If you want a fast, friendly and professional electrician look no further.  Reyff Electric is the one you want.  Ben was able to fit us into the schedule and his office stayed in touch and reminded us about our appointment.  

Fabian and Nick came to our house to do the work.  Fabian and Nick walked through and made sure we pointed out everything we needed done.  When we weren't sure about something and asked them for their input they provided it and weren't pushy.  They were were just as focused on esthetics as doing the job right.  They made sure they cleaned up when they were finished.

We had to leave before the were done.  We weren't concerned about leaving them in the house while we gone.  Fabian called me when they were done, discussed everything done and locked the door when the left.

A REYFF team came into the greenbrae Pete's this morning. The supervisor was in the bathroom and I was waiting. He was in there for a long time. I tried opening to door a couple of times to gently communicate that people were waiting.

After about 6 minutes, I knocked and very politely said that I had to go. Some voice barked aggressively back, IM OBVIOUSLY USING THE BATHROOM

I just gave up and took my seat. He finally comes out like he wants to fight someone(me) his team points me out and he's staring me down from across the room. With the bathroom free I don't care that I have to pass some guy who irrationally wants to fight me.

I just pass by and let him do his tough guy thing. As I get in the bathroom I see a toilet bombed full of unflushed paper towels.

I exit the bathroom and ask him how he could leave those paper towels in there. He's like, ... they wouldn't flush and then getting in my face as I'm trying to walk away. Well he was getting close enough to my face for me to get a real good look at this company name on his hat. Dude squaring up right in my face. I walked by declining his absurd challenge.

First of all, I highly doubt a service company supervisor of any trade doesn't know you can't flush paper towels. You don't have to be a plumber to know that.

So instead of being an adult, being humble and respectful admitting his fault by letting the staff know first thing after leaving the bathroom, he joined his team and wanted to start a fight with me. Amazing.

Like I said. I wanted to give potential customers a heads up of what type of people who work for this company are like. How they act in the community.

I must admit that I much prefer writing 5 star reviews to 1 star reviews. I had to check. I've only written one 1-star, so Reyff Electric, you and Hometown Buffet are in pretty bad company, sorry to say. My woes started out on Sunday 8/7/22. My house started to feel rather stuffy. First thing I checked was my thermostat. It was blank. Not good. I wasn't fully aware of what was happening. Thankfully the weather was pretty fair. I had initially reached out to another company who was not able to help me so I then quickly contacted Sarah at Reyff. This was on 8/8/22. The first company trouble-shot the problem and allowed me to take photos of the defective circuit breaker that needed to be replaced. I sent this pic to Sarah who shared it with her estimator. Her estimator estimated the cost to be $500 to remove and replace the breaker. When I called and talked to another person in the office (I think Amber) I told her I was elderly and had recently had brain surgery and that I would prefer not to have the 7 am time slot they had me scheduled for. She said sorry, that's all we have. Also, we lost a day due to the fact that Sarah was in a meeting for most of the day of the 9th they couldn't get me in the schedule until 8/11/22 and in the meantime I've got food rotting in my refrigerator and freezer. I told them I was elderly and had recently had brain surgery and that the 7 am time slot they had scheduled me for would be difficult for me but they said sorry, that's all we got. So, on the eleventh, at six-forty-five AM my doorbell rings and the nice young man is here to replace my breaker. He is supposed to be here at 7 am but instead he is DONE by 7 am. Nice guy. He comes back to the door and informs me that the actual charge is $375. He tells me that the cost of the part is about $75 and, well, it took him all of 15 minutes. So, I'm thinking it's a pretty fair deal for both parties. Well, my elation was short lived until the office called me to inform me that the electrician made a mistake and the cost was going back to $500. Well, when the man told me it was going to be $375, he was acting as an agent for the company and I feel he entered into a binding contract with me. So, if Reyff Electric thinks this 1 Star Review is the last they are going to hear from me, they are sadly mistaken.

And, for the record, Hometown Buffet is no longer in business.

I have now used Reyff Electric 4 or 5 times, and they continue to impress.  They always show up on time, fix the issues or install the lights or fans quickly, are friendly and responsive to questions,  and just generally provide the type of service that warrants 5 stars. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.  Pete and Alec, thanks for the great service!

Reyff Electric has been my go to Electric company since I've been living here in Cordelia/Fairfield since 1995. They have installed all my can lighting, additional outlets, power to my hot tub, and all the wiring to all my flat screen tv's on the wall. And just recently, they installed an outlet in my backyard for my hanging backyard lights. So now, I can now use the existing switch in my family room to turn off/on the backyard lights. Needless to say, they can do it all. Not to mention, the staff is friendly and professional. My next project for them will be to install a wall charger in my garage for my next electric car.

The best guys ever. They arrived on time and did an excellent job on my sensor lights. They are very professional and made sure that everything worked perfectly. They will be my go to guys if I ever have any other electrical needs.

We needed to bring a new well pump on line for our house.  We had removed a 15 hp. 3 phase submersible and replaced it with a 1 hp. single phase submersible.  At the advice of the utility company we decided to keep the 3 phase service but only utilize 2 phase power.  I contacted Reyff Electric based on their ratings.  We couldn't have been more pleased.  Our estimator, Ben, came out quickly and laid out the scope of work so that we could easily understand what we needed and how it would work.  We received our written estimate quickly and our work was scheduled.  The two electricians who came out were extremely professional and worked very efficiently. (Even in the rain!)  We had our new panel in and operational within 2 hours.  They took the time to explain everything in a manor that we could easily understand.  We most strongly recommend Reyff Electric.  Highly professional, efficient, courteous, respectful of our property, polite, friendly, very helpful.  They used excellent electrical components and their workmanship is excellent also.  Everything you could ask for in a contractor.

Fast, efficient service. First I got a same day that I called bid, then contracted for them to come in about a week later. Three men came! Fernando, Payton and Issac.  I cannot say how nice all these men were to work with. Installed 2 ceilng fans w remote controls, installed special circuit for jacuzzi tub, intalled new chandalier and moved one for me also. Efficient and cleaned up well. I shall highly recommend them and call them again for another job!  Price was fair.

I called Reyff Electric to repair a gfi outlet that controlled 4 outlets.  They were scheduled to arrive between 1 and 2 and appeared shortly after 1.  They both introduce them selves and quickly got to work.  They tested the outlet, diagnosed the problem, completed the repair and tested all the outlets.  The were done in 20 minutes and charged me the quoted price.  They left the area clean and neat.  Big thanks to Fabian and Drew.

Chet Heenan was an amazing help. He potentially saved us from a fatal flaw performed by another electrician. Reyff answered the phone at 8 AM, and had Chet scheduled within 4 hours of our emergency call (and during the holiday crunch). Chet was on time, efficient, a pro-problem solver and enjoyable whilst in our home. I will never again use another electrical contractor. Thank you, Reyff!

I can't believe these guys have so few reviews because they're fantastic. Fast, skilled and reasonably priced. They did a huge 3,000 sq ft coffee shop and indoor playground for me so I've seen them work for months. They were always super responsive and quick to get back to me for any issues that came up. They also made great suggestions that saved me money. Jason and Jacob are such great guys I actually miss them now that there not here all the time. Ryan too. All in all this is a hell of a company an ethical company and you can trust them to do the job right and for the right price.

Ray and crew has always done a great job for us at our business. Very prompt and typically same day service with his quotes and next day for the actual job. Has done everything from installing GFI's around our yard to our outdoor lighting all the way to industrial hard wiring. Fair prices and professional, stand up service. Would recommend them for any project from household and up.

We have used Reyff Electric for several projects around the house to include replacing our circuit breaker sub-panel, install all new LED recessed lighting around the house, and install wiring to our new bathroom for in-floor heating and new vanity lighting.
The prices are fair considering the level of experience and professionalism by the electricians we have had working on the house.
We have used Joe H. for each project and are always satisfied with the outcome. When he replaced our sub-panel, it was 104 degrees outside and he still took his time and labeled each circuit and tested every GFCI including the outside one in the back yard. We had a light go out about 4 months after installation and Reyff sent the electrician out within a few days and replaced it under warranty. Joe is always on time and a pleasure doing business with.
One of the best things about Reyff is that they return calls and keep us informed about the schedule and plans unlike most contractors we have hired. When you call, someone answers the phone!
