So it's Thanksgiving night and the Kid says, 'Hey the water in my tub won't shut off'. I grab my tools, pretend I'm Bob the Builder and commence to resolve, but to no avail. The handle just keeps turning and turning and the water won't stop. Who appreciates not having any water in the house on Thanksgiving. 2 women in the house, it's 9pm and no water because I have to turn off the main until I can get it fixed.
6:40am on Friday morning I calm Scott Cole Plumbing, two rings Scott picks up. I tell him the problem, he tells me the three things it could be and what the potential costs may be. While he's speaking to me he says he can have one of his folks at the house between 8 and 9 as he can reschedule another appointment. 8am, Jose calls and by 9 am everything is done. What's even more impressive is that they were able to replace the part and not have replace the handle as I'd given the okay to purchase a new handle. Honest, reliable and efficient.
Much respect to Scott and Jose for the work. Even spent a few minutes chatting with Jose and getting to know more about him. The type of employees you have says a lot about your business and how they will treat your customers. Scott has no issues as Jose is a total reflection of Scott and I've never met him, just through a phone conversation.
We have water, I have two happy women in the house and now I get to go clean the garage.
