Thomas answered my call right away even on a Sunday. We schedule s day for him to come the very next day he came on time and fix my clogged shower ,toliet and sink with great service. A day later my toliet was clogged again and he came out right away and found that I had dropped a paint brush inside .Thank goodness he came back no questions or hassle about it and fixed the problem again .Thank you Rosco for your great service I will call him for now on for any of my plumbing problems.

I was awaken this morning by loud knocks on my door! It was a neighbor alerting me to the water pipe that burst in my front yard and was spouting water like a fountain! I called a couple plumbers who could come by but it would be at least an hour. So I called Rasco Plumbing and Gregory said he could be there in a half hour. He kept in touch with me by text and got there in 20 mins.! He turned off the water at the water main, assessed the damage, gave us a quote and went to work. In a few hours they were done and did a super job! If you're in a bind like I was you can't do better than Rasco Plumbing and Gregory and his crew! Thanks guys, you saved the day!

Our bathroom widespread faucet was leaking slightly out of the right-side handle when the water was turned on. While we could've removed the cartridge, ordered a new one, and installed it... we decided to replace the faucet set altogether. A pretty straightforward job for an experienced plumber, but probably a day of back-breaking frustration for me.

I called Rasco Plumbing for a quote to replace my faucet set. Tomas provided a very reasonable quote (20% cheaper than my next best estimate). He was to arrive at 11:00, but he texted that he could come earlier. So, he started 20-30 mins earlier (which was great!). He was done within the hour.

Tomas was extremely polite, pleasant, professional, and fast! He definitely knew what he was doing and executed like clockwork. He was like a surgeon asking his assistant for the next tool or part. He also didn't mind me hovering over his shoulder trying to observe and learn what I could.

Rasco Plumbing and Tomas is my new go to plumber for excellent service and price. Thanks to Tomas (and his friendly assistant, Francisco)!!

BTW: I'm in Irvine. The travel distance was never a topic of concern.

My shower was draining slowly and finally became stopped up and I booked an appointment. Fabian and Francisco were right on time and very polite. They snaked the drain and got it working again. I highly recommend! A different unscrupulous plumbing company had charged me an amount several times over the normal for a bad bathtub drain clog and tried to add huge extra projects, taking advantage of my age and emergency situation. My son fired them and called Rasco, whose team showed up quickly and stayed late to complete the work the same day, went above and beyond what we contracted for by cleaning up the mess the other plumber left, and were friendly to boot. I'll never call anyone else.

Gregory from Rasco Plumbing was amazing! He was so fast and efficient and very nice to work with. Our garbage disposal broke and was leaking underneath our sink. We wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible, but every plumber we called couldn't come or could only come later in the day when we had plans. We had a hot water heater whose pilot light kept going out at our apartment building in Santa Ana. Rasco Plumbing & Rooter came quickly, showed up when they said they would, and quickly diagnosed the problem. We were willing to pay for the new part, but Rasco called the manufacturer and they honored their warranty, sending the needed parts right away. Most plumbers would have been happy to charge us for the part and installation, but Rasco took the time to check with the manufacturer, and saved us $250.00 We could not recommend them more - honest, knowledgeable, reasonable rates and reliable. We had leak in the plumbing of the kitchen faucet and I contacted Rasco through Yelp based on their reviews. They came out and inspected the sink and I was told that there was something faulty with the faucet itself rather than the pipes. He told me I needed a new faucet so his visit was short; however, he didn't charge me for it! I got a new faucet and he came back another day to install it. The price of installation was comparable to other businesses I researched. A few months later, the faucet is still running fine and there's no leaks. I would use them again if needed.

Called Rascoe plumbing Sunday night because I had a clog in the downstairs shower. I needed them to come out asap to unclog my shower. Made an appointment with Thomas who came out the next day on time. He called 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. I explained to him that the shower clogs up every year about the same time. I live in a condo and I wasn't sure if the drain was my responsibility or the Associations. Thomas explained everything and told me that if he couldn't unclog it that I would need to call the Association and he would not charge me for anything! Luckily he was able to clear up the drain and I am a happy camper! Thank you again for the great service! Would highly recommend these guys anytime for my plumbing needs!

We had a clean out valve that we didn't even know existed--but which kept our washer drain from overflowing--until it didn't. (Please understand that we've been in our house over 30 years!) This thing was sealed shut (probably since the home was built in the 1960s). One plumbing group suggested that we would probably have to cut the wall, open and replace the pipe, AND the drain stack pipe behind the washer. Yikes! We found Rasco based on their reviews. What a blessing!! They came the same day -- actually at 7:15 pm! 30 minutes later (after running some test drains), they packed up and drove away--mission complete. They were very reasonable on their pricing. We now have a new go-to plumbing company.

Highly recommend! When you move somewhere, you always have to ask around - who do you trust for a plumber, who do you trust for an electrician, who do trust for a mechanic, etc. For my go to plumber, after trying others, Rasco is who I call, and I don't hesitate. I found Rasco when I had a line backup on a Saturday evening in 2016. They came right away within an hour, quoted me a fair flat rate, and they solved the problem an hour later. The silver lining is that when my water heater broke recently (early on a Saturday morning), with water running out onto the floor, I already had a plumber in mind. I called them, and again they came quickly and replaced it, and were very reasonable. I also used them for a few minor things as well (new faucet installation). Bottom line, it feels good to have someone lined up to call when you need it. Good go to plumber.

I had a water heater repair company come out to fix a leak at the water heater to have them tell me they didn't feel comfortable due to a pipe needing to be replaced and said I needed to call a plumber so I immediately went to yelp and because of the great reviews I called Rasco plumbing.... Gregory came out within just a few hours and completely fixed the leak/replaced the leaking pipe and also spared the dry wall having to be repaired. (He had to cut into dry wall to replace the pipe).
All the work was done within less than 1 hour. Gregory was very professional, thorough, conscientious of his work and clean up and also very friendly and courteous. I was extremely happy with the service provided and will definitely use Rasco Plumbing for any future needs.

Our 70 year old cast iron drain pipes fell apart and after a number of quotes that seemed too high or just odd, Israel from Rasco came and quoted one third of the high quote. He showed up on a Sunday and made it so I didn't continue to flood my crawl space. He was friendly and attentive and answered all my questions and concerns.
We have plans to build a new bathroom and I can't wait for Rasco to do the work. Professional and affordable.

Full Disclosure: I'm writing this review for my dad. My parents water heater was problematic so they purchased a new one and needed help installing it. My dad called up Thomas, who fortunately said he could come over right away. Thomas was very professional and the installation took a little over an hour. Quick Summary: On time, fair price, got the job done and very professional. 30 Day Warranty. It's been over two weeks since the fix. If something were to happen, it would have already happened. It's all good.

My situation was a busted pipe upstairs between the sink cabinet and corner wall. Pipe was fixed in place within the 2x4's and someone nailed more blocks around the pipe (think King of the Hill, but extra blocks and in the corner). Prior to the fix, there was no metal blocking the pipes in the wood to prevent someone from nailing into the pipe. Nail had actually tipped and hit the pipe. I guess over 30 years later, the pipe finally failed.

Called Rasco Plumbing, Thomas picked up, said he could drop by tomorrow morning, texted him my address, and he showed up on time. Very professional. Looked around and did the necessary exploratory holes. Explained everything and asked before making any holes. Of course it was OK since the cabinet was wood, there was no way around it. Holes needed to get cut. Turns out that's where it was and they worked on it. Thomas handled the major work while Israel helped. Not sure if they were related, but they totally reminded me of how I used to help my father when we owned our shop. Went in, assessed the situation, took care of business, and on to the next job. My father and I would always do what was best for the customer at a fair price and only asked that they remembered us if someone they knew needed help. I got the same vibe from Thomas and Israel. Next time someone needs a plumber, I know who to recommend. Thanks a lot.

My parents needed repiping done asap and called Rascón plumbing and rooter for an estimate. The real deal. Plumber was quick to arrive, polite and knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell us on something we didn't need. The prices he quoted seemed perfectly fair. Best of all, he recommended we talk to our HOA to get a plumber out because the issue was far enough down the drain that it could be in their jurisdiction, i.e. covered by HOA dues. He was legitimately trying to save us money by going through them and did not even charge us for 30-40 minutes spent diagnosing the issue and snaking the sink. Outstanding service, we will be sure to call Rasco in the future with any plumbing issues & recommend to our friends.

This company has the best service ever! Other companies could learn a lot from their professionalism and care. We experienced another leak today from our pipes in our shower which poured out downstairs through our kitchen light panels. We called the best plumbers in OC and unfortunately they told us they wouldn't be able to come out until tomorrow AM. We wouldn't trust anyone else so we were ok with that. To our surprise, about 10 minutes later Tomas shows up to inspect the damage and to try to put a temporary fix for us so we could still use the shower until they come out tomorrow. Unfortunately due to the existing damage, he couldn't do a temporary fix. The fact that he cared enough to go above and beyond to try to reduce our stress means so much to us. After an incident with a shower pipe caused a piece of threading to break off and get stuck in the wall, I searched for a plumber and came across Rasco Plumbing. I'll admit I was quite concerned about the location of the pipe, and worried a plumber would need to break the wall behind to get access. Thomas responded within minutes of reaching out for an estimate, and was able to get someone out on a Saturday afternoon. Gregory was excellent and able to get the old threading out to fix the shower. All for a very fair price! I would highly recommend Rasco Plumbing!

Put too much food waste into the garbage disposal and the clog went past the J trap and deeper into the pipe that hubby couldn't reach with his snake. It was on a Sunday and I called numerous companies. Rasco was one of the few businesses that answered the call. The owner answered hello, (not very business-like and a bit concerning) but he sent his uniformed friendly technicians within 1.5 hours and they unclogged my sink within 20 minutes. The bottom of their boots were clean (I saw them while they were working), they laid down a blanket to keep my floors clean while they worked, and they sprayed down the area with a disinfectant after they were done. Their price was reasonable too. One company quoted me a $200 service call fee for a Sunday visit which would be on top of the actual work. Rasco got it done for less than that. Great work!

When I opened my water bill and saw it was $200 when it's regularly under $30, I knew I had a problem. The water company (IRWD) came right out and confirmed a leak.
My neighbor referred me to Rasco's and I am so glad she did. I called Rasco's and Tomas said he'd be at my house at 3:30 to check it out. Unbelievably, at 3:30 on the dot, he was at my door!
He determined the leak was in the main water line and I decided to replace the whole 46-year-old line rather than just fix the leak. (Why tempt fate?)
The crew came the next day and did the job. They were at my house right on time and worked for more than 8 hours, staying into the evening to test every water faucet in the house and then clean everything up. You can't even tell that my lawn was torn up for the new water line.
The price was reasonable and they were timely and personable. I highly recommend Rasco's and will use them again for any plumbing issues I may have ... but hopefully not soon, for my sake!

I've got to hand it to Thomas, I was dreading calling a plumber this morning. I had a small leave on the mainline coming to the house right at the valve. It had been an issue for about 2 months. When I first called a different plumber two months ago he said the drip wasn't enough for him to worry about and that it would cost more to fix than the wasted water. Sure enough a little leak turned into a big one and last night I came home to a puddle next to the house. I turned the water off and tried some emergency putty on the leak to no avail. I called Thomas around 6:30AM, he said text him the address and he'd be there between 8/8:30a, he was there by 8:10AM and got right to work after quoting me a very fair price. He had to take one run to Home Depot to get a separate part while his crew member stayed and continued to work. By 10:30 he had the problem solved, and actually charged me less than the quote!! I've got his name and number in my phone saved for emergencies now. A great guy, better than any of the Big Name Smell Good Plumbers who said they couldn't even get there until 1:00PM and even then were going to be $90 just to look at the job.

I woke up this morning and my bathroom sink was completely clogged. I messaged 4 companies at 7:30 am today, Thomas messaged back within 15 minutes giving me a quote. He said he would be at my house at 8:30. He and Gregory promptly arrived on time. They were friendly and presentable.

I showed Thomas the clogged drain, I let him know that the kids sink and the sink on the other side of the wall- the master sink was clogged as well. He let me know that it may be $20 more due to the dual sink issue instead of single. I agreed and understood the added cost. But, in the end, he charged me the original quote. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. My 2 bathrooms were left very clean. I'm so happy about the fast, reliable service. I will definitely use them again.

Everything you want and need in a plumber. We've only used Tomas once, but will use him when we have plumbing issues in the future. We found him on yelp after our drains backed up at 8 PM. He arrived within an hour (!), diagnosed the problem, climbed a ladder to our roof in the dark to rooter out a drain through the vent pipe, and was done within 30 minutes. My sink drain was backing up so I took all the pipes underneath apart. I knew the drain needed to be snaked but I wasn't sure I wanted to go get one at Home Depot and try it myself. Rasco came within an hour, on a Saturday, immediately snaked the drain and put the pipes back together, charged me a reasonable rate, and even tidied up afterwards. Rasco Plumbing & Rooter 110% provided great work and a good deal for our 40 gallon gas natural water heater and all new set-up including the drain pan.

My husband researched and found them among the others who came out for estimates. His top choice was Rasco's. Their price was the best and understood what he was looking for with product and service. Rasco's did an amazing job with the installation. It was quick and very professional and now, we have running hot water whenever we want.

Great company. I think it was Gregory that came out to clear a clog in our washing machine exit pipe. We had been without water for a few days for a main break and then once that was resolved we unfortunately had clog in washing machine drain (unrelated). I called several plumbers and no one could come out. We were desperate to do wash after many days without water. Gregory, came out literally within 45 minutes and I'm sure he was busy already. He saved the day and we had him clear the shower drain. All work was performed well and I very much appreciated his willingness and effort to come out to the house right away. Wore booties in the house which I think is a great touch. Highly recommend!

I think we found our new plumber! Jose was able to come within an hour of me calling about a sink leak and advised us to call the sink manufacturer to get a free replacement (which to our surprise they did) and then came and replaced it for a reasonable price soon after we called him back. Had what I thought was a slab leak & my normal plumber is out of town, looked on Yelp and found Rasco was highly rated & many reviews aligned with what I needed. Called at 1pm & Jose answered saying he could come by after 5. He showed up with Ricardo both in face masks, after showing them the issue they did a lot of investigating then determined it was from a broken neck in the master bath shower head. Jose said he would try his best to remove & replace it without having to go into our wall. After about 15 minutes & some ingenuity he was able to remove & replace the neck without having to cut into our wall. They resealed everything & tested that all was in the clear which it was. They cleaned up & told us how best to dry out the water that had leaked. Gave a more than fair price & said to not hesitate to call if any issues come up.

Woke up this morning to do a little yard work,and discovered a pipe is leaking, o more specifically, water flowing everywhere .Had no idea how long this was going on, had to turn off the water to the house. Very quickly we realized that every one of his 5-star reviews were correct! It was Sunday if the Labor Day weekend. My neighbor called in a panic as there was a lot of water coming out from under her fridge. I came by and turned off the house main as the was no valve under the sink or behind the fridge. I couldn't find the valve anywhere. And the cold water valve under the sink was frozen.

Her plumber wasn't available so I checked yelp and found Rasco's. They answered right away and sent someone within an hour who had to go to Home Depot for a part and came back and fixed the leak. Their pricing was very reasonable, for a Sunday, and in an emergency, I'll definitely use thematic my house the next time I need a plumber!

I called this business on a Saturday night due to an emergency regarding my toilet not flushing. I called at around 530pm and was told that someone could come around 630. Roughly 30min later, someone else called (another plumber assigned to my call for service) and told me it wouldn't be until 730/8pm. 8pm rolled around and I heard no word, so I called back and the same person who was supposed to show up answered the phone and said what up........what up like he was speaking to a friend of his instead of answering a professional business call. He then proceeded to tell me that he needed another hour (it didn't sound like he was at a job but was at home, but that's just my opinion). I cancelled the job. I know I was asking for service on a Saturday night but if you're not available, just say you're not instead of leading people on like you're going to show up, and the unprofessional way I was spoken to was a red flag.

Had an emergency. Tried to pry off my hose that has been on my hose bib for probably two or three years and it was basically Frozen on to the bib. I used my pipe wrench to loosen it and the joint between the bib and the line that feeds into my sprinklers separated and the only way to turn off the water was to turn off the water for the whole house. I called these guys up about 8 p.m. they showed up at about 8:25 p.m. Supplied all the parts and took care of everything and they left about 10 minutes ago and it is now 9:19 p.m. Almost an hour from phone call to completion of the job. I was fine going without water for the night but my wife of course was not. These guys are great second time I've had them out to the house. Will ALWAYS call them first.

I don't write many reviews but I just have too on Rasco Plumbing & Rooter. I had a small leak in my copper pipe leading out of the water heater. Called several plumbing companies but all wanted a service charge if work wasn't done. Dang! Just wanted an estimate before I chose one. Called Rasco Plumbing and Thomas said he could be over in 45 minutes for free estimate. FREE ESTIMATE!!!! Thomas arrived in 42 minutes, gave me a quote, repaired my pipe and was out of there in less than 1 1/2 hours from my initial phone call !!!! Fast and great service and it was also less than what one of the other companies quoted for service call. I highly recommend Rasco Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Definitely will use them again!!!!!
Again Rasco Plumbing & Rooter came through for us. My mother passed away and we were going through her house clearing things out getting the house ready for sale. The neighbors are interested in buying it and had an inspection done. The inspector was under house when he notified us of a gas leak. Called gas company and they turned of gas. Said we needed a plumber to repair it before they would turn gas back on. Called 3 companies and Rasco Plumbing responded right away. This was at 4 pm. Thomas from company said he could be out by 8 next morning. Arrived at 7:30 am and did leak test to locate area and gave us a quote to fix the problem. Even gave us a video of defective pipe. He repaired and replaced pipe and was done before 9:30. Price was great and gas company came backed out and tested for leaks and turned gas back on. Jose and his partner showed up after their last job to check out my issue. They quickly snaked my kitchen and bathroom line and cleared up the issue within an hour or so. My pipes had not been serviced in a few years so it took some time. They also assessed the backup with my washing machine drain which also needed to be snaked, so they took care of that too. All is running fine now and no longer backing up. They also took time to spray the backyard area down with water to wash away the sewage water and cleaned up. Appreciated their efforts even after they should have probably been finished for the day. I will definitely call them for my maintenance needs again.

Rasco replaced my entire main water line from street to house - about 70 feet and they did an incredible job. They worked for about 12 hours to get this done and unfortunately they had to use the jackhammer for about 9 of those hours due to my rocky yard. Not 1 complaint about that as I figured they never expected all the underground challenges.

Last Thursday afternoon, my spouse was changing out the shower valves in our two bathrooms and one of the 30 year old valves broke and could not be fixed by us. We found Rasco plumbing on yelp, and called them after 6pm and got an automated text message asking about our issue. My spouse texted them and within 10 minutes we received a text suggested a house call on Friday at 9am the next morning. We texted back that we just realized it was leaking when the water was turned back on and within a minute we were speaking to an employee on the phone asking for more details and some photos. They walked us through what to do (helped us stop the leak) and came up with what to use in place of the now obsolete shower valve we had since it was no longer made. We set up the visit for first thing in the morning. We asked them to wear masks because I'm highly immunocompromised and they pleasantly agreed. When the two employees arrived they were wearing masks and put booties on their shoes. They brought a clean drop cloth and were very respectful of our house and especially the work area. Initially they thought they might need to open the tiles up more, especially because there was cement surrounding the shower valve. Instead they carefully removed the cement and did not need to widen the area to fit the new model of shower valve. Within one hour they were finished and the shower was working beautifully. They were fast, knowledgeable communicative and highly skilled and the price was competitive. We cannot recommend them enough!

I called Rasco because of their great reviews, and they more than lived up to their stellar reputation. Jose and his partner came out same day to take a look at a leak and give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a huge re-pipe project that involved ripping up my driveway (according to the 2 estimates I got before them and the city utilities person). Instead of just quoting me for that same work, they went above and beyond to identify that the problem was actually just a leaky irrigation valve, which Jose fixed with some tightening. They left with instructions regarding what to look out for in the future and what I should do at that point (and being honest that a landscape/irrigation person would be much more cost-effective than hiring a plumber/them). Unprofessional and unreliable. I made an appointment and no one showed up...I called when they were 20 minutes late- a woman answered the phone who did not speak English. She passed the phone to someone who did not remember the appointment (that was scheduled 24 hours before). I then get a call 40 minutes after my appointment time, stating there was a flat tire so they are on their way. I lack of confidence in any of their services, so they were declined.

Sadly I went thru two other outfits before Rasco rescued me. My home warranty sent out a guy who did the whole Bait & Switch - he said my repair wasn't covered under the Warranty, charged me $75 for the visit, then turned around and said he could fix it for $300! For my most recent plumbing needs, I ended up using an alternative. I took a chance on Rasco based on feedback from friends and I was pleasantly surprised.

They're incredibly busy but professional in communication (I've found that they're open to short, quick texts which helps w/follow up leading up to the appointment).

Per the job, I appreciated that they wanted to get the job done as expediently as possible as I had to wait a few days to set an appointment with them (again, they're in high demand). As a result, I had to be more proactive in asking questions about the work and what's needed.(Sometimes you get people who are great explaining things--they're like the educator-professional--and sometimes you get people who are all about just getting the job done. They're the latter)

By the end of it though, they were able to able to outline what they did to get my needs taken care off, offered a competitive price upfront (w/o me having to bring up any other quotes) and surprisingly, no upselling. I was impressed enough that I asked at the end if they felt I should replace anything in the near future and they were honest enough to say no because they stand by the quality of the work (it's not a band-aid).

And mind you, I know it's a business still. They charged me a higher rate because they did come out on a holiday, but I expected that.

Said they were available that same day at 12:00 so we confirmed it. Then, around 10:30 they called and said they were available sooner and could arrive in 30 minutes. Thomas came last-minute after hours to check out a leak at our apartment building. Fantastic service, very professional. Although booties were unnecessary for us, he came with some and offered without being asked and everything. Let's just say when a plumbing emergency occurs you need someone who sees the urgency as you see it.

Tomas got my request after 10pm after my water heater wouldn't come on and set up an appointment the next day to review. Not only was he early, but had a solution ready, came back with a replacement wster heater and had us back with hot water in less than 20 hours from my initial request.

It was my first time requesting services from them and I was in need for same day plumbing due to my toilet constantly leaking that night. They arranged a time for me and they arrived within an hour at 10:30 pm! ISRAEL was the one who came to help and he knew what he was looking for and doing to get the job done. Called Rosco plumbing on Thursday morning to evaluate a potential gas leak on my fireplace. Jose was ready to come out by noon, but I was not available until Friday morning at 8:30. Jose showed up on time, capped off my gas line and checked for leaks. No leaks were found. He then inspected the gas valve in the crawl space and found no issues. He then replaced my burners and lit the fireplace. No leaks and the fireplace works fine. More importantly, we now have confidence that the system is safe. The cost was very reasonable. I will only use Rasco plumbing from now on.

We heard water leaking somewhere under the house and called Rasco Plumbing at 8pm at night. They were on a job elsewhere and took our information to arrive to our place the next morning. At 10pm on the same night, we received a call from Israel to say he had completed his call and could come by our place if we were available. By 11pm, Israel had found the source of our plumbing issue and said they'd return with all materials and manpower first thing in the morning.

By 9:30 am the next day, Tomas and his crew had climbed under the house to repair the leaking pipe and replaced our shutoff valve. The price was so reasonable for the service.

Our dental office recently called Rasco. We were very pleasantly surprised to get a call back in less than an hour. Fabian called and showed up & stopped the water heater leak. This guy is the best. I had to call a few plumbers but they never showed up after telling them the problem I was having; must be too small of a job and will not pay a lot. Thomas came by supposedly just to give me a quote but he offered to do the job right away after giving me a fair quote but unfortunately he was missing a part that he need to complete the job so he said he would come back. I thought he was not coming back anymore after not showing up the next day as promised but he called and apologize. He came back the following day in the morning and fixed the source of the leak on my backyard ground. He was warm and friendly. He is honest in my opinion and will not reap you off. The RASCO team are among the most efficient, friendly and mild-mannered group of contractors I have hired. I first called Tomas during the pandemic and recall his high level of professionalism.

This time, I requested a series of small repairs, installation and a rotational adjustment for the kitchen faucet, which the team all performed with great care and precision. Our toilet was installed by a different contractor and became loose. The RASCO team discovered that the screws were too short, which they replaced with longer screws and now the installation is solid.

On the side, Tomas also helped spray some WD-40 on a squeaky door when I saw he had a can available. I appreciated his willingness to help and patient gesture to my request.

After a few days, I realized that I preferred the original position of the faucet so asked if he would be able to come back to adjust it. He was not only quick to respond for this punch-list issue but offered to do it for free.

I didn't have a chance to chat with the other members, however Tomas' qualified experience seemed evident due to the whole process being educational for me, even with some of my own experience in design/ build. I also greatly appreciated them cleaning up after their work. Some surfaces were even cleaner prior to the job.

Our entire interaction with RASCO was pleasant, which removed a lot of stress for me and my elderly mother. That is why we keep their company magnet on our oven - and it's the only one!

Tomas and Fabian were a few minutes early (!) and quickly discovered the reason for the yucky smell in my home. The plumbers in my recent (extensive) remodel had not properly reconnected two pipes and water had been draining under my house (where the contractors also left piles of insulation.) Gross. Tomas videotaped the leaking pipe and told me I should have the contractors come back to fix it. It was not that he didn't want the work, it was that the previous contractors SHOULD have done the work correctly.

They explained exactly what they recommended doing and since I was not interested in getting the contractors back the Rosco team began work immediately. They wore shoe covers and put down drop cloths to protect the floors. They showed me videos of the before and after pipe replacement; they hauled away the wet insulation, and put down sand to help absorb the water. They have given me a 30 day guarantee and told me to call them immediately if I noticed the smell again.

We were out of town for a few days and our water heater tank broke and was leaking water all over the garage. We checked on Yelp and after searching the reviews, we came across Rasco Plumbing & Rooter and called them.

They were able to come the next day and assess the issue. We figured it would be a good time to switch over to a tankless unit and they gave us a quote, we agreed, and they ordered the parts the following day.

Throughout the entire process, Jose and his team were courteous, professional, and super friendly! They were patient with us when we had questions and was sure to give us updates throughout the install which took only about 5 hours. This included demolishing the existing water tank stand/removal, installation, and installing new dry wall. I would highly recommend them for your water heater installation needs!

Thomas gave us a quote and did the work in the same day. He was less than half the price of other plumbers in the area, was professional, fast, and cleaned everything after the work was complete.

Called Rasco's plumbing yesterday after finding them on Yelp to clear out our main sewer line. I had already called about 5 plumbers that I had found on Angie's list since we were looking for a deal. Had a root intrusion into main sewer line and needed a quote for a clean out line to access the root intrusion area near the public side walk tree. Rascal plumbing was called to clear a slow drain in the bathtub. They had issues with using a snake as it couldn't penetrate the clog. Upon further investigation they discovered that the pipe connected to the overflow area was broken which required replacement. They ended up replacing the whole drain including the pea trap with new piping. They were efficient, professional, courteous and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again for plumbing issues.

The drain in a shower at my Mom's house was clogged and had overflowed. She put it in some Drano and the water drained. Concerned, I still wanted to make the drain wouldn't overflow again so I called Tomas and Gregory to check it out and see if the main line needed to to be snaked. They came out the same day.

Gregory ran the water in the shower, the washing machine and the toilet and the drain was not clogging at all. He said he didn't want to clean the line if he couldn't see a problem and to call him back if the issue came back again.

My Mom asked if he could take a look at a leaky toilet and he did. He made some adjustments which fixed the issue and told me the parts that would need to be replaced long term. Gregory said he could do the fixes for me but that it would be more expensive and that I could do it myself much cheaper. It was a very honest assessment and one that I really respected.

After all the time he spent to look at the drain and toilet for us, I asked him what we owed him. Gregory said that it was a free estimate and didn't charge us a dime. I felt he was well within his rights to charge us for his time and gas but he declined. I was astounded, as I just don't expect that level of customer service and honesty anymore. Super nice guy and really helpful. He's earned my business and I know who I'll be calling the next time I have another plumbing problem!

Part of adulting is knowing who to call when something goes wrong on your property. For this couch surfer/renting adult, the only thing I knew how to do was call a landlord or throw up the deuces and bounce whenever plumbing issues came up. However, times have changed and with the new title of head of household next to my name, I had to get my Rolodex up-to-date with go-to professionals I could trust and rely upon if something in the house was falling apart. The first name I added to the list: RASCO PLUMBING!

While burning the midnight oil, desperately looking for a plumber to come to the house ASAP for some draining issues and mysterious gurgling from my toilet, I started emailing/texting/calling plumbers servicing our area for an eval and quote. Given that it was an unholy hour that I was contacting these people, I did not expect to hear from anyone until the next day, at the earliest. As I mentally prepared for another day without my bathroom privileges, to my utter shock, I got a text message almost immediately after I left a voicemail Thomas. He asked for basic details of the problems and then offered to come to the house that evening or first thing in the morning! Given the guilt I felt, I put my selfish needs aside and asked that he come in the morning, so he could at least get some sleep =/

As promised, he arrived right on time, evaluated the situation, and gave us a quote on the spot. I did some research on what our plumbing issues could've been, just to make sure plumbers wouldn't try misdiagnosing the issue and charging us for needless work. Needless to say, Thomas passed with flying colors! He got right to work once we gave him the thumbs up. He was able to get the toilet and shower back in working order before his next appointment for that morning! He was even kind enough to do a few tweaks to another bathroom in the house, at no charge! The total was under $200, which was seemed fair to me (I was unable to reach any other plumbers for quotes). There is also a 30 day guarantee - if anything goes wrong, he will come back and fix it! Luckily, we have not had to take him up on the guarantee.

When a handful of plumbers failed me and/or left me hanging, Rasco Plumbing was there to restore my trust in plumbing professionals! With Thomas being so professional, responsive, and a fast worker, what would've normally been a traumatizing plumbing experience was de-escalated to a homeowner inconvenience. You can bet that he will be the first person I'll be calling for any future plumbing issues!

Now, If only I could find a boyfriend who as responsive, attentive, and reliable....*sigh*

Call the plumber out for a leak that the gas company said we have. They noticed that a meter outside is moving slowly. The plumber inspected and found a leaky toilet upstairs fix the toilet and left for the day. I called him back again letting him know that it was leaking again he replaced the flapper, it continued to leak, a recommendation was to replace the toilet however he came out again at no extra charge and replaced it with a different flapper and the toilet was fixed. Didn't charge me for the extra visits coming out to the house. Most plumbers would have instructed you to replace the toilet however he tried with a Different flapper and it has been good for the past three days, toilets not leaking. Highly recommend this honest plumber when you call ask for Thomas, he is the owner and he's fantastic. He will not charge you unless he does extra work. At this point he didn't even charge me for the extra work.

Thomas and Gilbert came to my house to diagnose the plumbing issue I was having. Little did I know, the problem resolved on its own. They tested out the shower and tub to make sure that my plumbing was in working order. My family called Rasco Plumbing & Rooter for a shower leak that was dripping down from upstairs to the ceiling of our garage. Thomas and Gregory came for our help on time. They tested it and knew exactly what's going on right away, unlike the previous plumber who we called and found no leaks! They were very nice and professional and even helped us to remove some of the stuff we stored around the water heater where the leak was. They both doubled check the problem and showed it to us before performing any work. They told us about a price and we were able to negotiate it as we all agreed on. Jose showed up to replace a gas valve for my new stove and it took a total of 5 minutes! I had to call him back the same day because we had plumbing issues and he came as soon as he was available. He was able to remove the roots and get our drains working again.

So, like many of you I was looking for a plumbing company with the highest amount of stars for the right price. I requested a quote for services from several companies. Rasco Plumbing & Rooter was not only the most responsive one I found but one of the best prices. They were able to come out same day, make repairs (at a reasonable price) and quickly. Well, my story starts on a sad Tuesday and ends on a happy Saturday. I replaced the bathroom vanity and faucet thinking it would be an easy fix.....NOT! Our pipes are 45+ years old, and nothing has ever been updated. I replaced everything on Tuesday, and there was a small leak. Trying to fix this small leak, I accidentally broke the drain pipe on the other adjacent bathroom, . I tried to fix it everyday but on Saturday I knew I needed help.
I looked at the reviews and found Rasco Plumbing on yelp. Everyone is correct about them. They are AWESOME! I called around 11am. They were able to come at 12pm. They were finished so fast, about an hour, with both bathroom faucets and drains and NO LEAKS. Yippee! I should've called them on Tuesday. Don't wait, just call.

I had a little leakage under the kitchen sink that kept coming back so I called Rasco for a quote. They let me know that in order for them to give me a more accurate quote, they would need to come and check it out in person. Understandable. They were able to come the same day for me, so that was great!

Jose arrived on time. He was professional and honest. I appreciate that there was no upselling or any other bs. He pointed out where the problem was and quickly fixed it for me.

Their service comes with 30days warranty. Unfortunately I did have to call Jose back because after a week or so, I saw some leakage again. Jose was able to come to my place the same evening! Not only that he gladly honored their warranty, he also gave me some pointers on what else could possibly be causing the issue that I was having and how I could resolve it in the future if it comes back again (knock on wood that won't happen).

Anyway, I'm very glad I found Rasco. They will be my go-to company for plumbing service going forward.

I used Rasco Plumbing 3 years ago and I was impressed with their quality of service, so they were my first choice when I needed a plumber today. Fabian responded to my request right away, and fixed the problem with professionalism, a friendly and caring attitude, and good work as I expected. Good effort to work in a clean manner. All the previous 5 star reviews are no joke. Thomas and Gregory are truly awesome. I called them because over the last several months, I've been hearing a high pitched noise whenever water was used in the house, but of course...when they were here and tried to replicate the issue, we couldn't replicate it. I figured since they made the trip to the house, I would ask them at least to help me with a clogged drain. They cleared the drain for me and cleaned up too. When I asked how much it was for today's visit, they said Nothing! I insisted, but they wouldn't hear of it. They just gave me a business card and said to call them again, if the noise comes back. My son's toilet kept flooding (3 times in the past month alone), so I finally decided to change the toilet. I contacted Rasco Plumbing, and they were able to accommodate my schedule and make an appointment the following morning. I opted for Rasco Plumbing & Rooter based on the high reviews from Yelp and was extremely pleased with their integrity and workmanship.

Rasco Plumbing & Rooter was selected to replace an old, leaky valve (broken handle) servicing the main line into a duplex home. I took competitive bids from several plumbers in the area. One of the other plumbers (found on Yelp) was even yanking my chain about the complexity of the work (4+ hours) and why it was going to run almost $600 to swap out the valve. (I'm a fairly handy with plumbing work but decided not to go the DIY route since it involved messing with the city's main water and older galvanized pipes.)

Gregory provided an estimate over the phone and came onsite within 2 hours to confirm the work and affirm the quote. After inspecting and tinkering with the valve, Gregory showed me how to adjust the valve stem to stop the leak outright without EVEN having to make the repair. I was taken back by his honesty and nevertheless, decided to hire him for the job to avoid any future headaches. Furthermore, I was so delighted with his integrity that I gave Gregory one more job to replace a faulty angle stop in the kitchen that same day. The work was done without a hitch, promptly and neatly.

Because of this great experience, I plan on using Rasco going forward for my go-to plumbing disasters. They are a fair and honest plumbing company which is a delight compared to other plumber experiences I've had in the past. Highly recommended! You won't go wrong with Rasco!

I am so grateful to Tomas and Israel for hooking up a garbage disposal, reverse osmosis system, and ensuring the dishwasher was operating. My husband tried installing the garbage disposal only to find out there were a number of leaks and the pipes were not fitting correctly. Tomas was an expert at getting the right pipes so there were no leaks and installing the reverse osmosis system. He checked to make sure the systems worked well and cleaned the work area. Their prices were reasonable and they were very polite and courteous. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I was so happy that Tomas is honest and doesn't try and up sell products or services that other large plumbing companies do. It's nice to know there is a plumber that can be trusted

THESE GUYS -- THE BEST!!! At 5pm on this rare rainy evening we just had --- all of the drains and toilets in the house suddenly backed up and stopped draining.

A quick view on Yelp made it look like Rasco plumbers were the guys to call --- and they came through!!! Thomas and his other team member came out within one hour (as they promised!) and went right to work. In the rain! On the roof of the house!!! (Where they had to go, in order to access the vent pipe for the main house drain access.)

We are so grateful to Rasco Plumbing and we highly recommend Rasco Plumbing to anyone that has a plumbing need in Orange County. A clogged sink troubled my wife late on a Friday afternoon. She tried a drain cleaner, but it didn't work.

We placed a call to Rasco Plumbing at 8:00 pm on a Friday evening. Tomas Rasco, the owner, answered the phone when we called. He asked us if we wanted him to come that evening, which we thought was outstanding service.

We said the morning would be fine. At 7:30 am on Saturday, I received a text confirming that Rasco Plumbing would be at our home by 9:00 am. At 8:50, am, Israel and Gregory Rasco showed up at our house. They quoted us a fair price. I agreed. They got to work right away, taking time to wear clean shoes and to keep a clean workspace.

My review is long overdue but I was in need of finding a plumber fast due to a pipe that was leaking in my upstairs bathroom. I did what I could to slow down the leak but I knew it was only a matter of time before it became a lot worse so I did some Google-fu and researched multiple plumbers who were either not available or they were asking for ridiculous prices.

However, I came across Rasco Plumbing & Rooter and since I like to give business to a local resident, I decided to research reviews for him. Great service! I had tried to clear the clog under my sink using drano, baking soda and vinegar, a plunger, and a drill powered snake, all with no avail. I called Rasco Plumbing and they gave me an estimate ahead of time, which many places would not. They arrived promptly, set everything up, and got the job done in no time. I don't usually write Yelp reviews but Thomas definitely deserves it. I called him and he answered right away, he listened very patiently to the problem we were having at our home. Within two hours he got to our house and started working to what seemed to be clogged bathtubs. Little did we know it was a more serious problem. Thomas explained in detail what we had to do to solve the issue, the time frame and the cost. We gave him the okay and he worked non-stop promising he would be done before the end of the day and he was, a little past 7pm he finished and we couldn't be happier. Tomas and his worker showed up within an hour as promised. I was doing some work on my valves under sink and ran into an issue with one of the valves and couldn't get it back on myself.. It was a Saturday night at 7pm, I had my water off and couldn't get it back on without fixing. So I was in a bit of a panic. He showed and had a mask on and was very professional and clean. I normally call someone I trust and already know how to fix things around my house, but no one was available to fix the bad leak under my sink in such short notice. Yesterday, I noticed that I was not getting any hot water out of my sinks or my shower. Contacted Rasco Plumbing &Rooter thru Yelp. Tomas responded almost immediately to my request for a estimate on a simple shower clog. This was early on a Friday morning (8am) and didn't expect such a quick response. He told me could come to my house in Huntington Beach at 9 am and quoted me a price to do the work. He arrived at 8:35 am and went to work on the clog. It didn't take but 10 minutes and my shower drain was working perfectly. The price he quoted was the price I paid and it comes with a 30 warranty against any clogs.

We called Rasco Plumbing & Rooter. Thomas Nswered and said he could be here in about an hour. Should up within the hour and got to work. Less than hour and they had finnished, cleaned up and gone. Great service and work.

AMAZING. Couldn't say anything better.
A huge leak erupted on Thursday night around 6pm, I called 5 big companies, all of them sent their people home (even thou they mentioned 24/7 or emergencies on Yelp). Rasco was number 6. 15 min later him and his colleague were at my property. They communicated with me every step of the way, explaining everything they were doing and why. Fixed the leak right away, cleaned up after themselves (copper dust, pieces of drywalls destroyed to access the leak, etc etc) and invoiced me really honestly for such a big after hour emergency and added a 30 days guarantee.
I WILL recommend them, without any hesitation.

On a Saturday afternoon our pipes backed up. I called a few plumbers, all were either busy, closed or charging high Saturday rates. I saw a good review for Rasco Plumbing on yelp and noticed a lot of people said they were able to get help at odd hours. I called and voila! Thomas came over and on time. Charged a fair price for a Saturday. He was very thorough and fixed our problem. Cleaned up when he was done. Very nice polite guy! He gets our recommendation!

Jose was great. They came to our house within hour. Honest and fair pricing. I described my plumbing problem over the phone and he was able to tell me what it might be and what it would cost. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Rasco plumbing. They quickly responded to my call about a clogged kitchen sink and scheduled a service appointment at the end of the same day. They quickly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
