My name is Brett and I'm the owner of One Pro Plumbing. I started plumbing in 2006 and have worked for a couple different big companies. I enjoy the job, meeting new people and doing different projects each day. I started this company so I could be my own boss, my own hours and be able to spend more time with my kids. Brett by far exceeded my expectations. I was in a crunch for time to get a gas line replaced before my driveway was paved. He was able to squeeze me in on the same day I called at a reasonable price. I was so happy with his service that I called him two weeks later to flush my water heater and unclog my bathroom. Again super happy with his service and paid a reasonable price for it. I really don't write reviews, but I was very pleased with the prompt service and price given by One Pro Pluming. I had a clogged sink and it was after hours when the dreaded emergency had to be taken care of. My wife called One Pro Plumbing without knowing anything about them because we needed a plumber ASAP due to the fact that we were having a visit early the following day. They're professionalism and punctuality was 100% to my expectations and went the extra mile to give us a discount and great pricing as I added a little bit of more work. Keep in mind it was after hours (9PM to be exact). Work was done within an hour and we were happy campers. Thank you Brett.

Woke up in the morning to find water all over our kitchen floor, spilling out of the cabinet underneath our kitchen sink. Called One Pro Plumbing and Brett was great, helping us get an appointment set up quickly.
Brett showed up and was fantastic at explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Learned a ton about the plumbing in our house. He quickly diagnosed that our compression line that runs to the filtered water dispenser was mangled from misuse (woops ) and had the right tools for the job! I was amazed with what he could do in such a tight space due to our large, deep sink. Used a basin wrench...which I now know exists to access the dispense and double and triple checked his work for quality to make sure everything was working perfectly again.
We loved One Pro plumbing so much that we setup another appointment to have Brett come out and do some preventative maintenance on our home to make sure we don't have any more issues pop up. If you are looking for a great plumber, look for further! It's a huge relief to have found a company that I can go to whenever I have a plumbing issue in the future.

I called three other plumbers to get a solution to fix my drain pipes. I've had issues with the drain for my washing machine backing up since we moved into this house. I'd call a rooter company out to clear the pipes and a few months later it would get backed up again. I called One Pro Plumbing and told him the problem we were having and he came out later that same day to assess our problem. He checked our washer drain and even checked the pipes under the house. Instead of selling me on another rooter job he offered a better solution which was to change the problematic pipes. He showed me a section of pipe that was 80% occluded. I even had him fix my wax ring on the toilets because they were leaking and we didn't even know about it. He worked fast and efficient changing the pipes from the old cast iron to new plastic. He didn't try to sell me on a temporary fix. I would endorse his work. Too bad I didn't find him sooner.
My kitchen sink was clogged and I needed a plumber fast. After looking at yelp, I decided to call OPP. I. called on a Friday night, next morning Brett showed up. Their response time was amazing. I live in an older home with old pipes, which means a clogged sink can turn into something far worse. In my case it did. Anyway, Brett was a real pro and was able to fix all the issues he encountered. I highly recommend OPP to anyone with plumbing needs.
I have used Brett twice already for my plumbing needs. First was fixing my leaking toilet. He was thorough and cleaned up well after himself. Second time I called him was for a more complex pipe leak I had. My house is old and strange and Brett figured out the problem quick. He had the fairest price during my comparison and was also available at short notice. He was genuinely kind and extremely knowledgeable. He is definitely the safest and best plumber for us.

Main drain clogged. Toilet overflow. Yuck, and it's Sunday. Called One Pro Plumbing, that I found on Yelp. Noticed they were local, and open for business on Sunday. Called them. Brett was awesome!! Called him pretty late in the evening for some help and he came through within a couple hours to help us with our bathroom sinks! He even went out of his way to get the things needed from Home Depot for us. He was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions. Overall GREAT customer service, reliable, and the best plumber out there!
A big thanks to Brett for making our newly remodeled shower usable. We were having draining issues with something not making the water drain as it should. He was referred to us by a neighbor and when I called, he responded quickly and thankfully, was available that day. He explained could be the issue and took care of it in no time. Was in a huge dilema. The PVC piped outdoor gardening faucet snapped and was flooding my front porch. Luckily able to shut off main water line which also shut off all the water in the house. I called multiple plumbers and most couldnt give me a timely appointment that day. I called One Pro Plumbing and Brett answered and was able to see him that evening, even though he was busy. Got there, gave me a fair estimate. Fixed it quickly and in addition he helped me to get my water softening system working without charging me. Honesty is a rarity.
Do you label your friends? Like good-time friends, BS friends, drinking friends, super smart friends, etc. And the rare, the honest friends.
If you've ever had a sewer line bursted, you would know how I felt. The feeling of hopelessness was overwhelming. I called or text at least 10 plumbers. Most, didn't call back in a timely manner. Some the estimate is not free.
I'm saving you time from calling around, Brett Escobar is something else. Most plumbers would pick dollars amount from the thin air. And some keep change the figures higher and higher like they were measuring the desperation. Some quotes were more than my first car. I was confused by the tactic and some what entertained.
Brett is like your honest friends that you have who tells you how it is and ways to save you money by doing some prep works or getting parts yourself. He got the work done quickly and professionally. The price is broken down into details that any auditor would be impressed.
I'm so glad to use his service. And I'm so glad to know that there are honest plumbers out there.

Can't say enough about my experience with One Pro Plumbing. We had an issue with our dishwasher a couple of days before Christmas and needed it taken care of ASAP. I checked Yelp and came across One Pro Plumbing. Called and spoke to Brett and we decided on a time. Unfortunately I had to change the time due to an expected meeting that I had to take. Brett was able to change the time to work with my schedule.
Brett showed up on time and was able to take care of the issue and even offered to show me how to do it myself in case it ever happened again! Brett was polite and friendly and would recommend him to anyone that needs any plumbing assistance.

One pro plumbing aka Brett saved to day today. We had a huge leak from our family room ceiling, and Brett was able to do a high quality and reasonably priced job. Brett is very responsive (even on a Saturday like today), keeps his word and is on time when he says he will be, and is flat out upfront and honest about his estimate and your plumbing challenge. What more can you ask for? He earned a customer and referrer for life today. Trust me, contact him and save yourself the headache and costs of those other guys with a staff of 50 people trying to ask for ridiculous rates to pay for all the extra overhead. Be smart, go with OPP.
I spoke with a man named Brett he was a total Pro helped me correct a really bad leak with short notice for an affordable price. He also helped me find a great handyman who could patch and match paint like nothing was ever done.

Brett has done several jobs excellently for me.He did some complicated gas line relocating for me in July. Did excellent work as the job was pretty complicated. When I thought I had an issue with it he readily came back. And as it turns out the issue I had was totally unrelated to the work he did. I was very impressed that he stood by his work months later and did not charge me for the additional visit. Brett also saved me a lot of money by finding a new shower head replacement for an old shower valve so I did not have to replace all the valves which would have entailed tile and dry wall repair.I highly recommend Brett for any plumbing job that you might have.

I had some problems with my water heater so I called Brett to come check it out. It was Sunday 12/23 before Christmas Eve. Since it was still under warranty, Brett suggested that I wait for the manufacturer service. The water heater was only 5-6 years old and it would be covered. He even got on the phone with the call center with me to try and help me out. While we were talking I asked him about my hose bibs and had him replaced a couple of them. He gave me a fair price and did a good job. I will be calling Brett for my plumbing needs in the future.
Brett is everything you want in a plumber - prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Our clog was resolved quickly and we managed to get a greatly improved kitchen setup that works much better for our counter-top filter. I won't go anywhere else for plumbing needs.

I called One Pro Plumbing with two issues-a shower that was backing up and no cold water at my kitchen sink. Brett was able to come the next day and though both issues turned out to be real problems, he hung in there when I think other plumbers might have given up. Didn't try to upsell me and explained everything he was doing. It's reassuring to know I have an honest plumber I can call now when I need one.

Brett was awesome. He communicated well and showed up on time. Did an excellent job with replacing the wax ring on my toilet, and so fast getting it done. A lot of attention to the details. Pricing for the work was much less then what others wanted to charge me. I would use him again any day of the week.
I had a problem with my water heater, found a local plumbing company and asked if they could come assess the situation. The owner of the company, Brett, was able to come out that day as he probably sensed my panic of not knowing what was going on! He found that I had a leak and was able to give me some options to fix at a super-reasonable price. He also took the time to show me a few things that could be updated throughout the house and was very respectful and professional about his opinions. He fixed my water heater very efficiently and was polite and humble, I would recommend his services to anyone!
Called and described my issue. This man could've fully charged me for a visit, but instead explained over the phone a simple approach to take to diagnose my issue (which ended up not being an issue). He did this knowing he would not receive compensation. I now know who to call the next time I have any issues.

Brett came by to remove my shower arm because I didn't have the tools nor felt comfortable enough to do it myself. Being very responsive and prompt, he came by after one of his jobs and got it removed for me with no problems! He also let me know what tool I needed in the future for any similar task. Decided to call Brett from his reviews and as always u all are spot on. Called Brett for a drip that got worse from the shower. I was super worried it was a broken valve that could cause some damage, but just from a call and a photo I sent, Brett was able to determine the issue. I needed work to be done on the weekend, I called on a Wednesday and got on schedule for Sunday. Brett kept me informed on arrival and was very fast. He actually spotted a possible issue he brought to my attention and have another item for him to correct this weekend. Recommended!

It's late about 8:30 am and he still showed at our house to fix my problem with my bathroom pipes. I contacted 12, yes 12 plumbers online on yelp and he was only person to come out late night to fix it. There was 3 others but those guys prices was not good at all. Called Brett on a Sunday and he was here in less than an hour to repair a leaking pipe that was not easy to access. He was very professional and did quality work. I will definitely call him again.
Brett is the best! He fixed our shower cartridge within hours, and we're so happy that we can resume normal water use without the shower leaking. In fact, it works better than it did before and the handle is easier to turn. Thanks so much and we will be sure to reach out again (not hoping for any plumbing problems but so glad we found you)!
We needed an emergency kitchen faucet repair and luckily Brett was able to come help us on a Saturday night when all the other plumbers either declined the job or were available Tues/Wed. I highly recommend and would call again for future problems
Look no further- Brett was amazing and got our issue fixed and shared with us tips on how to make our drains run better. My toilet was leaking when I woke up this morning so I checked yelp for a plumber. Pretty much every plumber around me was closed on the weekend. Luckily, Brett at One Pro Plumbing was available to help fix my leaky toilet.
He came by in the afternoon at the specified time we agreed on and got to work. I found out that I have a unique toilet and it wasn't goin to be a normal fix. However, he was able to work his magic and found a solution to fix my leak!

Brett made time in the evening and came to diagnose my water heater issue.
He was diligent on getting information about my water heater and the parts.
He offered couple different solutions to save some money but, I thought it would've been better to get a new water heater to make things easier.
He bought and picked up a new heater and installed it. It was a very clean installation.
I would highly recommend him.

Days ago to install a recirculating pump on my conventional tank water heater as it was taking a long time to heat up the water, Brett came and took his time, also did extra work for me of putting tape on the water heater cover so that there is no water leak. Now the hot water was taking a long time to come in the kitchen sink, so Brett came one more time to fix it and bingo, it is working perfectly.
As I was impressed by his work, I called him one more time to install recirculating pump on my tank water heater and he did it like a pro, he also fixed a leak under the bathroom sink without any charge. I would hundred percent recommend him, and I will not blink an eye to hire him again for any of my future projects.
My wife and I run a property management business and frequently run into plumbing problems. We have been using One Pro Plumbing for the last couple years for all plumbing needs. They have done many many different things for us, from small projects (snaking a drain or installing a sink) to big projects (installing a sewer cleanout and repiping a bathroom.) There are several reasons why we keep using One Pro. 1) Brett (the owner) does an excellent job of talking us through the job, what the problem is, what it takes to fix it, etc etc. He explains everything to us in detail so we always know what's what. 2) He answers his calls and sets up everything up in a timely manner and then is there when he says he will be. He is often available for emergencies (which seem to happen a lot) and if not sets it up for us ASAP. 3) They are clean and respectful, he has to deal with our tenants often and that can be a challenge in itself. He always leaves the properties clean and I've never had any complaints from tenants. 4) His pricing is always fair. He quotes are always very reasonable and there aren't ever any hidden cost when the job is done. Bottom line is we have gone through many different plumbers over the years and we are very happy we found Brett and One Pro. We would recommend him to anytime.
Brett did an excellent job. I needed his services to clear a clog in my bathroom and to replace a quarter turn valve for my toilets water supply. He was very courteous and polite. Brett is everything these reviews have applauded: prompt, tidy, thorough, NO upselling, very educational as to current and possible future scenarios), met his quote, offers several forms of payment (I used Zelle), and kept within his quote (even slightly discounting for extra issues that weren't noticeable until he got in there and saw the extent of the problem). He had all the parts needed and offered various options, including reusing old parts when appropriate. Just top notch!
And he finished EXACTLY when he estimated. I recommend him without hesitation.

I have technically not used their services yet but keeping their information for future. I spoke to Brett about an issue with my bathtub faucet. I was trying to fix it myself following youtube but gave up and called him instead. I was able to text him pics of the issue and he asked me pertinent questions about it to try and get to the root without even being here. He was very knowledgeable and professional and offered various options and even an competitive estimate. Brett is a great plumber! He's installed a seismic valve for earthquake safety and replaced an old pressure regulating valve and shutoff valve which were falling apart. On both occasions he was upfront with an estimate of the cost, parts and his labor. He provided options for repairs, even ones that would make him less money. Once he got down to work he was fast and professional, and did fantastic work. Some larger plumbing companies were going to charge me more than two times as much for the exact same jobs! I totally recommend Brett for your plumbing work!
I called One Pro Plumbing and spoke to Brett. I briefly explained some of the issues I was having over the phone. He came out to take a look when he said he would. While he was over he went over a few different options and I feel he gave an honest assessment with a fair quote. We purchased an older home knowing there was water pipes that needed replacement. After several over-priced quotes well into the thousands, Brett from OPP gave us the best affordable price. Not only was it an affordable price, but Brett did a great job finding ALL of the leaks which turned out to be not only near the bathroom, but also near the kitchen. Our house has a raised foundation, but was still very very tight for him to crawl through, let alone change a bunch of pipes. That did not impact the quality of his work. In about 6 hours he changed all of the corroded steel pipes that needed changing. We still have a few more plumbing related things to get done and we will definitely be calling Brett again for that job in the future. I highly recommend his A+ plumbing service!
So happy with the service I got. Brett was on time, honest and clean. He had everything he needed to fix our issues. He used a camera and made us a DVD to show us the issues we had, told us the price and didn't try to sell more than what we needed. I would 100% use him again for all my plumbing needs.

Brett was very professional. Came on time to give free quote, provided a winning quote without any heckling and stuck to the quote throughout the job. I felt like he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care off and was happy the job progress.

I've had a kitchen back up for years and Brett came in evaluated the situation and fixed it in 1:39. He replaced the drain to the washer and snaked another drain to the main. Really nice experience. Brett is a good guy.

We had a plugged drain in our kitchen and a rotted vent pipe that was spraying water everywhere. Brett came over in the evening and took care of our problems. Our kitchen plumbing is now better than new!
Had a new fridge delivered only to be told the water line was broken. I immediately went to yelp and contacted 5 businesses. Brett was the first to reply and the only guy who could come in today. His response alone was worth 5 stars!! After some quick troubleshooting Brett was able to resolve my issue and now we have water! I'm absolutely floored with how amazing this experience was. I can assure you Brett is professional, courteous and fair. If you're on the fence, and need a professional just take my advice and just call Brett I know I will if I need him again in the future!
