6:40am on Friday morning I calm Scott Cole Plumbing, two rings Scott picks up. I tell him the problem, he tells me the three things it could be and what the potential costs may be. While he's speaking to me he says he can have one of his folks at the house between 8 and 9 as he can reschedule another appointment. 8am, Jose calls and by 9 am everything is done. What's even more impressive is that they were able to replace the part and not have replace the handle as I'd given the okay to purchase a new handle. Honest, reliable and efficient.

Much respect to Scott and Jose for the work. Even spent a few minutes chatting with Jose and getting to know more about him. The type of employees you have says a lot about your business and how they will treat your customers. Scott has no issues as Jose is a total reflection of Scott and I've never met him, just through a phone conversation.

We have water, I have two happy women in the house and now I get to go clean the garage.

Scott and his team were amazing. Scott is no nonsense and professional; easy to work with. I had several plumbing issues that needed addressed. I called several companies to look things over and provide a price. Scott's Team (Jose and Victor) gave the best solutions with reasonable/fair prices; noting where additional work was not needed saving me big money. They were very trust worthy. No up selling. My issues included replacing 1) my house regulator,2) refrigerator water supply valve, 3) shower cartridge and 4) bathroom sink pipping as well as investigating a potential leak in a shower wall. Jose and Victor were very professional and did great work. I was in the business.

In short, they do great work at a fair price, cant ask for more. I will be calling them for my next project.

I recommend Scott's plumbing service. I was in a bind on a Saturday, with broken shower faucet and had to shut off water to entire house. Called other company's and they were not avail until Monday. I called Scott and he scheduled me the same day and completed the job without issues. Had the water back up and running for the family.

Came home on Saturday night to water in our kitchen, sent a message through their website after finding them on Yelp. Received a call within 30 minutes from Scott himself even though it was already pretty late into the evening. He was very knowledgeable and professional as he explained the likelihood of a hot water leak in our slab. He had a team out Monday morning bright and early, to take care of the project. He came with them in the morning and introduced everyone and walked us through the project. His team then completed the project professionally and completed great work. They also did some side projects to prevent issues down the line by replacing our regulator valve and fixing some piping that was coming down the wall they were already working in. I would definitely call them and use them again in the future for my plumbing needs. Also, he was able to refer me to a restoration company to help with the water damage in my kitchen. We were having issues with our water heater & Scott & his guy came to the rescue. Replaced our water heater with a new one really quick. We had water damage from our old water heater & walked us through on what we needed to do next. A few days later earlymorning, we called Scott again because we had a water/flood leak in our kitchen causing floor & drywall damage. Scott came to our rescue in matter of minutes. He immediately diagnosed the problem with being a slab leak in our kitchen. He walked us through on our options. We ended up doing a repipe. He gave us a reasonable price that we couldn't refuse. Scott scheduled us in that early Monday. He got his crew for the repipe & they completed the repipe in a matter of 5.5 hours. We were amazed! In addition, he had his guys return & had our drywall repatched. He literally was a life savor. We highly recommend Scott Cole Plumbing. The communication was great from initial contact to the gentleman that came to do the service.

I had originally thought I just needed a couple leaky handles and faucets repaired in the showers.

I was given an estimate that I felt was reasonable and scheduled. I was given a time frame of 9-11 the day after I contacted them. The morning of I was told the serviceman would be here between 10 and 11. He was on time.

Once he was here and saw what was going on he knew I needed to replace the regulator and when we looked at that he saw the shut off valve was old and stuck in place, so both of those needed to be replaced as well. I was told the cost of the two combined (not given a breakdown of that total cost) I understood the need to replace them to prevent future bigger issues, so I said let's do it.

The serviceman found other issues once in the walls, showed them to me and explained what should be done. He also found a couple additional leaks and repaired them as well.

The reason for my 4 star instead of 5 is that the clean up job wasn't that great.

I know he ended up spending more time here than originally planned, but I had to clean up chunks of material out of my shower drain and off my bathroom floor. Both tubs were left with grey shoe/grease prints.

There was some trash left in the backyard from the regulator and shut off valve replacement.

That being said, this was my first time needing any plumber services, and based off the communication and work done I would use them again. I had just thought things would've been cleaned up more throughly than it was.

I am recovering from foot surgery and need to be extra cautious of cleanliness where I walk/stand right now.

Scott responded to my text immediately and because it's already late in the afternoon, they came the next morning. One of my master showers started leaking in the middle of the night, I contacted Scott Cole plumbing and the owner was super kind and responsive. I explained that I was worried that leaving the leak overnight would cause more damage and Scott had a technician out within an hour. Jose arrived and was extremely kind and friendly. I called Scott's plumbing after looks for a plumber on Yelp to fix my downstairs toilet that wouldn't fill up after a flush. I called and Scott answered extremely friendly & helpful! He was able to schedule me in the next day! He had his fellow plumber Darren contact me to figure out a time etc. Darren came over, super friendly figured out the issue with my toilet fixed it in 15 minutes and I mentioned my upstairs toilet kept making a sound he was more then happy to go take a look, he noticed that there we're screws loose causing a minor leak and also causing the running water noise I kept hearing which I would've never known if he didn't look, and he fixed that for me too. I really appreciate Scott & Darren for fixing my toilets & being so nice & having extremely reasonable prices for it. They also thanked me for giving them a chance & I thought that was really considerate and kind. I def hope I won't need them again lol but if I do I will def call here first!! Give them a shot you won't regret it!

Scott and his team are my new go to plumbers! I called Scott because I had a small leak that progressively got worse. I had other plumbers over to look at it over the previous months but they wanted a few hundred dollars to fix the problem.

I happened to reach Scott on a maintenance day where he was cleaning and doing maintenance on his equipment. He dropped everything and came to my house in his POV. He evaluated my leak and came up with the simplest, most cost effective, solution to fix my leak. My leak was literally fixed within 30 minutes of calling him!

He definitely will be the only plumber I call in the future.

I called Scott this afternoon to inquire about repairing a leaky shower faucet. I explained what I had already unsuccessfully done to remedy the problem. He was able to get a technician out to my home within an hour and a half. Gabriel was able to install the needed parts and was very professional about explaining what he saw with the repair. I had one toilet that was hard to flush, another where a plastic piece attached to the flush broke off, and a sink that was really slow running where the plug pull lever was detached and not plugging the sink when needed.

I called Scott and he answered right away. I explained to him the issues, we set an appointment for a free consultation, and when the day came, I received a reminder text that morning to let me know Jose would be servicing us.

Jose was kind and respectful. He told us what was wrong in each situation and told us how it could be fixed. He even explained how one of the issues was an easy fix where we would save some of money. We still hired him, he did a great job and we would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

Everything about this company was good. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, fast, communication was awesome! They did everything right from beginning to end. The only thing that left a small bad taste was the $2500 for a slab leak, which took about 2 hours, and the bypass was from the sink to toilet about 3 feet in the wall. Where I identified the noise from the wall and mentioned that's where it was. Anyhow, that's just how it is, the cost of slab leaks even tho they are easy to repair in some cases. The owner also offered to put the entire cost toward the full house re-pipe, which he didn't have to do. I authorized the cost ahead of time and they did everything by the book, so the one star down was just for how I feel about the cost and nothing else. I would totally use again.

Just moved into my home and had an issue and needed a plumber asap. Called a few places but most were booked up. Fortunately I contacted Scott Cole plumbing and they had someone in the area that was just wrapping up a job. They were able to get to me within the hour! Ran a camera down the line and apparently all the plunging I did cleared up the problem. But Jose did show me what had more than likely caused the issue. Gave me a quote as to what I could do in the future if the problem persists. Great company to work with. Very quick and efficient. Called Scott on Tuesday afternoon about a possible slab leak. He was very straight forward in explaining why and what he recommended for my home. He scheduled me for Wednesday 9am and his guys were here right on time. Jose and Victor were very knowledgeable and professional. On Wednesday reached home to find water gushing from the drain pipes and front yard grass area. It's was 630 pm and I started to worry if I needed to shut off main line and irrigation systems all night. Wanted reassurance to know if this is a major leak. I can't say enough about this company. I called so many others about a leak under our sink and no one seemed to take it seriously and wouldn't come out until a week later. Once again Scott and his team come through. I called on sunday night after water was backing up into my tubs. Scott came out on Monday morning and got to work. He gave multiple ideas of what the problem could be. Tried multiple solutions, before having to recommend a more labor intesive solution. In the end, the easy answer didn't work. The team worked hard and got the job done. Now my drains are working better than ever. The washing machine is draining without backing up into the sinks or the tub. As an added bonus my dishwasher isn't sending water out the air gap. I will be using them again.

I called these guys after finding them on Yelp. My pressure regulation valve seemed to be failing. My Phyn reported that my PSI was 109. Scott immediately jumped on it, had a new value, and was prepared to send someone same-day to replace mine.

I adjusted my PRV and reduced the pressure (somehow). So, we're waiting to see. Scott even called me back to make sure all was OK.

I'm grateful for helpful service professionals like Scott Cole Plumbing helping me (and many others) through our homeownership fun!

We needed someone to relocate our water heater so an abatement company and a restoration company could repair some damages that another plumber had caused. We needed the job to be completed the weekend prior to the week that our water damage was to be repaired in our home. We had already called 5 plumbers and were just about ready to give up. We decided to make one more call to Scott Cole Plumbing. He answer our call and gave us a time range that he would be over. We were elated! Scott Cole Plumbing was recommended on a group Facebook page. So many people recommended his company. They did not disappoint. Jose did a great job of installing a new sweat hose Bibb in front and opened the stucco in back and extended new hose bibb. I thought and was expecting to have to hire someone to repair stucco after work was done but Jose did an awesome job. I am beyond pleased with the services I received. Extremely over priced, definitely won't be using them EVER again. Gilbert came to do a valve replacement that took him almost 5hrs. I understand being a female and being taken advantage of but let's do better Scott Cole Plumbing. $1200 is crazy and $1000 is still crazy but you got me but the person that referred me will also hear about it.

Update: The previous company (Gordan Plumbing) I dealt with quoted a man (brother-in-law) 750 without cutting into my wall. Few other companies wouldn't give me a quote without coming to the house.

Also pressuring us to change our post isn't going to work either sir!!! I can very well post the text messages

Last week my Husband noticed Water in your Garage floor .We could hear
light water running between a wall in the Garage and small Powder Room.
We new it was a leak.I called Scott Plumbing after I read the reviews.
Scott was very Knowledgeable and explain the easiest way to fix the Problem.
Ruben and Anthony came out and Fix the Problem.Both are Professional

Scott totally saved the day yesterday! We had a leak in the shower faucet so the water had to be shut off in the entire house until it was fixed and every plumber was either not responding, closed or not available until Monday but as soon as we called Scott he made sure to either guide us on what we really needed to fix it just to be helpful which is so rare nowadays but also reassured that if that didn't work he would fit us in asap since he understood we had no water until it was fixed. Called around to inquire about replacing a 50 gallon water heater in my garage that had started to leak from the bottom. After talking with Scott it was clear this was a knowledgeable and professional company. I arranged to have the work done after being quoted a reasonable rate compared to some others I had received. This was at 2:30pm and by 4:30pm Gabriel was at my house with a new water heater and ready to get to work. He made quick work of the job and was very polite and professional. Afterwards, he pointed out a few other things that will need to be addressed down the line and gave me a some pointers to keep the new water heater in good shape.

The invoice and work performed matched exactly what had been quoted. No surprises and no hard upsell.

We have lived in our house for 25 years and have had plumbers come out regarding plugged drains in our laundry room, our kitchen sink, and our two bathrooms. We have had slow draining or plugged sinks as long as we've lived here. Since we called Scott Cole plumbing, our sinks, all drain beautifully, better than ever! After researching local plumbers in the area, my wife found Scott Cole Plumbing. I contacted Scott who said he'd be here in the morning around 8:00 am. Eight sharp, Scott was at my door. He brought his main man, Ruben with him. We went over all that needed to be done and by noon, the job was complete. These guys are hard working and kept everything clean. Knowledgeable, fast, and fairly priced. We had a simple leaking toilet tank problem, first plumber we had screwed it up twice. The Scott Cole guys knocked it out for good in about half an hour. We also had them come out to install a cleanout for the kitchen sink, because there was none to be found outside. Again a quality job done quickly, and they cleaned up everything really. Highly recommended.

I truly appreciated working with Scott Cole. When I talked with Scott I felt he cared about my issues and would make sure I was taken care of and I was.

Our shower valve starting leaking on a Monday. I went online to find plumber and got 4 quotes. Chose someone and had them scheduled to come out on that Wednesday. Well, on Tuesday, the valve leak (from upstairs bathroom), was now leaking through the ceiling into the laundry room. Big sigh!!! Shut off the water to the house and waited for Wednesday morning for the scheduled plumber, who called and needed a ride to the job. So, I went back to Scott Cole Plumbing and asked how soon could they schedule me. Got lucky, got someone that same day, and he gave us a better price. Thank you. They came and repaired the problem within 2 hours. it has only been a couple of days. I will update you later.

Without going into too much detail, our home builder connected our plumbing going into and out of our water heater incorrectly. Because of this, we've had multiple problems over the years, which meant a lot of different plumbers out at our house. I researched the problems we were having and figured out what was causing it myself. When I called multiple plumbers out, to get quotes on correcting these issues, the only plumber to correctly identify the problem was Darren from Scott Cole plumbing. He did a fantastic job, in a timely manner. Scott has been a lifesaver! My water heater erupted and he made every effort to get to my home same day (even on a Sunday). His team was responsive and knowledgeable. After providing me with a new water heater the very next day, Scott got me set up with a restoration company and walked me through all the necessary steps and what to expect when having to file a homeowner's claim. He has a great reputation with other vendors which is a huge plus! While replacing my water heater and assessing my water pressure, his tech Jose found another problem with my water softening system. Thankfully it was caught in time before a bigger issue arose. I feel Scott and his team are trustworthy, honest and 110% reliable. Found myself in a crunch again today with a new dishwasher being delivered. A valve under my sink was calcified and the installers would not complete the job unless that valve was replaced. Scott (now on speed dial) and Jose went over and beyond to help me out; broke away from a bigger job they were on and within 10 minutes were at my home to replace this valve so the installer could complete his work! Now that's service and they did it with a smile! If you value integrity and appreciate customer service from someone who will take the time to explain things to you, I highly recommend Scott Cole Plumbing if you find yourself needing plumbing help. Our water heater was on the fritz last night (Halloween) and SC Plumbing was the only plumber that we called out of four that could come last minute. It turns out the water heater needed to be completely replaced. It was about 20 years old. The technicians were here until 10:30 and did a great job. They even went to another call after leaving here. Hopefully you won't need a plumber but if you do I highly recommend SC Plumbing.

I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Scott Cole plumbing. Another plumber had told us that we needed a backwater valve replaced and wanted to charge us $4K; I called Scott and he was able to give me a much lower quote and was willing to send someone on a weekend to replace the valve even without seeing the site. Then on the day of service Jose and Ruben came early and worked hard to get it done in a little more than half a day. Both guys were really nice and explained everything about the job and worked hard to get the job done fast. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better job and price. Scott and his guys provide honest service and I will definitely use them going forward for all my plumbing jobs.

My water heater started leaking Friday at noon. I called another company, they rushed out but gave me an estimate that was very high. I called around to friends and was referred another person who said he could come out Saturday afternoon and agreed to a good price. Great! Unfortunately, and many calls trying to coordinate a time for him to come, he said he actually couldn't make it and referred me to Scott Cole Plumbing. A plumber referring me to another plumber, this guy's got to be good! It was already Saturday at 5:30 PM when I first called Scott. He agreed to matching the previous great estimate and had someone at my house within hours! ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! The whole time, he was in contact with me to give me time updates to make sure it all worked out. VERY responsive and great communication. On Saturday 1/25/2020 my husband went out into our garage and found that a hose on our water heater had burst and put a hole in the wall from the pressure of the water. I immediately called Scott and Ruben and they came right over. After turning the water off and replacing the hose, they explained what needed to be done next to repair the damage and we hired them.

The whole process took about 5 days and I was dreading coming home to the mess of debris and dust everywhere, we had been through water damage repair before and knew the mess it makes. When I came home from work, I was shocked to see the area Ruben was working in was spotless, there wasn't even a visible spider web inside the wall, and you could have eaten off our garage floor. We cannot praise Ruben enough for his excellent work ethic, job performance and going above and beyond for us.

Scott and Ruben are now our go-to guys for all our plumbing, repair and handyman needs and we HIGHLY recommend them to be yours too.

After replacing my water heater a few months back, I didn't hesitate to call Scott Cole Plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet, After consulting with Scott over the phone for advice, I purchased a new faucet and garbage disposal. Also had a leak fixed under the sink and they replaced my corroded on/off valves. Good thing I didn't want drama, because I didn't get any. Price was reasonable and I couldn't be happier! Oh yeah, and they put the new drain rings in the sinks and it looks great! Actually, it's now better than new because I upgraded the garbage disposal from the Badger 500 to the Badger 900 (stronger, quieter and longer lasting). Thanks also to Jose who did the work, perfectly and on-schedule. These guys are pros 100%.!

Scott plumbing is heaven sent!! Fast response, dedication and great humanity. This company is clearly family based, caring and dedicated to helping everyone out... NOT based on making the next big buck. I am a single mom and had a shower leak. School just started and money is a little tight till next month. I figured I could try to fix my leak on my own. After attempting this obstacle, I ran into a snag and panicked. I called a 24/7 plumber who did not answer. I then Called Scott plumbing who was closing in 45 minutes. Scott just happened to pick up on the second ring. He said he didn't have anyone available at the last minute which I figured would be the case... I mean it is extreme last minute!! I explained to Scott what the problem
Was and what I was doing. He built up my confidence and told me I could accomplish this on my own, that I was going the right way and needed to do 1 extra thing. It was amazing that he was willing to tell me the right way to do it on my own so I wouldn't have to call an after hours plumber and spend hundred of dollars on the small fix. After hanging up I ran to the hardware store, and my phone rang. It was Scott calling to reassure me once again and to let me know I could call him to walk me thru the process when I got back home.

I explained to Scott that my father used to fix everything and was my hero , but he had passed away in 2019. I have been trying to learn and fix household needs for my mother, myself and my kids since he has been gone. It was heartwarming to have such a kind man like Scott to take time out of his busy day to listen to me, guide me and be there for me. All of this without asking for a dime!!! You don't get this kind of service and support anymore. I can't thank Scott enough for the help, generosity and caring he gave. Scott plumbing is number 1 in my book and I will recommend him to everyone and always go to them in the future!!

The water pressure at my house was measuring over 90 psi so I called Scott to come check it out. He was super quick to respond, came within the half hour, and him and his crew were super nice and replaced my faulty water pressure reducing valve in less than 10 min. They had the new part with them so there was no delay. I highly recommend Scott as he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
